Spire Southampton Hospital: what do users think?
Becky: Absolutely amazing, I genuinely owe Dr Patel my life. Extremely knowledgable, calm and reassuring approach. I felt the hospital to be sincerely invested to follow up my progress and provide me the support I needed. The facilities were faultless.
Francis Whiffen: Went in a week ago today for a triple bypass Mr Barlow is a brilliant surgeon and filled me with confidence and also did a marvellous job I can’t believe how pain free I am on paracetamol only since day 1 The nursing staff in every department are caring and both professional and super friendly helpful The food is hotel quality and the food staff lovely Thank you all so much for all your help in my speedy recovery If I could give a million stars I would
Dani Watt: From my initial contact right throughout my journey dr horlock has gone above and beyond to achieve my dreams!. A true dr who cares for their patients more than money! And this is hugely reflected on Dr horlocks work!! A massive thank you. Danielle kiely
Dawn Zabojskyj: Very dismissive Consultant. Nurse was lovely. MRI department difficult to contact and abrupt attitude. Off hand receptionists. Yet to see what happens at future appointments but so far not impressed in the slightest. Constantly asked if I am a private or NHS patient. I am NHS. Does this explain how I am being treated ???
Mario MN: Never step foot in this place.UNRELIABLE AND END UP PAYING FOR NOTHING NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN.I have experiencing bowel problems for couple of years and decided to go private as I thought they would be quicker in helping me.I saw DR CUMMINGS and he advised me to do a blood and stool test, which I did and paid 500£ including the consultation. Before I left the hospital they told me the results will come really quickly and they will send me an email. 2 weeks later I call the hospital and ask for my blood and stool test results. The reception and other workers in the hospital told me that the only person that could give me the results is the secretary called TINA MCENANEY. After calling her for 1 month straight and sending her a ton of emails because she was ignoring me or she was passing me to someone else 2 months down the line I am still waiting for my results. TINA MCENANEY is making excuses because the first time I called her she told me that she will tell me my results when the stool results come back and 1 week ago she said that my consultant will phone me on 30-03-23 which he never did. SO YES THANK YOU SPIRE HOSPITAL FOR MAKING ME PAY FOR NOTHING.
Jamie Goater: It’s my only experience of private healthcare and it’s been awful!!
jessica Hart: I am a frequent patient of the Spire Southampton having attended numerous appointments there over the past year or so. Unfortunately I was recently sent a large hospital bill for multiple charges I was not informed about at the time, despite asking at reception and being given false information. After extensive emails and phone calls I’m being told that because I signed a form saying I agreed to pay hospital charges that I am being forced to pay them, even though amounts were never actually conveyed to me. By this logic they can ask you to sign that form and then demand you pay them £10,000 and say ‘well you signed the form so you have to pay it’. I won’t be using this hospital again unfortunately as I’m very disappointed.
Barnaby Wilson: Seems to be impossible to contact them to book an imaging appointment. They don't answer the phone, even if they do they say they need to call back and then don't, and leaving a message doesn't get a response either. Worse than the NHS who at least bother to answer the phone
chris brennan: Just had a day at the Spire, which included a Shpjlder Operation. Arrived wre at 7.30am, and from then on have been treated like royalty. 100% praise for all the staff for looking after me. From the receptionists, porters, anaesthetists, physiotherapist, food staff, and of course Doctors. Brilliant. Everything explained to me from the start. Everybody so nice. Its been a pleasure being here. Thankyou. Christopher Brennan ( Room 47) x
Amanda Moore: Diagnostics and consultant appointment carried out, all same day with results as self-funded patient. Would have taken much longer with NHS wait lists, worth the reduction in anxiety. Pleasant atmosphere and professional attitude from all staff.
Dave Lown: Had a Septoplasty Op performed by Mr Harries. Can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience, everything went smoothly and my nose is feeling incredible, I can actually breathe now and it’s done wonders for my mental and physical health!Special mention to Helen and Lynne who made sure I was comfortable and reassured me throughout the day! Thanks to the team at Spire Southampton!
mustafa sheddar: I wanted to go for general check ups to this hosptial …… any recommendations?! Like head to toe general check up ?! Any good this hosptial ?! I can either go to Turkey or Thailand for same check ups but never tried uk wondering if I should give it a go ?! Kindly recommend anyone has experienced general checkups here …. Thanks
Sho P: Thank you to all the nurses and Dr Byrne for everything! Cannot recommend this hospital enough!! Keep up the excellent work!!
