Decathlon Stockport: what do users think?
Michael Bischof: Great shop
Carlos Pinto: Good customer service. Excellent prices and facilities.
Gerard Hynes: Really helpful assistant when looking for adult swim socks. He was able to locate in another store. Thank you.
Barry Windle: Helpful staff.
Vinicius Gil: It was a great visit lot options, quite for Saturday evening which was great! Also, the safesize machine is very good to find the best shoes for you!
Naomi Sharples: Great service from a very cobsiderate team. Sorted out my pedal issue in no time.
AJ M: I always enjoy visiting. Makes me think of all the active outdoor things I could do but generally don't do enough of :) Still great!
James Ferran: Mahoosive! Just what you want with a big store like this. Love the new style tills too, it actually works! Was in and out in 10 mins with just what I wanted, a quick nose at camping bits, and gone. No faff and nice store experience.
Chris trotter: Great for sports goods, but avoid at the weekend as it is full of parents and kids using it as a play area.
Jayne Cartwright: The expertise and help that Zeek gave when we wanted to buy new tennis racquets was exceptional. What an asset he is to your team. I bought 2 racquets! Then we looked at tents and the young guy (name badge was faded) was again super helpful and we bought the tent he recommended.
Mark Burgess: Quick fix! Brilliant stuff
Ank A: I've bought a bike today and Ewin ( I am sorry if I remembered the name wrong) was so helpful, he helped me to choose the right bike for me, set it up, answered all of my questions. Thank you!
Alicia Rouverol: We had a really good experience. Ben helped us with selecting trainers for well over an hour and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the brands. He was delightful and very patient!
chris ward: Great selection of sports and activities equipment and clothing.
James Hogg: Liked online, went in to try sizes. Not to bad for price.
Alan France: I went into store on the of chance to buy some ski boots. None on display. But I asked a sales person Kirsty. Who help me out and I got a pair of ski boots. I can not underestimate how helpful Kirsty was. Most helpful salesperson I’ve ever come across. Thank you Kirsty. 🤙 Alan France
Paul Whitaker: Staff really need to stick around and not varnish when you're trying to get information on products
Mark Broady: Cheap, poor quality products.
Martyn Preston: Glastonbury tent purchased eeek
Mag St: I highly recommend Workshop to anyone who has a problem with a bicycle. Jamie who works there is very nice and willing to help. I admit that I am not an expert on bicycles and this is why I appreciate the more the patience with which Jamie helped me choose the right parts. If Decathlon has an employee of the month, Jamie definitely deserves it :)
Glennis Morris: 5 stars for Mandy on the horse section Extremely knowledgeable , any advice given , very approachable and the reason we shop at Decathlon for our horse products. Thank you Mandy

Dirt Factory Bike Shop: what do users think?
Tim Whitehurst: Good value products. Lovely bikes
Harry Jensen: Very helpful and good prices it is also in a good location for riders who want a real shred 🤟
Oggy Roberts: The Dirt Factory bike shop is amazing! Fantastic customer service, great advice and superb technical skills. Thanks for keeping us rolling Stu.
Adam Lewis: Amazing place!! Staff were really friendly and helpful and the tracks are well maintained. Overall brilliant atmosphere.
Alessandro Distefano: Really great guys in here. Super Friendly and informative. Went through all the work conducted on my bike. Resolved issues that others hadn’t. What more can you ask for.Top.
B. T. B. Productions: Great set up, friendly staff and great all round bill park for all ages
Rob Morphet: This place is awesome. Not sure what people expect, but its a place to learn to contol, pump and jump your bike, whatever level. There are 3 pump tracks (2 outside) , a full on airbag, and the dirt track. Being sensible rules here. You can start very small and work up. There are all levels riding here, from plebs like me to the kids doing barrel rolls, 360's front and back flips. There's also bookable coaching and bike hire. Real shame this closes in a few weeks until they find a new venue. Get down while you can!
Andy Webb: Fantastic place with friendly staff and some great lines to progress your riding can't wait to ride again
James Hogg: Great place to play inside on a wet half term day!
