Feline Friends: what do users think?
Jake Molloy: Lovely people very helpful
Stewart Herd: Slow to respond
jon healy: Great.
Irina Kargapolovaite: Super
Maulid Tajir: Critical:ResponsivenessEmailed and rang several times since last January but no one has even bothered to respond 😒
Laura Ball: A great charity, the people really care for the cats and do the best for them.
Chris Robson: Not very helpful
Linda Routledge: I have been emailing these people since October and only ever had one answer. Fo they want to remove their cats or not ????
Paul Hutchinson: Sent an email to re-home a cat last week and got no reply at all, being a cat owner I thought it would be nice to re-home another cat which could do with a new loving home.
Lori Dobbin: Never got back to me
Rosalind Burn: They found us the most super cat she is really cute and is getting to us very well she is so sweet
Gillian Herring: I am looking to rescue one or maybe two cats and after searching a few rescue centres came across this one just 25 mins away from my home. I found a beautiful little girl who I thought would be perfect. I filled in the application form, crossed my fingers and waited hopefully for good news, after four days I still hadn't heard anything so I rang the number on the website three times and each time it was rejected then I sent an e mail and after three more days received an abrupt email which basically said No! Apparently I live in the wrong area.. I live in a beautiful village, have loads of time on my hands to care for any animal or animals I adopt, I have a fantastic safe large garden etc. Surely I should have been given the opportunity to discuss my application and why I wanted to adopt or what I had to offer, also an explanation as to why I couldn't re home from a Tyne & Wear based rescue centre. Very disappointing.
Kevin Mcguire: Good n know people like this are here
colin watson: Excellent facilities.... Staff are fantastic.
laura hurst: Adopted my little fur baby from here from the lovely Lynne. Fabulous lady and well looked after little cats, matched us up.wirh the purrfect little queen, highly recommend. Let us have a trial period to make sure we were compatible. Such a great idea before making such a big decision
Lisa: We are in the process of adopting a beautiful cat . Heidi..she's absolutely GAWGUS. Loving and extremely friendly. Lynne who brought her to us was amazing... These cats are all so well cared for by these wonderful people... They are all fully vaccinated..fleed... microchipped..neuted...they even bring you cat litter and some food .. Heidi..who we have now called Lucy is so happy here and has brought Lisa and Gavin so much joy and happiness.we would recommend anyone to adopt a cat from these wonderful people
michelle simpson: If you are thinking of getting a cat please check this website out first
Marie King: So dedicated and caring amazing charity thankyou
Raymond Hughes: I am in the process of adopting a young cat from Feline Friends. I have found it to be a wonderful charity run by caring and dedicated people.
John Paul Stephenson: Doing a great job rescuing and looking after the stray cats of Sunderland.
Deborah Minto: Brilliant

Happier Days For Strays: what do users think?
Paul Sandland: Great charity. Finding new homes for animals who need it. Top people.
David G.: It's a small shop that sells used donated items to raise money to look after stray dogs. Please support it by buying something, even if you don't really need it. The prices are very low.
kadi eliot: Anne and Lisa are absolutely amazing what an amazing service quick responsive and ontop of everything was amazing both lovely lady's have the dogs interest at heart and truly are two very lovely polite ladies giving there time to the dogs 🐶 amazing work keep it up Couldn't imagine the work load and what you guys have to deal with but keep it up your making big differences to the dogs and help and support you offer 🙏 X
Claire Rowell: Absolutely disgusted by the way I've been spoken to on the phone. My dad passed away and he left behind a 9 year old whippet, I contacted happier days for stray's and they told me to send some photos of him via WhatsApp which I did. 6 days later and still no reply so I contacted them to be told she had broken her phone and hadn't had time to reply. She then went on to call me a cheeky C**t and my family should be the ones to care for the dog and not them. Never again will this charity get a penny from me and I will be taking this further.
Ann Wilson: 2 years ago I was going to adopt 3 kittens from Lisa at hdfs the money was waiting I kept ringing Lisa who was obnoxious only to find that these 3 kittens were sold to other people at a lower fee I was being charged £150 per kitten which I never got the animals go to the highest price
Kerry Hill: Great service lovely staff
Doug Usher: Dropped some stuff off very nice people
jason craig: Great shop helping animals got some good stuff inside
Teresa Redman: Amazing and Lisa would walk over hot coals and more for these animals! I know if my dog went missing she would be the first person I’d call to help get him back heart of gold this woman
Thomas mcmanus: Brilliant . I would recommend them to anybody looking to have their pet re_homed .
KAT GILLIE: Excellent rescue, over the years we have been lucky enough to become parents of 4 canine friends from this rescue.... Lisa and the other rescuers are marvellous and they put their all into every rescue.... Brilliant communication throughout adoption process and always contactable should there be any queries.
Judith Brown: Paid for a dog called Eric unfortunately had to hand him backHave never had a refund or an offer of another suitable dog
Bobby's Girl: Absolutely vile woman if you can call her that. Lisa the founder of hdfs has just called me a daft c**t then thrown food and a can at me from her moving van , all because she didn't like being questioned about a shady not on the books deal involving my dog I rehomed in good faith for free , then suddenly he's rehomed again through hdfs but not through the site! Check companies house , others must think she's dodgy too as there have been a couple of financial disputes. Avoid this vile and violent womans money making scheme at all costs.
Vicki Broadbent: Critical:Professionalism

Rose Mc (rose): I would highly recommend them for expertise service, sadly I was left with a either lost or abandoned cat whom sadly, I was not able to keep so they collected him, thank you so much.
Lesley Dawson: Nice communication
Angela Doyle: Adopted curvaceous vintage lady Evie in July. Got loads of advice on how to settle her into her new home, all of which worked purrfectly. We do miss the cat cafe, closed due to covid, and can't wait to return as soon as we're allowed. These ladies truly love these cats and always do the best by them ❤

Christine Mcalindon: I got my black cat Jenson from here he was a strange character but very loving, unfortunately he either picked up poison from somewhere or I dread to think someone put it out deliberately and I had to have his suffering ended, I loved him and miss him so much.
Karen Mallender: Ann who runs St Francis is very caring and dedicated and is committed to the cats' welfare. She interviews prospective adopters to ensure you understand what is involved in owning a cat and the care each animal needs. A lovely lady to deal with.
