Z Ali: Absolutely horrendous experience. Wanted to upgrade to a simple sim only, was offered a further discount to make sure I don’t pay much more than what I was already on. Instead I got ripped off and have been going back and forth for get what I was promised. Even after speaking to Lee the manager in store, he promised he would rectify the situation but instead printed me a receipt and was told to wait a month due to pro rata bills and 3 months on still nothing has been done. Would definitely not recommend, no notes left on account and highly unprofessional.

margaret drury: Warning please be careful if you are want to leave vodaphone,we been a week and they won’t unlock my phone bought outright from them .been in the shop twice in two days no help at all, very sharp didn’t even say hello to us. We got we cant .do it you have to do it it’s simple. 2 hours later on line they haven’t sent the unlock code . back to the shop,can you do it for us,NO not allowed. So our new supplier spent a hour trying and they still haven’t sent it.rang vodaphone and spent 20 mins just giving my details,I had to repeat the post code.11 times. And the phone went dead. And just before he said why are you leaving,I think the clue is above and 11 times to give the postcode. So be warned before you even think about joining,we are now saving £6 pound a month and getting double the dater and roll overs with our new provider. And absolutely brilliant customer service,the skys the limit for us from now on……..ps Meadowhall. Been with them over 20 years. And that’s the treatment for senior citizens.

Shox Wake: One of several mobile phone shops at meadowhall, at the end of the day I suppose it depends which network you prefer, but I can say the service I received here was better than other phone shops I have been in 3 major network shops here , and if you can shop around I got a good deal here

William Beniston: I’m not one to post negative reviews but the floor manager; the tall blonde woman, was dreadful. She was initially incredibly dismissive and then after I’d explained my visit she sat me down and said 15 minutes for a reply, to then not give anyone my details and walk around chatting to her colleagues, I left after 20 minutes and resolved my issue with an online representative. Shameful customer service it’s a blot on Vodafone’s reputation that she’s working in their management
Francisca Rainford: Went to Meadowhall branch, Sheffield today in search of a new phone.I found the staff there (including Alisha and Joe) to be helpful, courteous and friendly. My new phone was dealt with in a timely manner and I even got a discount on my previous phone services and insurance!I've used Vodafone for years now and each time I've had dealings with them either in person, on the phone or through an App, the service has been second to none.I would certainly recommend.

susie patman: The female assistant tried to help with a phone fault but didn't have the knowledge so she kept going back and forth to ask manager. He seemed totally disinterested. He told her to tell us to press restart. She walked back across to us to relay his suggestion. We had already tried that 3 times and had told the assistant this already. The manager said he didn't know whether it was a software or a hardware issue. And appeared not to want to get up from his chair to even talk to us or look at the phoneWe were advised to phone the manufacturer's helpline.The manager remained seated at the other side of the store and didn't even acknowledge us.The assistant came across as friendly and willing to help had she been able to but the manager came across as lazy, disinterested and apathetic.Definitely not an asset to Vodafone.This is not the first time we have experienced this type of service at this store, hence this review.

Neil Hawksworth: Tried to get a pay as you go mobile for a disabled customer with learning difficulties. Manager refused to sell a phone because he would not accept cash as payment. I explained the situation but I feel he would be more interested in watching paint dry than listening to me. Apparently covid law says that you must not accept payment by cash. Disgusted
Parking Ticket: Looking to upgrade my existing phone contract, but they were so much more expensive than other networks. Asked them for a deal but they refused, asked them to cancel contract and they fobbed me off. Shopped around and got a much better offer at different network shop.

Reported hundreds of times over 6 months, they ignored me so I've activiely talked others out of using them for years.

Mary Steer: I called in at the Parkgate Store on 30th October 2019 and there were 4 staff one was with a customer but the other 3 just talking. When I approached the young girl with tattoos on her hands she never smiled or greeted me and just had an expression on her face that it was too much trouble me being there. When I explained that I was having a problem with my contract mobile phone she asked me to sit down and when I passed her my phone she said that it looked like the screen was broken so I took off he screen protector to show her that it was just the screen protector. She seemed very negative throughout my time there and I definitely will be avoiding this store in future. Customer care goes a long way in any job and she needs to be more customer focused,

Because now my phone is in store and just because of some f**** stuff or whatever I have to wait 72hz.,o more to pick up my phone what I ordered in Monday 6 of May.... horrible delivery.... 100 % never order online again,and don’t recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

Carmen Hobbs: Went in to upgrade my daughter's phone. Curtis was extremely helpful. Only problem, when she updated the phone and transferred all her stuff over, she couldn't access Spotify, even though she'd specifically asked for entertainment. Tried live chat, they were as much use as a chocolate fireguard, so we had to trek back to town. The lady who helped was fantastic. Turns out Curtis had forgot to add the entertainment. Not his fault, we were talking the poor lads ear off. Had to ring customer services to "migrate the tariff" but done within 30 minutes.

Daniel Pauna: I have been lured with one of their offes for broadband and I cancelled my current contract which was about to end. An email of confirmation of my purchase was sent out and they have also give me the opportunity to book the inginer on what date they've had available. In the confirmation it said that my devices will be sent out 3-4 days before the installation date. When the installation date came closer and the devices weren't delivered I tracked the delivery just to find out that they cancelled it. My partner tried to call them but he was left hanging for more than an hour and a day after they told him that they cannot check the account because they have meintenance issues but we should not worry because if we got the purchase proof. When the installation day came and nobody showed up I rang them just to find out that they cancelled my order but they didn't told me so... I even booked that day off so I can stay with the engineer. Now I am left out without broadband and I just wanted 1 day of holiday for full frustration. Terrible company , terrible customer service . Can't wait for my phone contract to expire so I can go to a proper provider . SHAME that this is how they treat 4 year of loyalty.

Duncan Redman: Called here today to collect a new phone which was ordered by telephone the previous evening. Very clean and spacious store with excellent lighting. In addition wheelchair friendly. All the latest phones are on display to view and hold. A very knowledgeable staff member was on hand to complete my purchase. Been with Vodafone for over ten years, never had a problem, and if you have it's quickly sorted. Highly recommended.

I'd been waiting for 6 hours with no responce. I then arrived for a woman to be on her phone and she said the order had arrived she hadn't booked it in yet. I then was told due to an error in the system I needed to re booked as it had been ordered wrong and I need to come back tomorrow with the person who ordered it to recreate the order. In other words if i hadn't have gone in I would have never have got my phone as they would have sold the phone that was mineTerrible

I spoke to a very unhelpful young lady, who didn't want to help... I phoned up customer service's who were more than helpful. Seems to me that shops are all about selling contacts & not really interested once they have done so!

She gave me some information about the options available, and her recommendation of which cable to buy has worked out so well. She said it’d be faster, and it definitely it is! Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was so friendly and helpful :)

Kelly Meeson: Can't thank the staff here enough. We r in for a charger and a software problem on a sony phone. Both the staff I met today went above and beyond to help me solve the problem as it has been quite distressing not being able to use my phone. I would highly recommend this shop absolutely brilliant nearly cried with relief when I'd left. Especially when it's taken months to try solve this problem myself thinking I was just being silly or not seeing something I would never have guessed when they eventually did find the problem.

yasemin: when I walked in with my grandfather, who is 70 and Turkish the woman sat us down and immediately after him in his Turkish accent saying hello and my English accent saying hello she told us that vodofone do not use translators anymore. even though I had no intentions of explaining anything to him because he speaks amazing English, can fully understand and speak the language, and has lived here much longer then he lived in turkey. the staff were extremely passive aggressive,rude, inpatient and inconsiderate to an elderly man simply trying to get a new phone.