Greg Cooper (Digital State): nice people but not set up for kids. no safety briefing or information upon arrival. dangerous path near the air bag that has no control whatsoever. nasty toilets. again though, really nice people, better for adults who know what they're doing id say. my 8 and 6 year old were too young for this place. ten yr old loved it though.
John Orton: As an Adult (big kid) this was lots of fun. I will definitely be visiting more often.
Kurtis Sveikutis: Very good places for all bikes: like bmxs, jumpbikes, Mtbs. Recommend highly worth going and it's not usually busy.
Tomsii •: Really decent, well worth a visit. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, I’ll be back.
Alex wallis bmx: Would go again
REMIX PL MTB: this beast will test it soon
Beano: Great for beginners and experienced rider's alittle bit for everyone. Always friendly staff, good coffee and snacks. Would recommend to anyone.
Simon Lee: Had a great 1st visit with my 10 year old daughter. We are both newbies to this kind of riding and stuck to the blue routes and pump tracks. Started off steady and built up our confidence, pretty soon we were starting to get a bit of air! Might be a few more visits before I have confidence for the red routes .... never mind the black ones!!!Track kept in good condition and a sensible number of people there. The hour flew by ... 2hrs next time!
David Reader: The boys had a great time for a couple of hours here today. Really nice indoor track with different routes to suit different abilities. They also liked the outdoor pumptrack. Nice coffee as well for those of us watching!
tony vasquez: Brilliant day 👏 thanks
John Medway: Absolutely perfect. Works really well for BMX and mountain bikes. Great jumps for beginners and experts, pump tracks and a massive airbag. 100% worth the price
Chris Duckworth: This place is mega. I was initially told about the dirt factory from a friend and so took my two boys down for their first time. It did not disappoint. The staff are great and other riders were very patient. Loads of different routes to suit experience. My only regret is I didn’t take my own mtb. Will definitely be going back.

Trek Bicycle Wilmslow: what do users think?
Geoff Dodd: As always, fantastic service at Trek Wilmslow. It must be good as I’ve now bought 5 bikes and loads of accessories from them so that says it all really! I would highly recommend Trek Wilmslow!
Phillip Young: Great service and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Mylee: I came into this shop and I couldn't believe how knowledgeable these guys were. They are so kind and helpful!!They really know there bikes and are so so willing to help.I recommend this shop to anyone who wants an experienced kind company to help them with there electric bikes.Pure kind staff who are more than willing to help a person get the best out of like with their bikes.Cheers guys. You were fantastic with my autistic children. You helped when knowone else would. Your a credit to our community. Would never go anywhere else. See you soon !!! 😊
Greg Foster: Great customer service
James Ashworth: Highly recommended. The team at Trek Wilmslow are all not only knowledgeable, but clearly very passionate about bikes. Mike was only too happy to talk my ear off this morning, which lead to getting me on the perfect bike for me along with all the bits I needed. Much appreciated.
Kaine: Had a good experience with them initially. Bought my Ticket S off them. Brand new. Got a message saying you're due a free service. Brought the bike down. Only wanted my headset checking, they refused the free service, said it was because I only bought the frame off them (you can only buy the Ticket S as a frame, trek don't do a complete build of the bike) wouldn't even check my headset for free. Wanted to charge me £20 for it. Said I needed a new chain when the bikes been ridden 12 times. Wasted hour of my day. TREK Wilmslow shouldn't be sending messages out to customers for their free service if they don't qualify for a free service.
Guy Wolstencroft: Friendly and helpful - seamless on replacing a faulty light under warranty - thank you
jon: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, seemed to have a good range of products too.
David Billington: Took my Domane SL5 wheels in for new bearings at 1pm and collected at 5pm. Fantastic service as always.
Don Cowap: Great team at Trek Handforth Dean - always friendly and provide good advice and service. Don 😁
Paul Taylorson: Great serviceI have visited this store on a few occasions initially to help locate the e-bike I was looking to purchase as there was limited stock available. But having got my bike elsewhere the team have been more than happy to help with further enquiries about repairs and servicing.
Vaigai M: I recently visited Trek Wilmslow, the experience is great. This shop has lot of varieties that you are looking to buy from the Trek.
