Hervia Luxe Store: what do users think?
T D: Great Store! The service is unparalleled and the collection of Avant garde attire for both men & women is always carefully picked by the buyers. Harrison in particular will always do what he can to assist and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the brands and certain pieces.
Joao Neves: I bought an item at Hervia through Farfetch that did not suit me. I returned the item following all the instructions to have Hervia refusing to accept the return as it had a "make-up" stain (they claim) - as far as I am aware this could have happened in their hands as I don't wear make-up.In years and year of online shopping I have never experience an online shopping experience like this. I would like to ask the Hervia what would they do if a customer, trying a shirt in their shop, left a make-up stain? Would they force them to buy it before they walked out?
kaz tak: I deeply regret shopping with Hervia and will never shop with them again. I recently ordered a Jil Sander knitwear through their website and received a damaged item with makeup stains and some yellow oil stains. The issue was the condition of the item was not checked by them before it was shipped(or they knew the item was damaged but they shipped it out regardless) considering the current situation in relation to COVID-19, I wish they resell any returned products once it’s been cleaned. I have asked them to refund the money I had to spend for F dry cleaning but they ignored my email. They may be a good enough boutique to shop at but as an online retailer unfortunately they are not trustworthy. Also they don’t offer you a free return so if you have received a faulty item, it’s you who have to pay for the postage to return it. If you want to take a chance, Hervia is for you.
Dan Mast: Thanks to Asiya and Cher today for their help, assistance and outstanding service, it was a pleasure shopping with you and I will definitely be back to buy that Jil Sander bag😍 Best, your "dangerous friend"! x
Paul Radtke: Fast shipping with farfetch.
S: Very bad customer service and false advertising! I opened the site and there was a pop up saying to use the code Extra20 so that I can get “20% off extra for any item on sale”, I went and put in the cart a pair of Dsquared jeans and when I tried to apply the promo, guess what... the code was not valid. Contacted via email their customer service and they said the code is not valid anymore and when I told her I received it 1 minute before ordering the reply was “it was a glitch”?!?! I don’t care about their system glitches and inabilty to run their website properly, I cared about getting the discount I was promised. Will not shop with false advertisers.
Xasan Ali Motto: Styl fasion
Matthew Hill: Had a very bad experience with this store waiting for three hours for the release of the yeezys. Was 30th in the queue however only about a half of the people in front of me came away with the shoes we had qeued for and the staff left hundreds of us waiting out side despite knowing only so little of us would get them. Even after they had ran out they did not think to let the people in the queue know this and so news only spread as rumours from people who had been in the store. As well, the store took over 45 minutes to serve as little as 20 people who already knew what shoes they were there for.
Aaron: Absolutely disgusting customer service. Left 100s waiting outside for limited edition yeezys for hrs without any information on shoe stock or sizes available. Would only tell people who eventually made it inside that they ran out of stock after about 10 sales. Clearly just wanted people inside after waiting hrs so they might buy up the 700s they couldn't shift. Pure incompetence from the staff who made stupid excuses as to why they couldn't disclose stock size whilst neighbouring shops were happy to.EDIT: I can see ur to proud to realise the mistakes you made today. Ur staff were in fact completely incompetent and you should look at the way supreme stores handle limited high demand product launches with their ticket system. And tell people queuing outside for multiple hours how many shoes you have left!!!
Will Kyle: Queued for 3 hours for some yeezys along with hundreds of others. They had 15 in stock, and didn't bother to tell us, they said they weren't allowed to even though other shops in the area were happy to disclose this. I'm trying to buy shoes not spy for Russian government just tell me how many pairs there are so I know if its worth my time. The only thing bazaar about this place is the customer service, are the staff brain dead? Gave me severe depression and I later hung myself. What is the point, seriously what is the point of being alive when injustices like this are occuring. From reading other reviews it seems other people had the same problem too. 1/10 would not queue again.Edit: after that reply I would give you 0 stars. You dismiss any criticism as unjust or defamatory and refuse to grow from it. You still haven't explained why you didn't tell the hundreds of people queuing you only had 70 pairs. And it's not a personal attack on your staff, I think it was handled badly, from queue jumping to not communicating.
Mike Wyley: I have been a regular customer of Hervia for a year or so and hold an account with them. I have been interested in a Yohji tee for a while so thought I'd see if they had it in-store. I ring the bell as usual to be let in but was greeted at the door by a lady who requested to know if I hold a Hervia account, I gave her my postcode and she went back inside. She then came out and said I couldn't be found in the system so needed to text a number that was stuck to the door with my details. I understand security is needed with the stuff you sell and think the doorbell idea works well. But I'm not looking at solving the Da Vinci code just to buy a t-shirt.EDIT - editing the rating as this was a one off and service in the store has since gone back to normal. Hervia is a must-go if you're in to designer clothing.
Max Rawling: Best high-end store in Manchester, staff are all very knowledgeable with the brands they are selling unlike stores like Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.
Wu Joseph: The worst customer service ever. Your any problem will be ignored by their customer service team. They promise free EU-Tax for no-EU customer, but they don't. Be careful!
