Amanda Nicole School of Dance: what do users think?
Rebecca F: Tried booking for an adult class, spent 3 hours back and forth with forms that couldn't be filled in on a phone, told couldn't have a taster session before signing up to a long term commitment, wouldn't say if the class was full, what the projected start date was and wasn't allowed on site to sign hardcopy disclaimers.Easier and quicker to get a mortgage or security clearance for MI5 than enroll for a dance class. Signed up elsewhere in under 5 minutes.
David Humphrey: Ok
claire stott: Absoloutly love this dance school. This has given my girls the confidence to be themselves and to achieve. The classes are fun for them and no pressure and they achieve so much after each session. If your looking for a dance class this is the place to be. Staff are amazing always take the time for you and my girls have come on leaps and bounds. My girls are 4 and 5 and they have achieved in self confidence which i as a parent believe they should have self confidence at a young age. Keep up the good work guys
Mark Keenan: A place where dance education, enjoyment and community are at the heart of all they do. Fully legal and legitimate business. I found everything I was looking for and keep finding more.

SwingFit Dance: what do users think?
Carole White: Such a great class, everyone is super friendly. All abilities made welcome. Joo Lee is so inspirational! I am so glad I joined. You end up feeling alive and happy. Xx
Christine MacDermid: SwingFit is a fun and friendly fitness class founded by the fabulous Joo Lee. The music is uplifting and the moves are easy to follow. I was inspired to become a SwingFit teacher nearly 2 years ago and I haven't looked back. I now run 3 classes a week, have made new friends and love being able to spread the joy of SwingFit.
Carmel Guy: For anyone who hasn't tried Swingfit I would highly recommend it. Suitable for all ages, participants will improve co-ordination and enjoy dancing along to tracks such as Glenn Miller and Shirley Bassey. The routines are repeated and the moves very easy to follow.I love being part of the Swingfit community I have made new friends and the music and dance has got into my heart and soul.I particularly like the idea that instructors all do the same routines, so if I am unable to go to a class at one location, I can do a class on a different day somewhere else and still be able to do the same routines.I have also enjoyed doing the classes on the Zoon app and the app is very easy to use and it feels like you are dancing in the hall. Swingfit is also good for cardiovascular fitness and flexibility, it certainly keeps me fit and people don't need to be super fit to take part.I look forward to many happy years of Swingfit with fabulous instructors including the beautiful founder of the Swingfit dancing, my new friend Joo-Lee.
Joy L (Joy): Three cheers for JL who has created fabulous dance routines to exercise every part of the body.
Terry Finn: Joo-Lee is a brilliant dancer and motivator. I look forward every Monday to my swingfit class if sets me up brilliantly for the week.Thank you Joo-Lee.
Rita Nicholson: About 2 years ago a flyer dropped through my letterbox advertising "Swingfit" with an invitation to a taster session in Meadowfield. I liked what I read, and although I am quite a shy person I went along on my own. Naturally I was a bit apprehensive, but I needn't have worried at all. I was greeted by friendly faces and Joo Lee, the SwingFit Teacher welcomed me so warmly. The music was a great mix, most of which was familiar and the moves easy to follow, the hour flew by and I was completely hooked!!!! I felt physically and mentally elated and have attended ever since!!! You don't have to be able to dance, you are not judged, you don't have to be super super fit, there are ladies of all ages, (I am 71). We are super friendly and we have fun!! I highly recommend anyone to give it a go and I am sure you will share my views!!! Rita from Langle Moor
Jane Hather: Posted on behalf of my mum, Edith:Swingfit is such a joyful happy way to exercise. When I started I was very self conscious and afraid that I wouldn’t be able to keep up or remember the steps. I soon learned it really doesn`t matter at all, I just kept moving and listening to the fabulous music. Lots of the steps are repeated in each song anyway but by watching Joo-Lee you soon begin to relax and enjoy the dancing.I always come away feeling uplifted and the ladies are all such a lovely friendly bunch. Its worth a try, it could change your life!