Paul Killgallon: Great product and range of accessories, the team at Wilmslow were brilliant, I took a lot of their time talking through what I needed now and in the future.
foreversideways: Nice people and good service. Recently had my bike serviced and a rogue fault fixed, everyone was very helpful and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.
Clive Elliott: Outstanding knowledge and service. Graham, Mike, Ted and Matt are top class at Wilmslow Trek
Ferhat bilgi: Very friendly service and the bikes are very good quality, worth the money. 👍
daniel obrien: Called into the shop to look at electric mountain bikes. The young man who served me was informative, friendly, knowledgeable and general excellent (he hadn't worked there long - they need to keep him !). I will be returning should I decide to buy a bike.
Clark piggott: Being a bike novice, I went into Trek Wilmslow a little apprehensive and fearful that my lack of bike knowledge would be frowned upon. However, I was greeted by a wonderful human being in Matt (sales and bike expert). He made me feel welcome, he acknowledged my lack of knowledge about bikes and helped me understand what type of bike would work for me and my ambitions in MTB.From there, the service and communication by the whole Trek Wilmslow team was nothing short of brilliant. It’s rare to experience service, attitude and care in retail. Once I had chosen my bike with all the wonderful advice from the team and Matt (Top Fuel 7), I was given further education, tips and help with the kind gear I would need, maintenance of the bike and even advice about terrain and trails I could get into. Also, the team made a great gesture and offered me premium pedals at no extra cost due to a admin error.Overall - I would not hesitate to recommend Trek Wilmslow, they went above and beyond at every stage of the process and I will continue to use these guys for a long time to come. What a great starting experience to my bike adventure. Thanks Matt and the Trek team.
Bogi Ragg: They helped me a lot with all my needs. Superb service 👏
Mark Dew: Great customer service for telephone sale of TDF jersey.
Nathan Relton: Needed a part in a hurry. Dealt with Ian who really couldn’t do enough for me. Very pleased indeed.

Northwest Mountain Bike Centre: what do users think?
Ryan Lymer: Friendly, helpful and professional service and well priced
S G: Very friendly guys, helped me out today with a part I needed for my bike. Highly recommend
Paul Fisher: Outstanding. They built my new electric MTB today and also configured the suspension for me. They also went over the whole bike explaining what everything did. Hugely impressive staff who really care about cycling and give great advice. Superb.
Phillippa Holcroft: These guys have worked miracles on my bike this week, got it back yesterday and it is running like a dream. I am now going to have a fantastic riding weekend and I have these guys to thank for it. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would !
Leon Brookes: Took my Ribble Endurance SL e bike in today for repairs, very knowledgeable staff & willing to listen & give advice. Highly recommended & will be using again.
Mike Brown: Very helpful, supported us with a stubborn pedal at the drop of a hat, thanks alot and much appreciated 🙏
Jules George: Picked up bike on Wednesday 2pm, returned it Friday 1pm, full service. Good tyres, tubes and break pads, gears adjusted and running smoothly, top job and sensibly priced. Thanks guys!
Jordan Burns: Top lads best in business 5*
Karl Bird: Rung this morning in relation to a shimano e8000 motor problem which was diagnosed by northwest mountain bike early last year which i paid them to diagnose the problem and paid for this service they explained i needed a new motor with the report they gave me and told me the price etc which i cant remember off the top of my head. I've rung this morning as im ready to get the motor replaced now so asked what the process was spoke to Ben who was so unhelpful and kinda rude to me. I asked for a price was told I don't know by him basically questioing me about stuff I'm no bike mechanic so was put on the spot looking stupid and silly really. Said i needed to rebring the bike in i said again dont you have the paper work or log from last time save me loads of hassle and i could just bring the motor in for them to send off and replace. To be basically told we can see what we can do and put me in a spot to put the phone down as i couldn't answer. Being a shimano service centre I thought service was better and more professional not this kinda service. I'm pretty shocked tbh ad now I feel helpless on what to do. I might email shimano and explain the service I've received.
