The park has a lovely atmosphere with a collection of large ornamental trees and a lake, even though the lake is now filled in. The unique youth shelter design has won awards, and there is a new dog agility course for visitors to enjoy.
The park equipment could use some updating, but visitors have enjoyed the fairy doors on the trees which add a magical touch to the park.
Visitors have found the park to be a lovely little park, despite being very wet at times. It is a nice place to walk and enjoy the natural surroundings.
