Fiona Burness: Not a shop. This is Nike offices.
Polly T: Zero social distancing, railings crammed in so impossible to queue safely no staff directing customers, most customers taking no notice of floor markings! One person on the door. Won't be back to this store!

JD Sports: what do users think?
david minto: Not much there today
Leanne Helen: Don't anywhere else for trainers
George K.: Most of the time, nothing game changing to find there, a regular JD as all the others without many offers or deals either. It is though convenient to have it in town in case you need to buy something simple for you or a gift or to pick up an order or return an order as well.
Victoria Cambrook: Served quickly plenty of stock and we bagged a couple of bargains.
Makanjuola Taiye: They have beautiful sneakers, you will love it.
Lee alfonso: Poor sale
Prosper Ojemeni: Gym is packed and affordable
Kev Miller: The most claustrophobic shop I've ever been in. Horrible place. You just want to leave as soon as you go in.
Yasmin Neil: Excellent sales assistant (forgot to get his name) but his customer service skills were brilliant.
Family On tour: Still a bit pricey when I can find my size..
William Drummey-french: Jd it's self is not a bad shop but only thing I would recommend is for it not to use evri when ordering online I ordered a jacket beginning of the week earthen paid extra for earlier delivery and I'm still waiting now a week later been sat with the courier for days was supposed to get delivered same day the courier picked up to deliver that day evri are a really bad company I suggest jd uses a other company for online delivery's
Vlatko Filipov: 👍👌
Edward James: expensive but trainers are not in stock. I wanted size 8 Nikes, didn't have it in stock. Hardly the 'king of trainers'
Pat Chan: Many sport products for your choices. Convenient location. Like it.
Dio Genesis: They were on promo , beautiful sneakers , lovely discount. But I did not buy any
Jitendra Nawal: Good
Alicja Mikuła: 👍
Stu Keegan: Great selection of clothes especially the footwear. Fast service as well

Footasylum Sunderland - The Bridges Shopping Centre: what do users think?
Pat Chan: Many products for clothing choices. Polite service. Good hygiene.
Jacqueline Harkess: I was looking for some trainers in a ladies size 8 but they only go up to a size 7. The young lady was ever so helpful n extremely friendly as I've never owned a pair before so was clueless but she encouraged me n was so nice. The young man on the till again was brilliant n so friendly I never felt uncomfortable once. Excellent staff!!!
Deb Condren: Very expensive
Kris Diamond: We ordered a zavetti gilet via footasylum's website and upon delivery it was clear someone in the warehouse had swapped the zavetti gilet with a 'worn' childs tommy hilfieger gilet which was absolutely disgusting and filthy. After attempting to resolve this via the website and with no success i rang the Sunderland branch to see if they could help as i was beyond frustrated trying to deal with the website and no 'human' customer service person. I spoke to a lady called Kim who advised us if we popped into store she would assist us. I have been in today and thankfully Kim was on shift and dealt with our issue. She went above and beyond whilst also being a joy to converse with... I wish there were more people within customer services roles like her.... Thanks for all your help Kim your a credit to the company
Yordanka Kokeva: Nice shop.
farralad 73: Very friendly staff.
Robert “JohnMcClane” Sierka: Good stuff 😃
Mary Longhorn: I always go to this shop because its the best
Colin Hardy: Not a bad Sports Retail shop however It has limited stock and has reduced the number of brands in store..My advice Shop online and collect in store
Muhammad Jahanzaib: Great
Bradley: Great selection of trainers. Love the choice of Adidas they have here
Heather Anderton: Very cramped shop and had to ask for a staff member to come to the tills to be served
Cornet29: £24.99 size 5.5 love them and love the price. Great service. Intact everything they had in stock was great.
Lauren Thompson: Very overpriced be better visiting JD or Sports Direct
Mark Redden: Great shop great products
Linda Mitchell: Not my thing I went with my son.
sonya Blenkinsop: Never have much choice in bottoms, its a let down concidering theres a lot of choice in tops and tshirts,
Allison Davison: good quality clothes and footwear my son loves to pop in when in town bought some joggers the customer service was exceptional definitely worth a visit when in the Bridges
Juggy: Cool
naz heza: Went to return some joggers that were not my size and they refused to return them due to something being in the pocket that was there when bought. I had tried them on at home once and came to return yet now I'm stuck with worthless joggers that aren't my size due to the shop not wanting to accept a valid return
Whambar80 Murray: Good fashion shop

Sports Direct: what do users think?
Edward James: Massive store with no choice at all. No decent men's coats, and you have to spend a fortune for a decent one. They sell exercise equipment, but don't sell an ab cruncher! It's unbalanced, and all for profit
David Hunt-Vincent: Couldn't understand why they wouldn't price match there website, and was told to just to order online and get the same pair delivered.
choudhry younas: Wet big store and friendly staff.👍
Susana Pena: Bad sports direct store, I bought previously in other stores and the experience was at least nice. Large store, if you go near to closing time don’t go. I’ll never go back there. I can’t put zero stars so I give one
Simon Newton: Great value here
Pat Chan: Many brands and products for your choices. Products are high quality. Good service as well.
Stu Keegan: Right first of 3 star review I've knocked 2 stars off as returns you only get instore credit no cash. Next the store itself has loads 2 chose from and great selection has a USC inshore as well so 2stores in 1 the staff are friendly and easy to approach on clothes but can be a pain finding someone in the shoe/trainer selection.
kevin fox: I go direct to buy my sports equipment
Ed Belsky: Отличный магазин, шикарный выбор, приемлемые цены.
Abde Abdul: Don’t give cash back as refund.
alpha 884: Will never spend money in this store again EVER! Worst place to buy from online or in-store, they do not deliver free to store pick up no matter what the spend is and do not issue refunds under any circumstances just exchange or credit note!!!! So you have to spend it with them regardless. No other store has such ridiculous policies, it's a jumble sale joke of a business. Will only use more respectable companies in future with normal delivery and return policies like JD sports, foot asylum and even Primark. 0 stars
Margaret G: A shambles of a shopping experience today!!! I doubt very much that these reviews are taken seriously by management but on the off chance they do read them...I had to resort to going around the shop floor calling for staff assistance. It took over 10 mins to get a response!! Also, could you please re-train your checkout staff to put the customer ahead of their personal conversations behind the counter? It's beyond frustrating waiting in a long line after a previously bad customer experience only to have your transaction paused while they continue enjoy a good old chinwag and giggle. I stated that I wasn't being rude, but I was in a hurry and you'd have thought I'd stolen the chewing gum out of her mouth with the look she gave me!! Yes, she was actually chewing gum behind the counter!! ZERO STARS
julie crosbee: Struggled to find the till as there are no signs to them. When we eventually found them the queue was huge as only one was working. Gave up and left the shop. Always find the shop busy and cluttered.
Garry Chalk: Need more tills
Mark Tempest: Loads of choice and decent value
John Richardson: Store closes early and ignores me at the door.I went to collect an item after work and given the store is said to be open until 1800 I got there at 1745. Store closed and the assistant looking at me through the door just walked on past. Why state a time and close early. Absolutely ridiculous.
johno: Clothes shop with no mirrors unbelievable ,Only in changing room when I asked at 5.30 bearings in mind they close at 6Was told by female worker they were now closed due to the metro ‘s running underneath and could not open door , honestly is that the best you could come up with ,Lost out on two sales well done !
Raymond Fitzsimmons: Reasonable choice, but a bit short on sizes. Prices always good with deals available.
Paul Watt: Can get some good deals.
Diane Brydon: Prices were low already ,still could use blue light card for more discount ,staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a lot to choose from inside