Oggy Roberts: Amazing customer service, great products and prices. Always reliable and get you back rolling quickly. Couldn’t ask for any more.
Tim Spencer: The go-to local MTB experts. My LBS advised me to see go them with a very tricky snapped frame bolt issue in a carbon full-suss frame. They sorted the problem quickly and for a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier 👍
Tom Price: An Aladdin's cave of MTB stuff. Friendly owner. Worth calling by if you're in the area. Car park is at the end of a small single track lane.
NV Signalling: Very helpful and friendly bike shop. Nothing is too much trouble.
Neil Barstow (#colourmanagement): Very helpful and friendly shop. Definitely recommended.
Harry Edwards: I think its a good shop easy to get to just off the motorway down a narrow road. You have to ring door bell to gain entry into shop. Once inside they have a nice selection of bikes to look at all starting from £2,000 upwards. I called in to pickup a good bike lock, after some careful thinking I purchased a lock called Hiplok Gold for £90, definitely money well spent.
Fiona Smith: Absolutely fantastic service for my nephews bike. Great young lad that helped me and explained everything well . And helped me put bike into my car . Can’t recommend enough . Thank you 👍
Will Ebay: The geezer with the pony tail and facial hair is a rude condescending man. Unfortunately I think he runs the show there. I've been to so many bike shops where they talk down to you if your bike isn't worth much or you don't know as many bike words as them. We come to you if we have a problem and pay you for your expertise. Our lives aren't spent fixing bikes get a grip of your ego (to pony boy, the others were nice).
andrew berry: These guys are really helpful. I was in need of a 20 year old derailleur hanger for a GT road bike. Searched through all the different hangers to find a match. Next day delivery to the shop. Charged me a fair price. We are grateful
Kaine: Great staff. Very friendly, helpful an kind. Got loads of parts in, all the obscure stuff. Great shop.
Jim Fox: Amazing, went above and beyond. Went into get my dropper fixed and while it was there they fixed a few other things I didn't know about. Won't go anywhere else.
Rebecca Green: Friendly, helpful, very reasonably priced service. Would definitely recommend (and I’m sure I’ll be back!)

Halfords - Stockport: what do users think?
Abdul Ghaffar: really good and fast
Frank Kimball: The click and collect is always a hassle at Halfords. The stuff is generally good quality, but the process of picking up the item has never been smooth or... quick.I also have a minor annoyance that I got an email saying the order was ready, but it was actually only part of the order. I've been promised that I'll get an email following up with the other half, but I doubt it as I've already received a receipt for the transactions. I suspect I'll have to call the store directly and chase... might be wrong, but given challenges with past orders, I'm not hopeful.
Steven Davies: Absolutely useless for a click and collect item. One star is too high.
Alan Bonsall: Good for what I wanted
DAVID NORTON: bulb changes for people like me with hands like a bunch of bananas which break things at will.. these guys have all the dexterity required.. great service for inaccessible bulb changing..
anthony devlin: Very excellent service
patricksplace53: On line said it was in shop said they didn't have any
michelle sykes: Called in to have a chip repaired in my windscreen assistant advised he would check, 25 minutes later still waiting, asked assistant again to be told erm not sure at its raining!!! Well it wasnt when I asked 25mins ago!! no apology just told "whe are busy!!!!!!
aj adam: The woman (apologies don't know your name) who did my service and parts fitting was really good, definitely knew her stuff and the lad I picked the bike back up from today Calum was great aswell.... both had excellent customer service, didn't feel rushed and really took the time to get everything right for me thanks !
Gerrard Murray: New battery fitted but they did not keep a 12v feed to my cars computer so my car lost some of it memory wipers went off management light come on they tried a diagnostic test I had to go back 5 times at the moment it seems o k if they would have put a 12v feed when changing battery there would have been no problem.
Hoboesque: I wish the bike accessories and parts selection was wider .
Ann Russell: Very good service.