Marie Hann: It will soon be two years since my first Swingfit class. It’s now hard to imagine my week without Swingfit! However I feel at the start, I’m always uplifted after class by the music, dance and Swingfit community !Joo-Lee has kept us going through each lockdown with a brilliant class on Zoom with amazing technology. The classes have to be experienced to appreciate the difference the music and dance moves make to a feeling of well-being both physically and emotionally. The Swingfit group is very friendly and welcoming and it’s great to have the opportunity to be back in the hall alongside others.I’d thoroughly recommend giving it a try and I’m sure you won’t regret it! I certainly haven’t!
Helen Rawle: I love doing the swing fit classes , I can go as easy or as hard as I like as the movements can be adapted to to all levels of fitness. The classes are easy to follow and the music you can sing along to. I always feel like I’ve had a good work out at the end of these classes.
Keith Bennett: Joo-Lee is an inspiration to all who meet her! A joy 🤩 X her Swingfit classes are a delight and fabulous way to get fit. It lifts your mood and a wonderful way to meet new friends X 💃💃💃💃
Di Di McKenzie: What a lifeline Swingfit was during lockdown!! Not only did Joo-Lee provide a choice of classes each week but also taught us how to use Zoom. To have Joo-Lee's infectious enthusiasm come into our living room getting us all dancing and singing along, forgetting all our worries was a lifesaver. It certainly helped us survive lockdown. The music is so upbeat and happy you can't help but be affected by it and the moves are easy to follow. All the ladies are friendly making all newcomers welcome so much so we often go for coffee after class.Swingfit is great not only for general fitness but also for your well being, a real tonic!
Lorraine Walton: Went to my First SwingFit Class many years ago. Loved it so much I bought the T-Shirt and became a SwingFit Teacher😍. No one can help but smile and enjoy being part of the Class. Joo-Lee is inspiring and there is a warm and friendly atmosphere from start to finish.
Paula Gardner: SwingFit dance is a very recent new experience for me and all i can say is you have to give it a go it's a must. It is such a welcoming experience and so much fun and enjoyment being part of a class and a group, you won't regret itPaula
Jean Connelly: I joined swingfit about 6years ago with a friend when I retired, quickly realised you didn't have to be a good dancerbut just enjoy the music. This is suitable for all levels, and ages, helps mental health as well as physical. Joolee has helped us all on zoom during lockdown, and continues to do so .She is a joy to be around .
Kate Thompson: Joolee is just the most fabulous dance teacher - her teaching skills, energy, enthusiasm and skill shone through at a recent event I organised and she taught five of us in total some Charleston dance moves. I was amazed how quickly her teaching enabled me to pick up some moves as usually I’ve got two left feet! Was so beyond enjoyable! A wonderful team building & such fun experience. Thanks Joolee for being so amazing at what you do!
Lynne Dixon: Such funLovely leader, great music, easy to follow routines. Friendly group. Feels like fun but is good exercise as well.
Margaret Oliver: I discovered Swingfit 4 years ago. I was looking for something which would keep me fit, active and meet new people. After the first class I was hooked. The dance moves aren't difficult, the music is joyful and the company brilliant. After each class I feel happy and energised.Swingfit is a big part of my life and will continue to be that way for a long time to come.
julie edwardson: What an amazing dance teacher Joolee is!Her encouragement and enthusiasm is infectious. Her teaching style is friendly and encouraging. Joolee has kept us dancing all through lockdown. The class is tremendous fun and the music will get your toes tapping and your body moving straight away.
Gill Cullen: The best thing I did was go to SwingFit. Everybody is so friendly and you keep fit without even realising it because it's so much fun. It's highly recommended.
Eliza Stephen: Love Swingfit. Brings so much joy while getting fit. Great for meeting new people. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Suitable for all levels of fitness