Misako Minshull: I had an email from a woman called Lucy for the job I applied for something like 10 years ago. I replied and told her that I did apply for bank position in Berkshire but heard nothing back , so she must be mistaken. She apologised and asked if she could pass on my information to appropriate people at Spire in Berkshire, so I said yes but she never bothered to reply. Not impressed.Spire Hospitals in Berkshire were just as bad.
Nicky Beal: I am still at the hospital but have been so pleased with my care I thought I would write now before I forget. I have been for a one night stay in an private room and under the care of Mr F Gardener for my operation. The room itself is immaculate and comfortable with a large tv to watch from the bed and own private en-suite with shampoo, body wash, dressing gown etc provided. The buzzer has separate buttons for the nurses or the catering staff which is brilliant so you don’t feel like you’re pestering the wrong people. My care has been fantastic and everyone has been so nice. I think the longest I ever had to wait for a nurse once buzzed was about two minutes and they could not do enough for you, never making you feel a nuisance for asking for basic help. The food has been delicious and was accessible whenever I needed. It has felt like being at a hotel and just coming for surgery. I could not have asked for better care and if I have to have any further treatment I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back.
Mike Anson: Cannot fault the care from start to finish, initial consultation was rapid with the consultant taking the time to listen to all my concerns. Investigations, MRi, performed within days, physio prescribed within days, plan put together and treatment initiated quickly. Day case surgery performed within weeks as needed. Hospital admission, fast, efficient, kept informed , cared for my friendly, attentive staff. If only the NHS was this way too.
kevin freemantle: Extremely friendly and professional staff that exceeded all expectations and made things run smoothly. Well done team and thank you.
Raïda bahsoun: Great hospital, we saw Dr Burgess who is a wonderful doctor, great listener, patient, non judgemental and gave us some great advice for our daughter. Definitely recommend Dr Burgess! Thank you
sarah fox: On Thursday 18th august, I had a gastric sleeve at spire Southampton. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel so welcome. I was taken to my room and met the nurses, consultant and anaesthetist. All were just outstanding. The hospital is extremely clean. The nurses were incredible during my stay and nothing was to much trouble. I highly recommend spire Southampton
Paula Ann Mizon: 5 stars for 5 star service i was on Ward 1every member of the Nursing team were exceptional in the Care they gave me ..100% recommend
richard binns: Just had hip replacement here and I want to say a big thankyou to all the staff so caring polite and they do a brilliant job .all on ward 2

Practice Plus Group Hospital, Southampton: what do users think?
Salma Siddika: Amazing treatment from all members of staff from start to finish. Mr Tapponi (consultant) was incredible. I had septoplasty surgery due to my deviated septum which caused me issues ever since I could remember and since recovering from the surgery it has been life changing. Southampton practice plus surgery has my full trust.
Suzanne Gosney: My husband recently had a procedure at Practice Plus and the care he received was above our expectations, great professional and kind service from everyone, a huge thanks to Mr Borley and his team.
Emily Galton: Excellent care from start to finish. I was scheduled for surgery back in Feb, but asthma and chest infection caused that not to happen. So I had my op yesterday instead. Went really well. The staff in general surgery are all kind, caring and helpful. Had complete faith in my surgeon Mr kirkby-bott and my anaesthetist, felt in good hands with both of them. The theatre staff were all kind, caring and made me feel at ease. Even with having trouble getting a cannula in my hand where I was a bit dehydrated! I came round afterwards in recovery, feeling very sore! So was given painkillers straight away. Kind, caring nurse took me round to the bay and I was bought tea and toast afterwards. Every member of staff were helpful, kind and caring. Thank you for making me feel at ease. Follow up in 4-6 weeks time
Carol Bartens: I would just like to say that I had an appointment at the RSH yesterday, and from checking in at the reception to having my hand surgery the care from all the staff was excellent. Everyone was so caring, a real credit to the NHS
Dean Archer: Excellent care from start to finish! Even got a check in call 24 hours after the procedure, asking how i was feeling. Staff are amazing and show real care towards patients and their family. Highly recommended! 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Tracy Joynes: Excellent care from start to finish. Such kind and gentle staff. I had a hernia repair and I'm very pleased with every aspect from beginning to the end of my treatment. I'm also deaf and they dealt with that issue very well. The rooms were comfortable, the tea and toast after recovery was prompt.I recommend this hospital.
