He gave an upfront cost estimate and was round within a few days of first contact to take a look. Despite a few complications with the weather, the repairs were also completed well and in good time. We now no longer have a waterfall every time it rains!

A fantastic service provided by Dale. He came out on a Sunday to unblock/repair the gutters which were blocked and overflowing, flooding the combi boiler via the flue which meant my disabled mother had no hot water or central heating.
