Amy Milchard: I have seen Clare work with her clients and have myself attended a talk she gave in conjunction with Urban Acupuncture and a New Life Nutrition One Day Workshop - it really is consistently sound advice and fascinating learning each time. Really accessible, applicable information for anyone no matter what their lifestyle. Clare knows her stuff and joined up a lot of the dots for me in terms of things I had been noticing about my energy levels.
