Zahid: If you’re into nostalgia then this is a great place to visit to see the old and great computers, consoles and games. You book yourself into a 2.5 hour slot which is great as it reduces queues meaning you have plenty of time to explore and play. The time is more than enough to see and experience everything and my only gripe is that it is not extensive enough. Great mixture of classic arcades like Streetfighter, Space Invaders and Pac-Man as well as Mario and Sonic games. A great few hours out with friends and family

Elisa Belluati: Very busy during school holidays. I wished there was an area for eating (either your own food or buy it from there) as you can stay up to 3 hours and with children would be useful to have a break. Lots of old games to play, plus other activities. Friendly staff. They could expand the shop selection a little maybe. Easy to find on google maps but if you drive you need to park few minutes away. For some games you have to queue a little as they are very popular. It got quieter the last half a hour so we managed to play undisturbed.

Mike Naylor: When you walk in, it doesn't look like there is enough to entertain you for 3 hours but once you've in you'll find that peice of your childhood and you'll not let it go.The displays feature some great exhibits of the history of gaming for when you need a break from the screen.You get a 3 hour slot and while it tends to be busy at the start of this it does quieten down a bit towards the end.They don't validate parking anymore and the NCP that is close by (Hartshead) is really expensive.I'd park in cheaper car parks and walk a little way, I recommend the car park at West Bar, its 5 minutes walk.

K. Peake: This was an amazing museum to visit, with exhibits about gaming and consoles through the decades! Games can also be played at no additional cost to the admission fee on PCs, consoles and arcades. They were all fun, including well-known ones and more obscure games! The staff welcomed us warmly to the museum, also giving a helping hand when some games were confusing.

Anton Lapinski: Me and my son loved it here. It's great how interactive the experience is, being hands on with so much history and being immersed in the game play was brilliant. Who wants to just look at old consoles through a sheet of glass and read what games they were famous for when here you can play the games yourself either bringing back memories or learning of their evolution.There's lots of space which makes the place feel airy, and unlike most arcades and videogame shops it doesn't have that unpleasant smell.I really enjoyed playing Time Crisis and would love to see more arcade machines like this in the museum.I was surprised to see that they had a range of consoles set up from 1 all the way up to 8 player. Which would be great if you went as a group.Entry fee for 3 hours is good value as you'd easily spend more than that in an arcade for half an hour's play.

They said three weeks time I said no problem then the night before it was due to go in call me saying that they don’t have the parts in and will let me know when they arrive. I’ve now given up and gone elsewhere if I run my business like this I’d be bankrupt. Very disappointing 😩

Andrew Eyre: My Crafter suddenly started losing Coolant. As it was appearing in the Oil, the Oil Cooler was diagnosed as the probable cause. However, as only probable, the VW All-In Warranty wouldn't cover the work. Fortunately for me, JCT600 undertook the work free-of-charge.On return and after a few days, the Coolant level was still falling, but no signs of any water in the oil. Back in and this time the EGR Valve Cooler was diagnosed due to water being somewhere else it shouldn't. This time the VW All-in Warranty did cover it.After JCT test drove it, I took it for a good few miles myself. The next day on the Motorway, the dash lit up in Red Coolant Level Low. This time there was no Coolant in the Expansion Tank. A flimsy plastic clip which holds the temperature sensor in the water pipe had broken, the senor popped out and with it all the Coolant.Fortunately, the VW All-In incudes Recovery. So back to JCT and fixed that afternoon.Although the above "looks" less than ideal, I think JCT looked after me very well. Things don't always go to plan, I had two faults, one masking the other, and we all know OEM build quality is too heavily reliant on plastic (even on the engine!). But each time JCT focused on getting the van fixed. They looked after me as though I was a fleet van owner, knowing I only had the one van. And I believe you only find out the good guys when things go wrong.I'm happy with JCT and even happier I took out the All-In Extended Warranty.

Jonathan Hunt: I had an awful experience. I booked my car in for a diagnostic test. I offered to let you have the car for an extended period. However, absolutely zero was done to the car due to you losing my keys. Whilst the keys had been located by the time I'd cycled to collect it, I was asked if it could be kept longer. When asked why I wasn't contacted by phone before I did a 17 miles cycle ride I was told you didn't want to disturb me. Since I had to collect my children from school (and I was pretty tired by this time) I took the car straight away. I was offered nothing other than a meek apology and was disappointed to find the car didn't even have a courtesy wash done.

Matthew J Bullock: I picked up my new ID3 23 plate on the 3rd March and I have to admit its a fantastic car, not only in how it looks but the drive is so smooth. I dealt with Luke Wadsworth-Thurnham throughout the whole process. Luke was extremely knowledgeable, he kept both myself and wife regularly informed about what was happening with the order. Luke gave an excellent customer service which is something that you don't come across that often.