Andy P: Ordered online and never received a notification to say the item was ready to collect. Not the store at fault but, clearly whatever system in place doesn’t work very well. I gave it a week and then just decided to go to the store. I will buy from another company online in future as they deliver for free and their courier keeps you informed
richard porter: Perfect
Joe Grant Perano: I bought a bike more than a month ago and I’m still waiting for it. And what makes it worst, I have been to the store 5 times because when you call their customer service hotline they’ll say that the bike is ready but when you there it’s not or they’ll say they’re still waiting for the accessories that I ordered. I feel that they just treat people like a number, they don’t care about customer satisfaction and good customer experience. NO Empathy at all. One of the worst buying experience in my life. I wished I didn’t buy my bike from Halfords
Mike Williams: Excellent service and advice, happy to recommend.
Gemma Perks: Really grateful for how super helpful the team were in the Stockport store today. They gave me great advice and were really busy so I appreciated the team fitting me in.
mike howarth: Most helpful, great team very informative helpful.... Hopefully Mathew and Rob don't end up with coldsThey fitted my car a new battery in the wind cold and rain.after 7pm!Talk about going the extra mile. Give them a raise lol. Seriously though iam very happy that they looked after us/me and my car. Thank you
martin hogarth: Fantastic service from Anthony and Lisa
Trevor Gay: Good service and very efficient.thanks.
Gary Woods: I use Halfords quite a lot as the store is close to where I live and I used to work there. Today I needed a battery check, the assistant was able to test it straight away and it turned out to be bad. He offered me a choice of new battery, I chose a 4yr one and he offered the fitting service. I'm able to do that myself so I just bought the battery. Overall another successful visit!

Evans Cycles: what do users think?
Dec hetherington: Bought a Cannondale Topstone 2 a few months back and had a great experience with this store. All the staff were really friendly and the store manager went above and beyond. 10/10
Joseph Collum: Huge thanks to Johnny the bike mechanic: he did a great job sorting out my gears and bent derailleur whilst explaining everything he was doing - top job.
Alex L: Friendly services, lots of decent bikes on good price, highly recommend this cycle store if you want to get a new bike without waiting for days.
heidi Chester: Great service and rally friendly staff
Frankie Gemmell: Visited a few times to look at a new bike was sick of halfords bikes visited deansgate evans cycles the staff were absolutely fantastic walked me through every bike advised me on which one would do me and he was right the trek x caliber 8 is a fantastic bike cheers guys
Emma Clark: Just wanted to give these guys a big shout out. They really helped me out the other day when the bike lock I bought from there earlier this year seized up, preventing me from taking my bike home from work. I explained the situation and they listened and made various suggestions. They lent me some lube spray to try as I was just across the road at Spinningfields. Plus they offered - if that didn't work - for someone to help try and get into the lock. As it happened, the lube worked, and the bike was freed! When I went back to thank them and return the spray, one of the guys worked the key in the lock a few times to help prevent it happening again and explained about how rain getting in may well have caused the problem. Every single person I have dealt with at this branch has been super friendly and helpful. (When I bought the lock, another guy helped me get into the fort-knox-level packaging and attach it to my bike) What a great bunch! Thank you! :-D
Yaser Alhamdan: محل يلبي لك كل ما تحتاجه من دراجات هوائية من ماركات عالمية وملحقاتها والملابس لجميع الأعمار.. 👍
Stephen Davies: Thank you Neil for correcting my new bike and making it safe.
Trailblazer EHT: The staff here are absolutely brilliant, really helpful knowledgeable friendly and quite witty too. I bought my smart trainer from this shop. They always have time, even to give a noob good advice. Always had a laugh with them and always have left feeling it was worth the visit.. absolutely recommended and a lot of businesses could learn from them. Superb unforgettable experience.
Alf Arnold: Super friendly and instant support for my dahon folding bike gear problem today. Great mechanic3
Kevin B66: Great for trek bikes and accessories plus the staff were very helpful and don't rush you
EgnYteD: Got my bike here and staff were very helpful
Matt Haworth: Great shop, lots of choice and some great deals on clothing.
Peter Critchley: Excellent customer service from the Manchester Staff.
K s: Staff friendly but did not have the 8 speed cassette that was essential for me to get back to denton
Sharon Gillen: Brilliant experience yesterday, very knowledgeable member of staff Aidan who helped us, would highly recommend getting a bike from this shop.
