    Lucie Culley: session at Orange Bloom. I can honestly say it was one of the nicest 2 hours I’ve had in a long time! Can’t wait to go again for the women’s circle next month ❤️

    Bev Turner: I have been attending OBY since 2020 when I went to birthing classes with Meg. I missed Helen in person as she left to have a baby but on her return she did 1:1 classes online due to the pandemic which I did as well as the weekly warrior. When we were finally able to attend in person I came to her Wednesday classes and sister circles and later switched to Catherine’s amazing Monday classes. I’ve also attended retreat days and family yoga. I occasionally do yoga elsewhere but nowhere is as good.Helen as the owner is outstanding she is so passionate, knowledgeable and welcoming and I often in circle feel like I’m in therapy. Catherine is super down to earth, good to chat to and happy to push me further than I admit I can, my daughter loves her too. I suggest here to everyone x

    Elizabeth Bowden: Orange Bloom Yoga is a lovely studio in Hazel Grove, just opposite Torkington Park. Helen, the owner has created a wonderful space there and she always greets you with a lovely friendly welcome. There’s a varied timetable of classes lead by a lovely team of teachers, with sessions during the day, evenings and at weekends too.During class, Helen offers different variations on a move meaning you can go with how your body feels on that day. There’s no pressure and no judgement which feels really liberating and refreshing too.I’d never done yoga before and was a little nervous to try it - now I can’t get enough of it. I leave every single class feeling on top of the world. For me, it’s like a little bit of magic on a Tuesday morning.If you’re wondering whether to try it…go for it, it’s blooming brilliant!

Each posture will be broken down into easy to follow movements at an enjoyable gentle pace. The idea of the workshop is to give you the confidence to start your yoga journey by enrolling onto one of our weekly classes. We start each session with a guided meditation and end with with savasana to calm the body and help to deepen relaxation. You will also be introduced to yoga breathing, which will help you make the most of your yoga practice.