Kim Polkey: If you have any allergies then please think twice about visiting Cosmo in Sheffield, they have tiny little signs that are very difficult to understand, which can be dangerous when you have allergies. I approached the manager we my concerns and he was very understanding and gave me a 50% discount which I was very grateful for but they still need to address the situation quite urgently.

Anthony Cartwright: Cosmo Sheffield phoned to cancelled our reservation 50 minutes before the 12pm time we had booked as they had an issue with their gas supply. In itself it was very good to to get the call, but unfortunately we had already driven 90 miles to get there and paid £8.40 in parking in their recommended car park next door, so that was very annoying and a waste of money. In the end we decided to go back to the Doncaster branch we usually use instead. The most annoying part was the the team at Doncaster told us that the Sheffield branch has been having issues with their gas since the lunchtime the day before, so it's a pity they didn't let me know the day before so I could have saved the extra mileage and parking costs. Not impressed at all with that really. I recommend that anyone travelling to Sheffield rings them the to make sure they are open before setting off. On the plus side the team at Doncaster were brilliant as always.Parking: Very expensive, but you do get a 25% discount if you book online using a code from Cosmo that helps a little to take the sting out of the price.

We read the positive reviews and booked our table online which was an easy process.On the day we reached there slightly late but it was not busy lots of empty tables so there was no issue with the seating. We were given a quick intro about how it all works and different sections of the buffet etc. When inquired about what drinks we would like I asked for some time but in the meanwhile I requested for a glass of tap water.Without wasting any time, we grabbed our first plate brought some starters back to our table I noticed there was no water on the table I then asked another person for a glass of water. By this time, I am on my second plate and I have asked a 3rd person now for a glass of water. Anyways, I got up the first waiter I saw I asked for tap water the young lad took me to the bar and poured a glass straight from the tap in a not so professional way (very difficult to explain maybe clumsy). Just to prove myself right I asked another waiter for a bottomless glass and voilà within minutes the glass was presented to me (and why wouldn’t it be as I will be paying for it). This was quite disappointing.Now to the dishes I would say there was a good selection, and the taste was good as well. Indian section was just alright (taste wise). I noticed many things even though they were under the hot lamp to keep them warm they were either too dry maybe been left there for too long or they were not warm which is very odd. I tried a bit of almost everything. Now to the desserts which are always my favourite the cakes people just cut them in all sorts of ways and make a right mess I would suggest putting slices instead of the whole cake for people to cut. The mini pastries they all tasted somewhat very similar to me (sugary and that's all). The Eton mess was a right mess so maybe they should look at how to dish things, so people don’t make a mess.Overall, I would say it is good to try if you have not been as you will definitely find something that will excite your palate but I don’t think I will be going there again. The price was charged at bank holiday rate (coronation Monday). Maybe they should include one drink in the buffet area like a tropical juice or something. The cost is £20.99 for adults plus drinks at that time, it certainly wasn't worth the money. The tables are crammed together with too many large parties so people struggle to get in and out to get food. The drinks machine wasn't dispensing properly and they ran out of plates, not great for the price

They eagerly accept our money, but when it comes to providing their promises, they fall short. In 2015, I stayed just one day in the Ranmoor dormitory and was promised a refund if I wasn't satisfied within 14 days. But when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they refused to return my £800. It was a blatant disregard for my rights as a student, and it left me feeling angry and betrayed. It's not enough for these institutions to simply take our money; they need to be held accountable for their actions and provide the level of service that they promised on their website.

CM: It's the 7th week and I haven't saw my professor for one of my modules. Also not even one single piece of self-learning material was uploaded by him and no one in the uni seems interested in solving this issue. Meanwhile the students were told to complete a group work without receiving any instructions from the missing professor.Imagining paying £3500 for a module and that's what you got

Leung Zoe: Think twice before you choose this uni. Their teachers are good, most of them paid a lot of effort in preparing the lectures. However, in the Master Taught Program, they intake LOTS OF STUDENTS who CAN BEARLY SPEAK and WRITE ENGLISH. Don't ask me how can it happen but it has seriously affect the quality of the class and the learning atmosphere.

James Smith: Avoid studying engineering here, the way they treat you is despicable. It's impossible to get hold of a student handbook before being a student. You effectively have to sign a blank piece of paper and hope for the best. This allows them to make up the rules up as they go along. The head of departments are corrupt. Do you have money and come from 'the right schools'? You'll get uncapped 3rd and 4th attempts at exams. If you come from a poor background they'll make things as hard as possible, because 'you were never going to succeed anyway'. Did they offer you a scholarship? Good luck getting them to pay out on it. They'll bend over backwards to make a good impression on opendays but don't be fooled, as soon as you start your course everything changes. You'll get to experience your timetable changing with a couple of hours notice. Remember all those student licences they promise you on open days, you only get them if the year group revolts. Tour guides on open days are paid to be there, those that critise the course are never offered these roles.