Brooke Allott: Phil and the team made sure I left made-up with my purchase. Lovely customer service and they make sure you feel comfortable to come back with any issues.
Maeve J Cowan: Really disappointed with a service I had undertaken at the Stockport branch. Ongoing issues with the brakes after a wheel replacement. Told today at the Deansgate branch that 'all bikes make noises' and that I should just ignore it. They refuse to acknowledge there is any problem and apparently the only way something can be done about it is if I pay for another service?!They are totally patronising and the mechanic in particular was just downright rude. He totally refused to test ride the bike to appreciate the problem. Dont waste your money here, wish i had never let them near my bike.
Matt Hall: Absolute legends at this store...really friendly service and went massively out of their way to help me with 2 punctures in one day, even when I walked in with the 2nd one 5 mins before closing time. Big up to Tony, Stef and Aiden for helping me out
Daniel Fraser: Got to work and noticed my wheelchair had a puncture. A quick google search revealed Evans Cycles was 1 minute from the office. Someone took the wheel in for me, it was repaired there and then and I had it back within 10 minutes as good as new. Excellent service and cannot thank them enough.
Clare Thomas: Would give zero if possible. Supposedly repaired puncture, only got 1 me up the road and it was flat again due to incompetent person not fitting the inner tube correctly, see photo but suggested my tyre was worn, even though the bike is only 2 months old. I Avoid this place. Would have been quicker and cheaper to get a cab home

Trek Bicycle Manchester Piccadilly: what do users think?
Aaron Barratt: I've bought two bikes from Trek and they've been fantastic each time. The first time was my first "real" bike and they were great at talking me through everything and getting me setupCame back for an upgrade after catching the N+1 bug and they were just as great as the first time
Kristian A: Was experiencing problems with my road bike brakes recently. I considered using Trek due to their experience in building high performance road bikes similar to my Canyon. Took it in expecting to only have the brakes replaced (disc brake and pads which undoubtedly needed doing). However, they identified a whole host of other items supposedly needing replacement, including brake fluid (possibly true considering problems I’d had with the brakes), cassette, chain, handlebar tape. Bearing in mind the bike is three years old and has been looked after, I was particularly sceptical of the cassette needing replacement. Found that the cost of the work was going to be over £300. The next day, I phoned to ask if they could leave the cassette as it had been working fine for me, as well as handlebar tape as it was just a bit scuffed and hadn’t been bothering me, but they insisted they won’t release the bike back to me on health and safety grounds and that both the cassette and handlebar tape needed to be replaced (alarm bells started to ring at this point). I reluctantly agreed to avoid conflict and now massively regret this. They said would be finished by midday the next day. The next morning, they told me it would be by the end of the day. At 4pm, I phoned to ask when it would be ready to collect. They said it won’t be finished by end of the day with no answer as to why. I insisted it needed to be that day as I needed it that evening and they’d already promised it would be, so low and behold, they could get it done after all.Upon receiving the bike back, I found they’d discarded my old cassette despite the invoice stating they’d return it to me. I found very soon that I was having problems with my gears tripping. I also found that just after a week, the whole drivetrain was starting to rust, so I suspect they didn’t even oil the chain as part of a full service. I’m now having to pay for a reputable local repair company to rectify the issues. I wish I’d known about the independent repair guy beforehand.I urge anyone else considering Trek for a service to look around first. I won’t be using them again.
paul thornborough: Excellent service from the staff here. Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and speedy at resolving all my bike issues. Fully recommend!
Telma Sandrini: I am new to cycling and I made a decision to buy a road bike. Before choosing the bike, I had a bike fit with Matt Hallam at Crimson Performance who suggested going for a Trek Domane. I got in touch w/ Liam and his team at Trek Manchester, shared my bike fit measurements and in a matter of weeks I had my new Domane set up exactly as per my bike fit. Liam and his team were fantastic, extremely helpful (and patient ;) ). Being new to the sport, I was a bit apprehensive and insecure, but Trek’s guys made me feel very welcoming. And my new DOMANE .. wow .. it’s simply brilliant ! Fast, stable and SUPER comfortable (that was one of big concerns). I could not be happier with THE bike itself but also with the experience I had a Trek Manchester. Thanks VERY much guys !
