Waterstones: what do users think?
Linda Tate: This shop is the best shop in the bridges.
peter smith: Love Waterstones wish it was a bit cheaper though
Onwubolu Chukwuka Godwin: Got lots of books
Trevor Hartley: Nice cafe. Not many sandwiches left at 11.30 Thu.
Joe Kemp: Always my favourite place to visit in the shopping centre. I love their selection of hand selected books along with personal notes about them which makes you feel your being served by people who care rather than in a chain.
Gina Reid: You can loose time in here ,if you love books you'll love here
Ruth Kelly: Always great pleasure to shop here, great staff fantastic service and great quality of books
Ian Picken: Friendly helpful staff, great cafe.
bethan miller: usually such a nice place but yesterday i took my friend to the cafe for lunch and the staff did nothing as a man hovered directly infront of the table we were sitting at for almost 20 minutes, trying to intimidate us into leaving because he wanted to sit there and was insulting us under his breath the entire time. eventually a table became free and he walked off and the staff actually asked HIM if he was okay after waiting and again did nothing about the situation and made no effort towards speaking to me or my friend, we felt extremely uncomfortable and annoyed as we’re both young girls and the staff should’ve handled this as soon as they noticed the man standing over us rather than choosing to ignore it. really disappointing.
N H: Immensely pleased that the store assistant located a soft cover alternative within 5 mins. Looking forward to reading on work commute.
Janet Thompson: Great place to eat, warm, friendly staff and clean toilets. Not one to go to if you have and mobility problems as there is a number of stairs to climb.
Steven Sturgess: Fantastic book store and great coffee shop
Jacqueline Jacques: Great for browsing. Let down by shoddy customer service. The assistant at the till was obviously doing me a huge favour by taking my payment. There was absolutely no need for her to be so offhand. Staff in Sunderland are much nicer and more helpful. Service even worse now that the upstairs till point is closed.
Sharon n Taylor: Visited the Sunderland store in the bridges shopping centre, was served by a lovely lady as I couldn't find the book I was looking for, the lady knew straight away where it was and got me a copy of Brian Johnsons book.
David Mulvey: We had a coffee with friends in the bookshop café. Absolutely wonderful
Steve Stores: Nice place. Friendly staff
John Carr: Excellent service top class staff you can get quality goods would recommend
Maurice Bates: very busy, good selection of literature
Lil Muir: Nice shop. Good selection of books etc.
Jeff Quigley: Good bookshop. Delayed with till problem but staff were helpful.
James Elliott: Always comfortable

Forbidden Planet Newcastle: what do users think?
simon huddleson: Love this place. Its huge and they're always really helpful.
Mark W. Loughton: Decent store, friendly staff.
ukmidnighter: Absolutely fantastic store. Staff are great and have a good knowledge. Always friendly and sometimes they're some great bargains in the figure section. Great if you have kids and want to treat them. Huge Manga section and all round great store. Well worth a visit.
Ameilia Gill: Friendly staff
Alex R.: Super Geek Store. They have a great collection of figures and comics. Two floors are fully packed. Very nice arranged!! I really loved it there and the owner was very very nice!!
Ramsey Khalil: It's good place for anime and Sci fi
James F Manning: Just as good as the one in Manchester
Alan Dunn (Graz3r): Takes you back to your childhood.Amazing comic/collectables shop.
Gary Warne: Just went in for a quick look to kill some time whilst I was in town. Staff are very friendly and welcome you when you come into the store. I didn't buy anything but was impressed with the staff 😊
Barry Lamb: Great shop good chouce
Jono Housbey: A nice addition to the city and has now been in its current form for some time!A massive improvement of the stinky damp old shop from years ago, this shop and it's layout takes inspiration from it's London location with a surge In interest for Manga, Anime and rated fare.
Connor E.: Big boy nerd vibes I LOVE IT HERE
Bronte: I had an unpleasant experience in this store recently thanks to a judgemental member of staff at the till. I was buying a couple of items and he told me I had an addiction! How rude! It’s a niche shop and many that shop there are collectors! A person like his should not be working if this store if he’s going to rude and pass judgement on customers who are keeping him in a job! I’m sure he wouldn’t have liked it if I passed judgment on his passion or hobby! The management team need to seriously think about the sort of people they employ! This experience has completely put me off returning to this store!
Vince Howard: Nerdvana for geeks. If it's Manga or comic book related you can probably find something you like here.
Sacha Ratcliffe: A pretty large shop packed with all manner of nerdy goodness. A fantastic selection of manga, with a lot of 3 for 2 deals meaning you can pick up several volumes of that frighteningly long running series you love. The RPG section is probably the best of any FP I've been to, with a broad selection of titles beyond the usual 800lb gorilla. The people working in the shop are friendly, welcoming and helpful. A great place to bring your child if you're a bewildered parent trying to understand their peculiar hobby. 😊
Caitlin Larks: Lovely experience. Chris was a proper sound lad 👍🏻
G: They do not comply with the rules on the right to return. Buy elsewhere.
Divideddarko: Geet good this place
leon reimers: Yeah, okay I guess. At least had Hatsune Miku gummies.
Remco de Jager: Super winkel waar ze mega veel stripboeken verkopen
Judith Williams: Knowledgeable and friendly staff very helpful on our visit.

Forbidden Planet International: what do users think?
Martin Perrett: Loads of unique stuff.
Dan Walker: Smart little shop for comic books. Good selection.
Andrew Shanley: This store has totally lost its way... Loud mouth arragant staff swearing across the store... Well one guy was.... Mixing DC with MARVEL.... Just cos it's in alphabetical order.... I mean... I'm no geek but come oooonnnnn. Who does that... ANYWHERE!!! comics stacked loosely and sagging with folded corners.... Wouldn't even go in anymore... Sooooo disappointed
Danny Vasey: Great staff, great selection
Mark Ivey: Good shop with friendly staff, but not a huge selection of items.
Jason Simms: Loads of pops and merch
Jonathan Kitts: Something for everyone but make sure you are will to spend money you will find something you love even if you didn't plan on it
Amy Nodon’t: Emily, I have no idea who you are but I’m so sorry for your coworker who is calling out your name every two seconds and is bossing you around.
Dexter Mosul: Lovely staff & so helpful. Found items I never thought I'd be here. I recommended it to all fans.
Paul Aidan: Not as good as it was before. Shop just mainly sells Pop vinyls. Poor variety of anything else.
Tracy Maddison: Good for geeks
Massimo Piazzetta: The best
Ashley Randell: Good location great products
Michael P365: Great place for collectables
Andrew mearman: Always a great selection and knowledgeable staff
Sophie Smith: Always have good and unique merchandise, just a shame it's so expensive.
Sarah Flynn: Always find something good in this branch
Sophie Barrett: Atmosphere is always thick and without music and the crew are never speaking to eachother and always feels like they don't want to be there as well as hate how you're in there.Store is unorganized and messy and I got accused of stealing because I had to kneel on the floor to look at things because of the unorganized layout. Things I was holding and looking through were about the same shape and size as my bag so no idea how I could have even tried to take it while sitting crossed legged on the floor and other shopping around me.Good selection of stuff tbf nice things, prices alright but it's always really uncomfortable to be in there without feeling like you shouldn't be.
Anthony Kemp: A lot of model kits i remember helping my son with 30 years ago. More fascinated by the modern motarised versions.
Adam Moul: A geeks paradise. I love shopping here
Justin Case: Very good but just didn't have every thing I was looking for
