The Aquatic Centre offers a state of the art gym with cardio, resistance, and strength equipment, a variety of fitness classes including yoga and Circuits, as well as inflatables for fun activities in the pool.
The gym has been transformed with over 150 brand new pieces of gym equipment across cardio, strength, and functional training areas, catering to all training needs.
Visitors can make use of the iconic Olympic-sized 50m pool and 25m diving pool for swimming lessons, diving lessons, and other aquatics activities. There is also a brand new Splash Pad for children to enjoy.
Visitors can unwind in the sauna and steam room, and grab a bite to eat at the new Grab and Go café. The facility is part of a unique collection of community and elite facilities governed by a not-for-profit organization.
The Aquatic Centre is proud to be the Home of the British Swimming Performance Centre and will be working alongside leading health charity Diabetes UK on fundraising initiatives. The facility is operated by a charitable social enterprise under a registered trademark.
