G W: Simply the best!!My Dad bought what will probably be his last car (Range Rover HSE Sport) which he's worked all his life for this moment, from Halifax this morning. We did the hour and a half travel back to County Durham, got back at 1.20pm, he left for work at 1.40pm and I got a call it wouldn't move and couldn't select gears.so as I live in Sunderland and went with him for the car I was still at my parents he asked me to pop to his work as it happened in front of his work (school gates)I did honestly think it was just him with the car being new to him he was doing something wrong, but when I got there (and we have a Land Rover that we bring here)....I knew how it worked and Dad was right there was no gear selection.Phoned Les Potts 4 Wheel Drive, spoke to a lovely lady called Paula who got me a price for the part (gear selector module or something like that) and fitting and even arranged recovery.To get it moved out the middle of the road, she put me through to Dominic and he explained to me how to release the brake so we could push it out the way. He was friendly, polite and calm and nothing was a trouble to him.Dad's car was taken away at 15.50 and I got a phonecall at 16.57 saying that it was all done, it had been test driven and it's back in perfect working order and my partner and I will be collecting it tomorrow 1st thing and dropping it back off to Dad.To say he is relieved is an understatement and we know it is just simply bad luck this has happened just within 2 hours of owning the car but I could hear the happiness in his voice when I called him at work to say it was fixed and good as new.Thanks to the guys at Les Potts, but particular big shout out to Paula and Dominic for the fantastic help and customer service you gave, you're both a credit to the company!10⭐ service at it's best!! 😀👍🏻Service:Transmission repair
catherine hicks: Hi used this Less Potts 4WD on many occasions for my works fleet Vehicle's and the service is amazing as a business it is essential to the business that are landcover's are in good working order and any problems are fixed quick i know that Less Potts is just a phone call away and Paula books us in asap . Alexander Paul: Completed an Mot for me for £40.Went crazy on the MOT and failed it.I replaced a windscreen washer and took it to my normal garage who slated Les Potts for their MOT practices.See the pictures of their MOT and then another garage where it passed with 2 advisories.Apparently, coil springs had flaky paint, the brake lines were just brushed as they went around, retainer clip isn't a fail and it just needed a washer.Would never use again.

Joanne Goodings: With a long journey to do & an amber warning on the dash, At short notice Brian & Deb helped me to get my car to the garage (with a 2 & 3 year old & 1 family car it can be a struggle) so off to a great start. Diagnostics completed the work was carried out same day & my car back to me by John (something he didn’t have to do) for a long journey tomorrow.. I was kept informed throughout & Brian helped in locating my extended warranty documentation so my bill was not what I expected either.. Really thankful for the teams efforts today & great to know my local Jaguar service centre will go to such lengths.. 100% recommend

Efficient, courteous and professional. A real pleasure to deal with.The car was booked in despite the busy period and heavy workload, and the team managed to turn it around in quick time.At all times, I was given updates and precise costing breakdown - in fact they were able to optimise the cost by using approved parts.There is also an online function where I was able to monitor the progress.As a further bonus, they performed a free “health check” (on the car…) which included a video from the technician and also cleaned it. I also got a coffee…I would highly recommend all users to use Stratstone at Stoneygate. I certainly will be using this service exclusively going forward.Thank you so much Hayley and Graham. Chris bevis: I had cause to deal with Mark Pratt and Paul Westphal in relation to diagnostic work for a very sensitive project. Both were accommodating and listened to my very specific requirements. Their efforts were above and beyond!!! It is very rare that I would choose to pass on such levels of compliment but on this occasion a 5star+ service was delivered. Thank you both, Jaguar Land Rover should be proud to have you both.

Paul Reid: Not happy at all .. I took my range rover evoque in today for the recall to have the steering bolts replaced. But my car had a health check done first which a problem was found . A fluid leak which needed investigating which I would of had to pay for , I told them to leave it for now as I couldn't afford it , my car was serviced less than 2 months ago at the same garage and no leaks were found then . I told them this and didn't get much of reply . I'm really not happy with stratstone north shields because now I have oil on road outside my house and its going to cost me to get it fixed.... thanks alot . £192 to take a cover off ive just found out to have a look 😡 .....I'm really not happy i only wish I had spotted the oil on the road after I got the service done . I can't use the car until its looked at I'm blue badge holder and I have appointments this week thanks again land rover 😡😡 ................................................................ I would just like to add and say thank you for your reply but I'm still left with a faulty car which nobody is interested in to find out if yous have caused the problem because the oil leak was not mentioned when I brought it in for a service which ended up costing my over £900 for .😡😡😡😡

They have had my car since before Christmas and do not have the date for the part being delivered indefinitely, no hire car available because apparently my car is 7 years old. They make up excuses as they go along, shocking wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Don’t bother trying to ring either as they don’t answer the phone. Would not recommend or use this company in the future
