Graeme Evans: I ordered a washing machine filter - and paid for next day delivery (which doubled the price of the overall order). The item took 48-hours to arrive and when I requested a refund of the special dlivery price I was advised that Royal Mail are experiencing delays! Well claim from Royal Mail - they have a refund policy. I'm less bothered about the money than the couldn't care less attitude.
Sue Cade: I purchased a Stove Log Burner Rope Door Seal And Glue Kit and paid a premium for next day delivery, so it was an expensive buy. Unfortunately the glue doesn't seem to be sticky at all. It is very thin and just runs out of the grooves. I have contacted the supplier by email several times and all I have received is an auto generated response.

Still no sign of the order however Appliance Spares Warehouse has taken the money for the order.UPDATE: Part has now arrived (02/07); received an email from Andy apologising for the delay and delivery charge has been refunded. It appears the issue is a technicality with Royal Mail which says they "aim" to deliver next day. This is something the company should be aware of however it is only fair to say the ASW is not a scam and I have received my order. Rating increased to reflect the issue has been resolved.

Next morning, as promised a very friendly and knowledgeable engineer arrived and fixed my washing machine, quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. Pam Edwards: Extremely slow delivery. 8 days for a delivery which was supposed to be 3-5 days. It took Qualtex 3 days to despatch it, yet alone deliver it. If you can find your parts with a supplier that doesn't use Qualtex for distribution, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

mohsin rahim: We have received a part from Qualtex which was faulty and a customer returned it to us. We have contacted Lee Tustin regarding returning it. He has stated in his email (please take a look at the attached screenshot) that on our account Qualtex dont accept returns and if you have to accept returns then our prices need to increase. I have previously been contacting Stephane (who was incharge of our account before) regarding returns and faulty items and he has processed them so I know this is a load of rubbish!! WHAT HE HAS STATED IN THIS EMAIL IS AGAINST THE LAW! Plus if these blackmailing tactics are actually a part of Qualtex's business policy then I think it all needs to come out in the open as it is totally wrong. Why is the customer being punished (by increasing their prices) for receiving a part that he purchased from Qualtex and turns out to be faulty (no fault of the customer) and wants to return? (which is well within their rights as per law 12 months return is standard for faulty goods). Also the fact that the amount we spend with this company compared to minimal what we return, this is ridicolous! I have noticed Lee has increased our prices now because we want to return the item. This is not the first time he has done this as this was also done back in March 2022 under same circumstances. This is how Lee behaves whenever you inform him an item needs to be returned because it is faulty. We will be posting this post on all social media and getting others to share this on theres as for some reason Lee thinks he can do whatever he wishes with no repercussions. We will also be contacting their suppliers and those who regulate them to show their business practice.

Tel number just rings and rings very very frustrating, and money I really need to have reimbursed. Contacted E Bay & Pay Pal and they gave me Fraud Squad details if nothing is actioned. Don't want to go down that path but cannot be without money due to me.

David David: Disappointing service, requested a repair on Samsung washing machine.On their website it says they fix Samsung's and told them before hand the model number of the washing machine so they knew exactly which one it was.Engineer turned up and was looking at it and then said he didn't have the correct tools the fix it, he said they might be special Samsung tools.Fair enough if this is true, but the company knew the model before coming they should have checked if it's something they can actually fix.Had to still pay the call out fee and achieved nothing but speculation from the guy about what could be wrong with it.
