Nicholaston Farm Caravan & Camp Site: what do users think?

Margo Jon-Dare: Beautiful place, with the cleanest facilities and a walkable distance from the beach. We love returning here! Thank you for your dedication and hospitality 😊 we were one of the last campers to leave in 2023 and already cannot wait for 2024 season!Walkability: Able to walk to the beach!

Gwyn Taylor: Great site, short stay, excellent facilities and really good shopLocation: 4/5 …

Cara Kö: Great location, wonderful view of the sea - great organization in reception / great shop and delicious cappuccino in the morning!Everything was super clean and tidy.We felt very comfortable.

Cumbrian Lass: Such a beautiful location I'd give it 5 stars for that in itself. The beaches are incredible. The views are fantastic from many of the pitches. However the facilities are also second to non and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers are immaculate and a well stocked shop adds to the convenience of this site. Our first time here and we can't wait to go back. One of the best we've ever visited. I only wish it was open a few more months each year for motorhomes as I'm sure it's equally gorgeous in winter.Walkability: The beach is down a steep path...Great if you are mobile. It's definitely worth making an effort though as there are miles of beautiful golden sands in both directions. Nice walk to Oxwich or Three Cliffs Bay with fresh water streams available on route to either...the dogs loved it as much as we did.Food & drinks: We've visited Oxwich Bay Hotel many times over the years and it still feels very special, although it was extremely busy on a hot weekend in August. Nice cool beers, but we didn't eat this time.

Graham Sparks: Lovely campsite with great facilities. Great views of the sea and a fabulous beach. Will diffently will be coming back.

Madison Brooke: Great spot for those hoping to explore the Gower. Amenities were clean and in plenty. Locality is perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Campground shop is very reasonably priced. Thoroughly enjoyed our last minute stay here.Mark kindly was able to swap the booking to our name when our friends could no longer make it - so glad we were able to take it.Stayed in the Wood Path area in a camper van without any ramps and was able to find a flat enough spot to comfortably sleep.Again would I highly recommend.

Owen James: Supper friendly owners who went above and beyond when I broke downService: 5/5 …

David Townsend: A wonderful site. Lovely people running the place and only a short distance from Rhosilli. If you follow the public right of way paths through a couple of cow fields, it also has its own hidden gem. But I won't spoil the adventure for you.

Jacqui Evans: Only there for a weekend .Very helpful staff. Even helped when I made mistaken on booking. Shower room and toilet are dated in decor but very clean.Down side no buses on Sunday so had to use car. This add to congestion on small country roadsNearby activities: BeachsSafety: Staff on site, checking that all was well when went to the toilet late at nightWalkability: Beaches will need mobility

South Wales Touring Park Llwynifan Farm: what do users think?

Claire Elizabeth Phenna: This place is absolutely amazing. We had a warm welcome from Hwyel. The pitches were of a good size. The facilities were exceptional. If you have a dog, our two Dachshunds had the best time in the dog field, they loved it. The site is quiet and a fantastic place to escape from all the hustle and bustle. Beautiful site with beautiful surroundings. Can't recommend this place enough. Thank you Hwyel and Cathrin for making our stay absolutely outstanding.

sally briggs: This site definitely deserves the 5 stars it has been awarded, everything is just first class.Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …

Sandra Hunt: Fantastic little site with spectacular views. The owners do a fantastic job keeping everywhere spotless and tidy, and couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. Despite the weather being very changeable, it didn't stop us getting out and about. Visited tenby, St davids, brecon beacons, carmarthen, Llandeilo Town and Castle, Kidwelly Castle, Pembury forest and beach, Llandovery and other places which we might not have done if the weather had been too hot. A lovely holiday in South Wales made even better by staying on a great site

Brian Wilson: Best caravan site in Wales, clean, tidy, modern showers and toilet and pitches with a view.Location: 5/5 …

River View Touring Park: what do users think?

Joel Guest: We had a lovely few days at River View Touring. The site is easily accessible from a major road. Very fairly priced for a bank holiday weekend. Toilet and shower facilities spotless. Only two showers but never fully occupied. A nice little bar and sheltered area on site. Electric is metered but only cost about £7 for 3 nights of medium-heavy use. Only criticism would be the kids play park could do with updating and gets very muddy. Overall a pleasant and peaceful site.

Greg Skellorn: with a five min drive to lots of amenities including a large supermarket and BRILLIANT pub/restaurant

Rosamund Bowler: Really good caravan site. Very secure. We stayed on the lower level but there was another section up another connecting road, but this was out of sight. The pitches were immaculate and decent size and the toilet/shower block immaculate too. Very good service block for water and emptying also. A nice quiet site by a fast-flowing river. There's a little shop selling essentials and the owners are close-by and contactable by phone. Electric hook-up is pay-at-the-end. You have to note your reading when you leave and pay what is owed. Ours was £1.12 after four wintry days and nights.Well placed for Swansea, Mumbles and the Brecon Beacons.Would definitely visit again

Machael Craig: The Metropolitan Boutique Suites were a haven of sophistication in the heart of the city. The suites' chic design and modern amenities provided a comfortable urban refuge. The concierge was attentive and helped us discover trendy local spots. The central location made exploring the city's cultural scene a breeze. A stay here is a taste of cosmopolitan luxury.

