LloydsPharmacy: what do users think?
Kim McRoy: Yet again discussed at the service.13 days last month for an electronic prescription and 11 days this month. So many complaints am amazed you are still trading.Use your local shops ha ha what a joke
Doug Raine: Impossible to get through on the phone I’ve spoken with the manager issue still not resolved changing pharmacy very soon
Jessica Robson: Customer service is atrocious, visited with a paper prescription was told to come back days later, which I did. Arrived home to look in the bag and see completely wrong medication that I had been on months previous. Returned to pharmacy to explain they’d make a mistake and gave me an old prescription when I asked to pick up the most recent, they told me I just didn’t understand what I had asked for when I picked up the prescription! They continued to talk down to me telling me that they are very busy, like that is an excuse for not admitting you’ve made a mistake? They then told me they think I should get my medicine from a different pharmacy!Terrible attitude, avoid, I will be switching to a new pharmacy and hopefully get the medicine I am prescribed when I ask for it.
Alan Robinson: Absolute shambles! They desperately need a manager. I'll do it for 55k.
Julie Pyke: The queue in Lloyds was ridiculous due to the extremely slow staff and methods in place whilst dispensing prescriptions despite receiving texts to state they were ready. There was absolutely no effort to reduce the queue. Staff disrespectfully discussed a patient waiting for a flu vaccine stating because she had been late she had to wait. Disgraceful, no apologies, customer empathy or professionalism.
Jillian Carr: Recently took a prescription to the Lloyd's Pharmacy in Sea Road ,Fulwel .Stood for 10 minutes while the Assistant was trying to sort a Flu Jab appointment which is fair enough but she never acknowledged the que not a sorry I will be with you soon .A Lady came put of the pharmacy to the till with a prescription and then walked away.I stood for a few more minutes handed my prescription in then was told "Don't Stock them" .Very poor service.Won't ever go back there .
Дмитрий: The staff need training in customer service.
Graeme Malt: Been un today, there was a que 5 people deep. I stood for nearly 10 minutes. As the staff stood talking, before anyone decided to start to serve people, the lady at the front of the que had been waiting for 40 minutes for her perception, after repeatedly been told, it will be 10 minutes. This is always the case when either my wife or myself go here. I will be changing chemist with my Drs . The owners should be embarrassed to admitting they own this business
A JM: Shambles.....made an online order for collection. Rang up as per the confirmation email to check that it was in. They said there was no record of my order as it was an online pharmacy order. I told her that the email states to collect it from here. No....cannot do. I then asked who I'm meant to contact/collect from.....she disappeared (to talk to her online colleague no doubt 6ft away), then told me it was available for collection that afternoon. Customer service was atrocious. Never again. Bye Lloyd's 👋
M Marshall: Never again will i set foot in that shop staff rude and need some customer service training
Angela Carter: SLOW. Very very slow.
DEBORAH ELVES: Been twice to this chemist both times abysmal, it’s mostly the attitude of some staff, obviously their Egos are bigger than the job. Working in customer service myself. Speak to people how you would like to be spoken too. Advice, go over the road they are so much helpful and knowledgeable.
phil robson: Utterly hopeless telephone response. Always busy. No queue monitoring. What sounded like fax link. They should GET a decent telephone exchange. They are an important part of our health service
Melain Med: Attitude problem the staff are nasty
Mrs T: Asked assistant for folic acid, she had to ask staff in rear of store if I needed a prescription? Good grief, it's a vitamin, I expected pharmacy staff to know this. Her colleague then asked her if I was pregnant and to offer me "pregnacare", I cringed as I'm nearly 60 years old! The staff should all be taking folic acid, it helps with cognitive wellbeing, may improve their customer service & incidentally you can take this safely from age 12 & up.
Steve Forster: Pure ignoranceI tried to contact the pharmacy with a query but after thirty minutes when they eventually answered the phone it was just hung up. This happened repeatedly.
TheMadmackam: Booked an Antigen test for Travel. Everything was explained to me in a professional manor. The test itself was actioned all within the Gov guidelines. I received the certificate within 20minutes all signed and stamped. The downside of this, is the costs. £50 is way more than the standard fee that most Gov Recommended establishments charge, maybe this requires reviewing. The whole experience lasted 20 minutes. Bronwyn (assistant) was very polite and attentive throughout the process.
Brenda Jameson: My husband went up this morning to collect vital drugs, had received text ready to collect, Saturday closing is 12 o'clock, this was before 10 o'clock. SIGN ON DOOR STATEDCLOSED DUE TO NO PHARMACIST AVAILABLE.Now changing to different Chemist for repeat medication, LLOYDS on Sea Road Sunderland is totally disorganised when waiting for your medication, often have to wait while they find it.
Andrew Lindsay: Poor customer service not very helpful .
Donna Snowdon: Friendly staff
Batman Batman: Fortunately I don't need to deal with pharmacy's often. This is my first experience with Lloyd's for myself and I must report it is diabolical. They claimed not to have my prescription and told ME I had to contact my GP and get it from them. My GP confirmed that Lloyds have it and provided me with a reference number which I presented to Lloyd's.The electronic prescription service is a service offered by Lloyds Pharmacy, it is unacceptable to expect a customer to do their leg work for their service.