D20Fife: After a phone conversation with Practice Plus Group, I attended an appointment at Southampton. The surgeon there told me they could not treat me because I had a pacemaker. The pacemaker had been discussed in detail during the earlier phone call, and had indeed been put on my notes. Complete waste of time, either this organisation is dysfunctional, or they knowingly refer patients they cannot treat purely for a £95 fee.Update: Received call from PPG, they will refund the £95, so upgraded from one star to two.
Una Hallissey: A big thank you to Practice Plus Southampton. I had my Total Hip Replacement on 1st February 23. Everybody was so caring and kind. Home the next day. Thank you again to Mr Khan and team.
Steve Jacombs: Excellent. The staff are very kind, friendly, professional and helpful.
Benjamin Carey: Quoted over £1700 for an operation, could not be seen locally and told it would take at least 6 weeks to be done. Feels like this company just wants to make as much money as possible out of desperate people fed up of NHS waiting lists. Perhaps if their surgeons were all working in the NHS 100% of their working time instead of raking in the money in private hospitals the UK's health system would be in less of a crisis...?
Liberty Davies: Brilliant ! I had an appointment here on Friday the 9th December. All the staff were amazing friendly and helpful. They were understanding, reassuring and kind. The receptionist, the dental surgeon and the dental nurse were all fantastic. I can't thank you enough for how kind you all were. Many thanksLiberty Davies
Steve weight: I had an epigastric hernia operation by local anasthetic two weeks ago under mr kirby-botte and his team . In hospital 0715 , various preps and visits from mr kirby-botte , the anasthatist and nurses , in theatre 1030 , in recovery for tea and biscuits by 1200 and home indoors 1.15 pm . was able to talk to theatre staff during the op and altogether a good and interesting experience . brilliant NHS. had a follow-up visit to check dressing after 12 days , all good and healing nicely .
Alan Cole: Had a operation on my nose here performed by Dr Banerjee. The service was excellent and all the staff were kind and considerate and helpful during my stay. It’s never nice having to have a operation but they made the experience a lot better and I was very impressed.
Arthur Syson: Had hip opp recently. Big thanks to Mr Flood..Maria..and all the hospital staff they treated me with care ..respect thank you all for being there for me..would recommended to everyone....
Laura .Bytheway: Nightmare to get a hold of on the phone been 2 years with ear problems the general didn’t send my ct scan over which was done last July and it’s now august in April they finally decided I need surgery for a cholosteotma which that appointment was meant to be in feb but I turned up missed my university graduation for that appointment to get there and be told he has covid and can’t see me I just cried. Then been trying to phone booking team to get a update the woman who answered finally was just not thoughtful or considerate just rude then I cried cause I’m so frustrated my gp had been emailing my consultent since may no reply there either. Like it’s not a issue that has other options it needs surgery like I’ve not been treated well at all I feel defeated and in pain everyday and loss of hearing headaches and I go dizzy. Just want to get it sorted and to be communicated with.
Stacey Crossan: I'm so very very glad I had my surgery with practice plus group. From the moment I got there the staff were very caring and attentive. All the staff including nursing, hca and theatre staff were so very nice and caring. The ward was quiet, clean and didn't feel manic like the generals wards can feel. It made the whole experience that was already scary and worrying for me so much more comfortable and welcoming. I cant thank you all enough!!!!
Tom Fowler: Quick, efficient and friendly service. Although my operation was held back due to government lockdown restrictions they managed to accommodate me shortly after they cancelled. Mr Dickinson and his team were all a pleasure. There are genuinely warm and friendly faces you'll find at reception.
Christine Goldring: I had a hip operation at the Practice Plus Hospital in May, I don't have any bad things to say about my experience, the surgeon, doctors and nurses are first class and made me feel special 😊
Gary Crow: Nice place not too busy and good parking.
Robert Young: Well looked after.
Sheila Mathews: Found staff at rsh hospital very pleasant and also dr jaine very nice, Such a nice small hospital & great leave friends tea room well done to all

Solent GP Surgery - Adelaide: what do users think?
