rosanna ahmed: Came as a last minute walk in, the owner was lovely and managed to squeeze me in. I have never had my eyebrows threaded in my life so was really worried about the pain. The manager talked me through it, did it with minimal pain and my eyebrows looked amazing- bare in mind this was for my big day. Since then I have always returned for various treatments. All staff have been professional and all treatments excellent.

Sarim Iqbal: We went to Beauty Jewels to get hair done for my infant. We were cordially attended by the hairdresser and she was very calm and showed a lot of patience in dealing with the child. At no point she seemed hurried or worried about the job. It was a very nice experience for me as well as my young one. She did a very professional job with the hair. Mariya: The lady was really friendly but to be completely honest, she did a really bad job. She overused the drill and thinned out my nails too much at places, burned me constantly while drilling - my fingers were pulsating at the end. One month later, and my nails still haven't recovered.The gel layer was uneven, the end result didn't look nice either. The shape was different from finger to finger, so I had to fix it when I came home.It says that gel manicure is £12 but I was charged £20 "because she also removed my old gel". Although I'm happy to pay for the removal, £8 didn't sound right considering the price of gel nails.Service:Manicure

Jasmine Patel: Came here for french manicure and it was done awfully, the lady didn't even do a manicure, she did more of a buff and polish but that's not the worst part. She used the nail drill on my skin and it stung, not just on one nail but almost all of them, leaving small cuts everywhere. They still sting today and keep reopening with slightest tap. If you still decide to go then make sure to NOT have that nail drill. Btw, she also didn't push back the cutical or cut back the nail so they are different shapes.

Ramona Kay: Having read the fantastic reviews , I decided to book an appointment with Maria ( the salon owner).My brows were in a poor state, rather overgrown and shapeless. I was pleasently surprised , their reputation of being the best place for brows is completely warranted. They really are a brow experts! Maria began the appointment by asking me what I wanted, she then explained which treatment would work best . She began her magic on my brows, I left with perfectly arched brows, natural looking yet perfectly shaped. I left feeling great! In terms of the salon, it is absolutely spotless, the chairs are comfortable, the neck rests are great. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Maria, she is professional, knowledgeable and has an ability to make you feel so very comfortable. There were other members of staff working on clients, and I can definitely say the high standards don't stop at Maria. Every other eyebrow expert was working with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend The Secret Brow Society to others. The treatment was lovely and such fantastic value, and the owner Rachael was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, giving me some good advice about skin and answering all my questions patiently. She also was able to fit me in on the same day I enquired, despite being very busy that day/week. I highly recommend and will definitely go back.