Ian Edwards: Thanks to the mechanics at the start of the Tour de Manc for sorting out my bent hanger. You did an excellent job and saved me from 100k of missed changes and wrong gears. It was perfect
Andrew Nelson: Great service from the team, from initial contact through to delivery. Had a slight delay with delivery which they addressed promptly, and they threw in a set of complimentary pedals, which was a nice touch.
Colin Garside: Boutique cycling store
Andy Appleton: Matthew was superb! From my initial enquiry right up to collection, Matthew gave excellent customer service! His product knowledge (and advice) was second to none and very much appreciated. #superstarTrek Manchester is highly recommended 👌
Cathie Jasper: Fantastic experience and service from the staff at Trek Bike Manchester Piccadilly. I looked online first and had a few ideas of what I wanted (non electric) to replace my old and second hand Raleigh 'sit up and beg' bike. I had some questions, and as a 64 year old grey haired overweight social female cyclist (although I do a fair few miles per week now I have retired!) it is fair to say l went into the shop with some intrepidation. The staff don't know it but if I had felt that they were dismissive , condescending or non inclusive, I would have taken my business elsewhere. As it was, I have had fantastic service at all points - I asked questions that were answered, I was given time to look / sit on bikes and discuss them, and information was given and explained well. I ordered 2 bikes to try out and then returned to test ride them both. I opted for the DS3 version 5 (larger wheels), was given advice on how to maintain the chain etc and rode it home. I have had it about 3 weeks and I love it! It has received many compliments from fellow female cyclists and I have used it loads and on lots of longer rides. Today I was returning from a ride through Manchester City centre when my rear tyre went flat, I was passing Trek and they looked at it and replaced the inner tube straightaway, no charge. Again, wonderful service and I cannot fault them in anyway. This will be my forever bike until I need the electric version, but rest assured Trek Piccadilly, I will buy it from you! I sing your praises to my fellow cyclists and I thank you for your service so far!
Lucy Kane: Great friendly service and a quality bike at a great price 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Colin Wilson: Excellent products and after sales service to match 👍🏻
Rob Johnson: Popped in a few weeks ago looking for a new bike and was helped by Teo & Liam. Teo was brilliant, very helpful, great info regarding bikes & guided me to my (now) new Domane SL6. Returned to test the bike & ultimately buy it & again Teo & Liam were terrific; very friendly, chatty, nice coffee, more great info to ensure the bike was right for me. When collecting the bike Liam was really helpful again and finished off this great experience with a nice touch of a wee goody bag (didn't get one of those when buying my new car!). All in all this is a great shop & would highly recommend. As mentioned, only dealt with these 2 top lads but would imagine the rest of the staff are the same. Had a mate with me through the process & he was equally impressed, thank you Trek & especially Teo & Liam. Safe riding 🚴😊.
Rich Conw: Excellent knowledge staff, always a smile and good advice. Been to many bike mechanics and retailers. Trek is now my first stop if buying or servicing a bike.
Mark: The quality of the products is great and the staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Trek Bicycle Manchester to anyone with an interest in cycling and also to anyone thinking of starting cycling
Dave Wilson: Great customer see ice as usual from team Trek Manchester!
L J: Had my cannondale in for a full service. Was quick, easy and the staff were friendly. Bike is working as good as new, you get what you pay for.
David: Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very happy to set everything up and talk me through all features of the bike. Extremely happy and will buy more Trek products in future.
Danny J: Brought some Bontrager wheels in after a crash. Even though this wasn't the store I purchased them in, the team and Alwyn sorted them out in no time at all. Would definitely recommend!
Andrew J: The very best bike store. Offers a full range of off road and on road bikes for the occasional cyclist to the top-level competitors. The staff are friendly and helpful and expert at their subject.
brian fox: They are always helpful
Huakui Liu: A good young man helps me to change a old paddle without charge. I like their service with full heart! Therefore I bought one bicycle pump in the shop! Good service deserves more sales.