Howell Greenland: I just called the practice & was informed that I was No 1 in the queue. With that information, you just can't hang up & try again later.......A little later, a cheerful person answered my call & after confirming my identity & asking me a variety of questions regarding my condition informed me that someone would be following up with either a physical or telephone appointment & that either way they would be calling me back & I wouldn't have to recall the surgery.I found the experience very positive.Keep it up
Miriam Afonso: Time and again this GP has proven how horrible their service is. I try to check in with reception. The receptionist is happily chatting away with her friend. After 20 mins of waiting receptionist tells me clinician is off sick and there is no one to draw bloods for me. I was supposed to have an appointment at royal hants in the next few weeks but then they canceled it and rebooked it at another hospital and now I have to wait for 2 months for that appointment. I had originally asked for a prescription for a medication that GPs can normally give to patients but they said that they can't and hence the referral. Awful awful service. I'm registering with another GP. COMPLETELY USELESS!
Ewan Mccaffery: If I could give lower I would, aftercare after my accident is appalling , doctors never speak or arrange a visit , giving you weak medication after spinal fusion surgery, I have rang lots of times moaning how much pain I am in still don’t arrange to see me , rejected me from physio twice although it’s essiential after the accident , I get prescribed mirtzapine which has made me feel more depressed and groggy, I’m in constant pain aint yet they dont perscribe nothing , this surgery is an absolute joke and can’t wait to move
Piotr Krys: the service at the clinic has deteriorated after the arrival of COVID19, currently the staff is poorly competent, the registration system is ineffective, as a patient I do not recommend this clinic, a simple blood test must be done at the Butterfly Clinic after talking to the Physio Unit Adelaide, currently the NHS service is playing ping-pong with the GP surgery! massacre
Albo Underhill: Just the worst, a few years ago try to see someone about getting a vasectomy. Went in and spoke to a GP who didn't know what to do then gave me the phone number of the surgery I was sitting in to phone and ask for help. Another time was told by 111 that I should go down there for terrible pain I had and that they would contact them. Got there at 3:40 and they refused to see me as the doctors were getting ready to go home. Ended up in the hospital. Place is always empty but nobody ever answers the phone or let's you in to your appointment on time. Moved to lordshill GP surgery last year and was the best decision I've made in a long time. This place needs some kind of management team out to be shut down.
Jenni Taylor: If I could give no stars I would totally incompetent... Don't bother calling you won't get through... Receptionist are lazy and unhelpful took 11 telephone calls over a week to get meds sorted... That was 13 months ago and they've never done my medication properly.... Easily spend 45mins trying to get through...Incompetent avoid at all costs
Kim Clark: I am utterly disgusted with adelaide surgery we had a phone consultation today because my partner was struggling with breathing they booked him an appointment for the 16th September to see a gp in person. l was not happy rang 111 and they sent an ambulance!!!!!!
Luke Wiltshire: Wish their was an option for 0 stars. Just moved into the area and trying to join a new doctor surgery. Tried doing it online, but nothing works. Even when you contact them through e-consult or emails. Beyond useless
annette campbell: Worst surgery ever.Never answer the phone.have to book appointments on line 😩. What if you don't have Internet?UncontactableAppalling don't bother
Mia Sketcher: I wouldnt even give them a 1 star. Worst GP I have ever been with.
Anca Laura: Had to call my GP this morning. Phoned at 8:05 and the receptionist answered at 8:08. She was not grumpy or angry. This lady was actually polite and after taking my details, she kindly informed me that my doctor is on annual leave, but another doctor can call me back. She even told me that I don’t need to give her a reason for calling, because she can put It down as “personal”.Would you like to o be treated like this? Well then, register with Lordshill GP surgery. I just did, and this was the service I received….this was after having to put up with horrible service from Adelaide GP for the last 8 years.
Konrad Nowak: Its impossible to schedule appointment with GP. Im trying for over a year now...Website is useless, they dont answer the phone and when I walked to surgery to try to schedule appointment in person, I've been told I have to call or use Website... Ridiculous
chris brennan: My wife is having eye injections, and following a review the consultant decided to get my wife to have some eye medication for dry eyes. The consultant filled in a form for me to take to the Adelaide Surgery I went on a Friday, only to find the place shut. I banged on the windows, eventually a lady turned up, who then took our form to pass on to a doctor. That was on the 3rd Dec. Its now the 10th Dec, and the form has gone missing. Absolutely Terrible surgery,. Never answers the phone.
Kate Cooley: This surgery is awful. Long waiting times, can rarely get though on the phone and when you do they are really unhelpful.
Sophia Lawhurst: just spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who helped me get set up with Patient access and made sure I was on the system. I'm new to the surgery so hopefully it continues to be this lovely!