Robert McCulloch: Only fault i wd give is electrical supply was pretty ridiculous, couldn,t boil a kettle or use the microwave or it tripped. Really needs to be addressed, especially since you are paying the meter reading at the end of your stay. But all said & done a great holiday.Rooms: Hotel questions are not applicable as was a caravan holiday.

Greenways of Gower Premier Leisure Park: what do users think?

SL GL: Lovely campsite with good facilities.

Zoë Rule: What a phenomenal Camping/Caravan park. The fantastically kind annd helpful management, immaculate site, actually flat pitches, lovely views and super clean facilities were huge selling points and reasons to bring the family back again soon. But our favourite bit; this stunning walk from the campsite that visits a castle, takes you out across the headland through fields of baby lambs. There’s a lot to be said for being able to walk to the beach, and again this is easy.Greenways is very hard to beat and we will be coming back very soon.

Ashley F.: Location: 5/5

Andrew Blandford: Camped for one night great clean fields security on site only issue we had was kids roaming around pitches late at nightLocation: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …

David Bowden: . There were outdoor showers and drinking water areas. There was also a very well laid out area for washing up your dishes etc and 2 industrial washing machines. Plenty of bins for rubbish. In the evening there is an old double decker bus owned and run by the Gower dough company where they make fresh pizzas. I didn’t try one as id done a bbq, but everyone said they were stunning, which they certainly looked!! There is also a horse box bar, which both looked beautifully lit up at night. Drinks were reasonably priced with a £2 deposit taken for the cups, which was given back when you returned them at the end of the night. When it got dark, there was an outdoor cinema screen showing a kids film which was a brilliant touch. The local shop which is a small store, chip shop, ice cream stall have a limited but good enough range for campers to get hold of what’s needed. The chips were delicious too! The walk down to the shops from campsite is fairly steep and single car width so if you do have walking issues, then maybe take the car!? The local beach is beautiful but if you choose to park the car at the beach car park

Becky Jade: Hotel highlights Great view, Kid-friendly, Great value

Jonathan Jennings: Very clean and has great facilities thoroughly impressed. Bit of a steep hill climb to and from the beach but can't help that. Also had a few quiet areas which we stayed in and was very useful.Walkability: Short walk to the beach but it is quite steep.

Hannah: We came over from bristol to camp for the night this weekend and it was really very goodFelt safe and secure with the barrier at the front.Very well maintained grass and surrounding areas, all showers and toilets cleanReally nice cold outside showers to cool off after the beach and that walk up from it! And the inside showers really powerful and hot! Will definitely be back thank you

Sophie Reardon: Our second stay as a family at Greenways of the Gower, once again we were very pleased. It’s a great site in a lovely location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Security are regularly doing the rounds and are happy to answer any questions. They have a great park which the kids loved. The toilets/shower block was always spotless. There is also a laundry room with washers and dryers and sinks for washing up.We will definitely be back soon!

Willow Springs Campsite: what do users think?

Chris Brennan: Stayed at willow springs in the Shepard's hut for a weekend and it was a great trip! Instructions for check in were very simple and we had no issues with that, and it's beautifully located to be able to get out to some great walks, or just to enjoy the peaceful location and the views from the hut. Everything was cleaned and well looked after, and we really enjoyed the bed which could raise out of the way to give more space during the day. A booking at the on site sauna and plunge pool is a must, great extra experience to enjoy on our trip, and the fairy lights made it even more magical. I would happily stay here again without hesitation.

Srj: Travelled here on the 24th, Tom and and all the was very helpful and the sauna experience was amazing with the Plunge Pool. The plot was Self Service with Great showers and accommodation. Beautiful Hikes straight from the Campsite. Will be coming back regularly.Rooms: Great plotNearby activities: Sauna And plunge pool, Hikes across the wind farmWalkability: Amazing walks from Campsite.

Carl Biggs: Fantastic place to stay was really peaceful here definitely will be here again. The shower rooms and toilets was always kept clean the staff here do a fantastic job of up keeping this place. It is a very up and coming place to stay and I am very sure that this place will only keep on getting better then the beautiful place it is now. Keep up the good work it was really nice it getting to know you guys and realise all the hard work you do

Tom Redgrove: I'm so glad I found this place. As life gets tougher and tougher the importance of getting away from it all becomes more and more important. Willow Springs provided that escape and more.If I were to describe the perfect campsite for me, this would be it.I've found my sanctuary, my escape, my peace. This was my first of many visits, counting down the days to my next trip!Thank you Willow Springs Team, you guys rock!Nearby activities: Local biking trails and walks

Jocelyn Egginton: and was really pleased with the hut and the pitch. I had assumed the mattress on the bed wouldn't be very comfortable but we both actually had two really great nights' sleep! The weather was so great we actually didn't light the stove but it would have been magic to be inside with it lit. As it was the kids spent the whole time playing in the waterfall and around the newly built plunge pool; we will have to book another visit to fully enjoy it once it has properly filled up!Using the sauna, with the plunge and waterfall options to cool down, was absolutely magical and a special treat for us.The owner were very friendly and welcoming and the kids loved feeding the Llamas on the Sunday morning.Noteworthy details: Amazing sauna

Tay: Beautiful, peaceful and tidy campsite with friendly owners and stunning views.
