Located at the entrance of the Marina, they provide both fuel facilities and a slipway to both berth holders and visitors. As soon as you exit your boat, the full Marina is accessible to all through a variation of lifts and ramps.

The Marina is unique in that it is owned by and operates alongside an independent Charitable Trust, which also provides Outdoor Education through its centre 'Adventure Sunderland' based on the seafront.