L.A.D: I can't explain how awful this GP is. You HAVE to call at 8am on the dot or you will have to wait half an hour to an hour for them to pick up. Now you have to go on their E-consult if it's not an emergency to make an appointment and everytime I do it it tells me to call 111 which freak me out for 111 to tell me there's nothing they can do but send a report to my GP and for me to call them up again and at this point I have to wait up to 4 hours (no joke) for them to say there's nothing they can do because the call back time has shut and it just 1pm, they will tell me to call back tomorrow and then I'll have to do this all again. I've seen around 5different doctors and only 2 have been nice the rest act like they don't want to be there and that their presence is a privilege to me. If I could give 0 stars I would and that's why I'm moving GPs.
Joanne P: Dr Hashmi, wanted to look at my 6 month old baby for injuries as I came to see her for PND. She actually said this to me! I get it, safeguarding is important, but to voice this out loud to a new mother suffering with PND is unprofessional and insensitive. I wasn't offered therapy or a stay in a baby and mother unit. Just years of suffering and piles of antidepressants. I hope this never happens to another mother.
Ally: Consistently waiting 40+ minutes on hold trying to speak to someone.
Grzegorz Gambus: Useless practician. 3 years old with sore mouth virus..keep an eye on her. Wish you exactly the same
Jessica Lush: Never answer the phone & when they finally do some the receptionist are rude.
Persia Cunningham: Absolutely terrible service, tried to force me to PAY for a DSA form then refuse to even do it. Refuse to write a GP letter, ignore all queries and treat me like a five year old when I am a grown adult. Horrific, I'd leave the surgery if I could!!!

Princess Anne Hospital: what do users think?
Caitlin: Wish I could give this more stars but PAH made what should have been a wonderful time the most traumatic and stressful situation. Doctors and (some) Midwives have zero empathy or compassion and in certain situations I would say they were negligent. Thankfully both my son and myself are OK thanks only to the Neonatal Unit nurses and doctors and the midwives on Lyndhurst Ward. Maybe I was unlucky and got the one bad midwife out of a good bunch, but I think some staff here might need to rethink their career choice. How this place was rated good by the CQC I have no idea, but I will be passing my complaints on to them and PALs directly to look into.
zane davis: Been here for 7 hours till got told any news. The worst hospital ever
D: Princess Anne Hospital in Southampton delivered superb care during our son's birth. Initial assessment at Broadlands Birth Centre, attentive care during a challenging delivery at the Labour Ward, and diligent monitoring at the Burley Ward reflected the staff's exceptional professionalism. Despite a delay due to staff shortages and inconvenient parking, the team's unwavering commitment to our wellbeing was exemplary. Overall, we highly recommend Princess Anne Hospital for its outstanding maternity services.
Darren Holbrook: Busy and difficult to park
THE PIGGY PROPHET: I've been at the emergency room (children's side) with my 8-month-old child. We waited at the reception for 15 minutes because nobody was there, just to tell them that I was there and my child needed assistance. Plus, my 8-month-old child has had to wait 3 hours for the visit. When we were finally called, I said to the nurse, "Finally, after three hours," and in a very rude way, she answered, "You are lucky because in busy moments, children normally wait 6 hours!" Then I thought, "Well, that means that you are not doing a good job, are they?" IS THAT NORMAL? Pour kids, they are ill, sick, injured, and they have to wait for 6 hours. That's awful. I'm pretty sure that if the royal baby or some politician's son was injured and went to the hospital because he needed assistance, they would give him assistance right away. Regrettably, appears to me that NOT ALL CHILDREN ARE EQUAL FOR THOSE NURSES.
harley quinn: With suspected infection. 3,5 hour wait to get my blood taken, not even checked my temperature. Avoid if you can
Martin Garrett: Sophie in gynae assessment unit was brilliant helping to sort my wife Virginia out with her medical concerns.
Alison Camp: Fantastic treatment and care
Ricardas Karklas: Today I took a daughter in law for a scan and check up since she's pregnant. At the reception we showed the referral papers from the Emergency department of the General hospital to a young man named Joseph. I asked him if we needed to go the level down since remembered that on the ground floor there was a unit for early pregnancy but he insisted that the process has been changed so we ended up waiting for a half an hour to find out that he was wrong. An indifference of the staff is unbelievable!
Gwen Appleton: Short wait, helpful BUT please put list of departments in lift. I went to 4 different floors because I had to get out of lift to check what departments were on which floor.