吳銘修: Terrible customer service! They will ignore any customer's problem after you place an order! "DO NOT ORDER HERE"Please also check customer review on their Facebook account and you will find how ridiculous service they provided!
victor benady: Do not buy from this store. I ordered a top from their website and it arrived without the tags attached to the garment itself, but attached to its plastic packaging, which was factory sealed. I tried the item on, it was too small so I returned it straight away. They won't give a refund as the tags were not attached to the garment, which they never were. They also claim the top has black marks on it, which can't possibly have happened my end as it was out of the package for all of 5 minutes and immediately returned to its original packaging. Strikes me that they just don't want to restock sale items. I won't be buying from them again and recommend that others proceed with caution.
Jayden M: I have ordered here. Never order.I will say it again. Never order. If you live in America, Asia, not England, never do. Because they do not check e-mails for orders, and they just ignore whatever way you can get a return or refund. Even more than two weeks makes it difficult to get a return. They use it badly. And it prevents the current web site from returning by giving an excuse that it is a problem. I am currently a lawyer for fraud. Never be like me." DO NOT ORDER HERE "
Ewan Doran: Rang up about a specific shoe that was releasing and was told it was first come first serve. When it came to the date I get there and the guy on the phone left out the fact that I had to be a loyalty member and that they were actually only selling online in the first place. Made a trip all that way for nothing due to staff incompetence. Maybe in the future you should think about getting across a message about releases much clearer and not waste people's time. Another thing was I felt very uncomfortable on arrival despite the fact I was not pleased and still decided to look into other available items. Just not good for the prices you put out.
UksiHattu12: Bought a CDG Play shirt here, the staff were really friendly and the store looked really clean.
Patricio Joao Tonduango: Comme des garćon
Richard Mussard: Great customer service.
David Lovatt: simple one of the best boutiques in Manchester for none main stream clothes.

Harvey Nichols: what do users think?
Foodieholic: Nice & quite with some nice designer stuff.
berniefb: Visited APM Monaco in this store, and the food department, excellent service all round, first class !
Jessie P: Poor service, and the place so empty, no clients, and they service so bad, they will shut down this place very soon, remember what i said!!! These employee need to go home
Christiaan Kamstra: Great place to shop when looking for skincare, clothing and accessories. Bought myself some sunnies.
Tausif Baber: Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Zaiyn Arshad: Great department store been shopping here for years and have bought numerous products from here.Went in today after quite a while, love the new look of the store. The staff were very welcoming as usual.Brandon was a great help and was so friendly and helped me find the product which I needed.
Cal: Fabulous customer service by Hannah on the Laura Mercier counter. No pushy sales. Happy to showcase products, explain formulas and suitability for skin time.
lucas knight: Was denied service. Wanted to purchase a doughnut to go but was told that 'today' they are trialling not selling doughnuts to go unless you bought 4 mixed flavour ones. Staff was extremely rude and said they would not sell us a doughnut unless we ate in and bought coffee. DO NOT GO
Carina Cherry: Never have much of a range. Very limited on what you can buy.
Emma Jefferson: Bright, spacious and well presented, lovely staff
Daniel: Modernes Kaufhaus mit allen Luxusmarken die man erwartet.Die Preise sind natürlich höher als woanders.Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und aufmerksam.
Karen Kennedy: Nice to to walk around you can get every thing you need.
Jeremy Stonehouse: Popped in the cafe for a flat white and earl grey.Flat white was watery and weak. You expect more care from this brand.Big windows good for watching people outside in the street.
Matthew Over: Store was clean and spacious - but that’s about it.It was very lifeless instore and the overall feel just felt dull. The majority of staff were stood around on their phones which is not a good look for a high end department store. One girl in the tiny fragrance department looked like she’s just walked straight out of primark with her appearance, very scruffyNo wonder everyone was in the selfridges next door
Chris Jose: Abusive behaviour, from the front desk man toward a member of public while on public grounds. If this company has any integrity, they will fire the man in question. Using profanity, and even threating a fight, is far from the standard expected from any reasonable company.
khalida patel: In-store experience horrificTraumaticI was verbally attacked and threatened by a Pakistani womanNear Chanel.she was swearing the most obscene foul language I never heard in my life! The humiliationNot one security guard told her to stop.she carried on torturing me swearing.i was removed from the store!.I was told by security I had showed myself up. Outside the store she showed me her behind. Her middle finger land stuck her tongue 👅 at me with her piercing s. She told the security of Victoria quarter I'm mentally ill I was thrown out of Harvey Nichols. Harvey Nichols staff blame me have not apologized. Their customer service agent put phone down at me. First I get sworn at attacked removed from store and called mentally illm. Now Vic quarter security watch my whereabouts like in the common criminal... I don't feel safe or find at Harvey Nichols. I will never go in Leeds.
Vanessa Vanessa: Love it.
Cheryl Cold: Security staff need taught how to treat members of the public
Betfred: This security guard is very aggressive, used extremely bad language and definitely not what I expect of a Harvey Nichols employee.
David Neil: Calling members of the public "daft c***s" when you're standing on a public pavement, very poor training.
William John: Went in to get some aftershave. Wasnt in stock which is ok. Went loo and they are vile. Been to better in a tesco. Also in the booze section the staff dont know a thing.
