Dr C J Harbidge & Partners: what do users think?
Jodie Beech: Just joined this surgery and they have been amazing so far. Very friendly and informative asthma nurse, a understanding GP who actually listened and didn't rush and an absolutely lovely nurse practitioner who saw my son on the day with an ear infection. Reception staff are friendly and yes you have to wait for the phone to be answered but there are so many patients you have to expect a bit of a wait. Like being able to book appointments online for on the day or advance appointments
david walker: I received a text advising my annual review was due. It takes me to a link to book an appointment. I click the link, fill in the required details and it says no appointments available. So, undeterred, I phone the surgery and, surprisingly, get through fairly quickly to be told there are no appointments and to try again in a weeks time. So why bother sending me the text in the first place?
Ben Wrighty: Absolutely shocking service can't get through to the phone at all keeps going down when you do get through service is very poor
Andrew Williams: Can’t fault the doctors treatment but only if you can get an appointment Rang 10 times to try to get an appointment with a physical doctor not a online one every time phone gets cut off and hung up
Joanne Johnson: I had a appointment with Sister Harper this evening, I have to say how AMAZING she was . She was so helpful and informative in a very caring and understanding way , never made me feel rushed and I felt very comfortable and at ease talking to her about sensitive matters and that I could return whenever I needed to speak with her.
zen man: Great
alan holdcroft: A big thank you to Cath and her colleagues who went out of their way to help me get a covid vaccine for my wife.
Alex Muirhead: Absolutely amazing. Helped me out when I had forgotten my medication when I was away from home. Couldn't have been swifter or more helpful. Have also appreciated how quickly and efficiently they have sorted out covid booster jabs.
Alan Bates: I have experienced nothing less than 1st class service from this gp practice.
Angela Ingram: Thank you so much for your support and care. As a practice we have received excellent care from the Doctors & all the staff. Couldn’t ask for more.
Maxine Stanyer: Sian is an amazing receptionist, always very professional and accommodating. She's a real credit to the team 🙂

The Haywood Hospital: what do users think?
mark pyatt: Had to wait 30 minutes just to register because it was so busy and only one receptionist on. Overall wait was nearly 4 hours to be told my 10 year old son had not broke his toes (2 hours after X-ray). When I asked how much longer the wait would be, after 3 and half hours, the receptionist was rude. Those who don’t need further action should just be told they can leave, rather than sitting there for hours just to be told that. Staff should be more compassionate with children sat there in pain, waiting for nothing!
Tracey Brookes: My 6 year old daughter attended here on Thursday and had an X-ray on her arm. After visiting children’s A&E today for a second opinion the doctor was shocked/flabbergasted on how swelling and a break had been missed. Thank goodness I didn’t leave it and looked into it more otherwise Haywoods advice of keep moving it and ice pack it, would never have worked and made it worse!!!!
Robert Baggaley: A relative was admitted recently This is the most friendly helpful hospital Iv come across in recent times. Chatterly ward in particular ..the staff were helpful sincere and comforting I have No complaints at all, only praise for their work and care.
ruth coates: Waited 4 hours to be told they don’t do examinations. I should have been told when I was triaged to go to an and e .as I needed to be examined by a doctor.Haywood used to be a good service but the last two times I have visited it has been awful.
J M: Fantastic service. I took my friend because he had a deep cut that needed gluing and stitching and the nurses were friendly quick and efficient and a good laugh. Totally different hospital experience. And the service was fast. Very very clean aswell.
Ted Powell: Excellent experience, the consultant (a Mr Scott) was informative and excellent in all aspects displaying, empathy, experience combined with excellent communication skills. He would be a bonus to any hospital
Jen Birks: Visited twice in the past year, first with my daughter that they failed to pick up on server infection in her ear and the second my husband when he hurt his leg, 2 triage nurses stood around not knowing what was wrong, failed to X-ray it and sent him to a practitioner nurse that still failed to find the cause, gave him crutches and sent him on his way. Today we found it was broken!!! It felt like each time we have been here, the lack of care is appalling, the just don’t seem to give a dam I will be avoiding this place in future.
Michelle Gould: Brilliant care received from The Haywood Walk-in Centre earlier today. The staff were very pleasant, caring and thorough. Great team work and was sent home an hour later with my wound bandaged and complete with medication. Thank you
Gillian Hine: Visited Dr Scott rheumatology recently what an absolute pleasure, he even thanked me for coming back, A truly lovely bedside manner put me at ease straight away. Isuffer acute anxiety and i have only good words for my experience and Dr Scot himself. Many thanks Gill Hine
Insa Hussain: Rude receptionist! After waiting for 4 hours with my child asked how long more it will be, she got in a huff and shouted sorry were busy when there was just no need. Would never go if I didn’t have to! Seeing patients at snail pace and wonder why the wait times are busy!
Rebecca Klimczak-Hall: Walk in centre opens at 7am so obviously people get there 5 or 10 minutes. My parter and other people including poorly children were forced to queue outside in -1 as we weren't allowed to queue inside! Absolutely shocking, but long as the security men stayed nice and warm inside!!
Nathan Mason: Apsolute joke place, got a 1year old son who can hardly breathe. Red rash up body, lathargic and eyes rolling. With the viruses going around you would expect them get the kids in asap. Well got here at 10.45am. they said UPTO 4hour wait. It's now 4.36pm and still here. I complained to reception. That my son as been sat here crying for over an hour straight n told me sit down. they will call you when they call you.. fumin.. this place is a descrace. Staff lazyand cba
ForeverScaling: What a useless place. Long wait times and bad employees. I don’t understand how we are all in the X-ray centre but people who came after us gets to get seen to first.
Mark Abson: Really helpful. Just turned up for x-rays and was in and out in 20 mins. A great experience
Sally Brayshaw: I have been to the Haywood hospital walk in many times&always recieved excellent treatment kind, understanding, considerate staff from reception, nurses&xray nurses.Best times to go 7to9am&after 7pm.when my health health issue was dealt with promptlyh issue dealt with quickly sorted. The staff don't get enough praise for the service they provide
Lisa Corcoran: Dr Singh is one of the most caring consultants I've ever met,Calming and reassuring, explains everything ,Haywood hospital
Lig Rayner: I went to the Haywood in a lot of pain! Expecting a massive waiting time. 3 hours and 30 mins - but I got seen by the triage nurse and she was incredible. She checked and asked me all the questions and knew exactly what was wrong. I had been to the doctors earlier and they had told me the had no clue but she sorted it within no time.
Socrates: Went at 21:00 & nurses were moaning because it was nearly home time. Disgusting behavior from so called 'professionals'..
Lorna Blakeman: Absolutely fabulous service......Mum went for various xrays...... all done efficiently and quickly. .. it has helped me regain positively on the NHS.. .
Victoria Joyce: I want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at the Haywood hospital last night (29th July). From the moment we arrived with our19 month old daughter who had a cut on her forehead to the moment we left. The receptionist was extremely welcoming, polite, warming and made our daughter smile which I thought was brilliant, to the nurses who delivered the treatment, they were amazing. It was very smooth, in and out under 90 minutes and very clean.Thank you again to ALL the staff, huge praise whilst carrying out a very tough job that we (the public) take for granted. #NHS forever ❤️
Lisa Shaw: Fastactic service an care at this facility seen by 2 nurses and xray in 3 very well run turned out to only be a sprain thank goodness