Doauroflru: I've had 3/4 of my births here and each one has been a great experience thanks to the staff and all their hard work. I couldn't fault a single thing. It's a brilliantly run hospital 🙂
Elijah: I gave birth to my premature daughter here at 23 weeks, She passed away 3 hours after she died, once I was ready to go home they refused me a cold cot as I didn’t live in the city they also refused me transfer to another hospitals so I would be closer to home (I was 4 hours away from home)the maternity consultant laughed at my partner when he was balling his eyes out telling him to man up. After I tried to get a cold cot again they made my partner go to TESCO and buy frozen peas and suggesting they we use a cardboard box to transport her home in using the peas as a kind of ice pack. Absolutely disgusting care of premee mothers and they said that they would all my paper work transfers to the hospital local to me and that never happened. I got no check ups afterwards no care nothing. Absolutely disgusting care. The head midwife was the only one of the only ones that treated me with proper care.
huda faratol: Fantastic stuff and thank you very much.
stewart harder: Easy assessable place. Very polite and friendly staff. Large waiting area
Liz Broughton: I went to Day Surgery unit at Princess Anne Hospital.I suffer a huge amount of Social Anxiety . They were wonderful ladies. They made me laugh, they took me to the toilet, they made toast n marmite,i love it .They were extremely thorough. Tea couldve been stronger. Went for Biopsy n i still havent taken pain killers . Thank you all .
Amanda Miller: I gave birth at Princess Anne in October 2021 and they were incredible. My obstetrician, Dr Connor was so knowledgeable, attentive and caring that I felt right at home through the entire surgery. I could not have asked for a more capable and skilled surgeon. Thank you Dr Connor for everything you did to ensure I had the birth I needed and for ensuring the best possible start to my sons life! I hope I am blessed enough to have you as my obstetrician again.I have to say a big thank you to Robyn Y. for all her support as my midwife and in the hospital. I would not have survived without her. I had some serious mental health issues and she listened attentively, was a great source of comfort and sorted out everything to ensure my mental health was taken as seriously as my physical. Thank you Robyn for making this experience a happy one! I am counting on you for baby two.I also must give credit to the amazing birthing and post natal wards. They were so attentive and caring. I had some issues with pain management post birth and they were right on it with support and checking in. A massive thank you to Becky R. and Kerry W. for all your support and care. I am so grateful to have had you both helping me through that time and would like to request you for my next birth please! The breast feeding support was attentive and timely. Every member of the team was very reassuring (which all first time parents need!) and keen to ensure I was getting all the support I needed. This included mental health support, which they took extremely seriously and for which I could not be more grateful. I have to say a big thank you to Rachel W. for her help during pregnancy, at the hospital and postnatally with my mental health and well being. I would not have made it through without your kind and supportive words and guidance - thank you Rachel!
Ian Woods: Disgusting is the only word that describes this hospital. My wife has stayed twice recently and there is a catalogue of failings. She wasn't fed for 2 days, nurses are extremely rude, matron backs them up even though they are under investigation. Pain medication is always late if at all, apparently paracetamol is the answer to everything. Discharge notes on leaving don't match the stay as if it is the wrong patients details we were given. Every doctor that does the rounds thinks they are 'it' and change treatment plans without any consultation and make decisions on health with no tests being done. If you can avoid it, stay away.
Sally Hayter: My daughter delivered her baby here today every single member of the staff were caring from the anaesthetists Dr's midwives and support staff were amazing it got a bit scary but we were all reassured. Having worked for another local trust for 41 years these guys totally outshone them.Totally professional throughout. Thank you so much keep doing what youre doing .from an eternally grateful nanny.
Christine Clarke: Breast imaging unit is brilliant - staff are so caring, patient and flexible, all procedures done in just one clinic appointment and no pain during or following my biopsy, I don't believe private health care would be better or faster to deliver results.
David Clarke: My wife came here for a routine mammogram and says the experience wouldn't have been better in a private hospital, she was the only patient in the department and the radiographer was so caring and attentive. Top marks for the NHS, would recommend them to everyone and thanks so much.
Rafal Zuchowski: if you ever end up being On labour ward level D when preparing for baby delivery, make sure you don't let Margaret take care of your baby as she comes across very nice and sweet and then she turns to this toxic midwife trying to make you think like you're saying or doing bad things to her. please please AVOID AVOID.
