Unnikrishnan KP: This is now been refurbished and looks better than before. To be honest no one was complaining before. A place with some great deals. Some of the staff are really helpful and courteous.The cafe looms amazing too. Watch out for the offers. Also make sure you have the app ready as they give out nice deals throughout.
Tracey Russell: Visited today early, with my Mother. It was a very good experience. The new layout is brilliant. Plenty of great quality stock. But perhaps the best thing is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Simone on the tills was particularly patient and kind, gave us lots of time and attention. Also a lady in the bedding dept. I would recommend this place for well priced stock, variety, quality and a team who seem to enjoy their work and helping customers. A bit of a rarity these days
Louise Green: This store has recently been refurbished and looks much better. It is bright and airy, with plenty of space to walk around displays. There is a wide range of names at discounted prices. The cafe is clean and there is a reasonable choice of food and sweets. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Sam Vines: I visited this Boundary Outlet many years ago and was not overly thrilled. The atmosphere was a little tight, with the store looking a little run down and cluttered. However, after a revisit a few weeks ago the store seems greatly improved with a brighter, modern finish making it a much more enjoyable place to shop.

She didn’t acknowledge me once! I was about to walk out when she came over to serve me. There was myself and an elderly chap behind me but this clearly didn’t concern her. When she did eventually manage to serve me she was very abrupt didn’t smile or apologise for keeping me waiting. Rude! I’ve had a hard shift all day on my feet too and I still manage a smile! Blonde lady you need a few lessons in customer service!!!!!!

David and Jax Parkin: This is a very small boots store. You may not find everything you want here. For example certain branded make up such as Clinique. I went in the buy vitamins today and they were on 3 for 2 so that's a bonus. They also had lots of Christmas gifts on 3 for 2 or half price special offers. Worth a look.

Kate Bevan: Sat here in the cafe for a quick coffee to power me up after a sleepless night, I am surrounded by a cafe full of elderly customers and am blown away by the team and their service, quick and friendly service when I was ordering but I felt compelled to write a review after sitting and seeing the service to others Everyone is served with a smile and some chit chat with regulars called by name and it is just delightful! To one elderly lady “oh is that coat new you look great, you look really well!” And to another elderly gentleman chit chat about the weekend, staff really listening and engaging - it is joyful to hear and can see it makes their day What a wonderful team and environment to sit in!
David: Good choice of food where you can do your big shop. It also hosts a café since they renovated it is miles better then it once was. Friendly staff who are always on hand to help. If only some of the customers had the same manners, we’d all live in a happier place. Nonetheless, good location for the city free parking too.
Anon Yomus: Don’t know where to start but the whole place has gone down since it’s been refurbished. Load of OLD snobby staff, needs to be more diverse. Cafe has gone downhill with its cheap airline kind of pre-packed food and tastes rubbish. The toilets are filthy. overall total disappointment. Overpriced. And My Waitrose card probably the most useless card in the world. The only good thing is they have a Boots pharmacy so I can collect my medication. Other than that NO! 1/10 👎
Anirudh Kumar: Good store in South Sheffield, easy access and parking. Good food and drink (particularly alcohol) selection and friendly staff. Have used to pick up John Lewis items for collection with no issue and easy handoff process. Groceries can be pricy so head here less often than other shops, but never have had any issue when going here!
bernii Reyyn: I cannot express enough how no one should order from deliveroo from this branch 😅 have this week had a £20 refund and last week a £16 refund and before that I had ordered £10 worth of chicken they never sent. They don’t look at what you have asked for they just throw the wrong thing or the wrong amounts of things in. When it’s gotten to the point of having to refund me HALF of my shop every week I think they should maybe have a word with the staff. Really annoying and will have to start shopping elsewhere. The quality of food is always good and staff in person have always been lovely but who on Earth do they have packing orders. They’ve seen literally half of what I asked for for the bazillionth time

She is very professional and respectful but most importantly she never fails to make my eyebrows look fantastic. Ever since the first day I met her I haven’t gone anywhere else to get my eyebrows threaded. I would strongly recommend everyone who reads this to come to this store if they want their eyebrows threaded.
blue.valentine0: I was shopping four weeks ago. I was looking for a blush and a shimmery eye shadow. I didn't quite know which product would be the best and where to find it. it turned out that the shade I was looking for wasn't there but Zoubaish showed me a popular substitute and advised me in choosing a blush. she is an amazing girl, I know that before I asked her for help, she was busy, but she spent several good minutes with me, making these shopping unforgettable for me. the incredible passion and patience this girl has is indescribable. I think Zoubaish is the best employee of this store.

William Salt: It’s no wonder Home bargains and Poundland are taking this shops business. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Over charged at the til and the assistant was unwilling to help or check items that had been put through and told me check til receipt myself. (Store was not busy and no else was waiting) With dimmed lights that they now have in store and a tired hyperactive 4 year old in tow meant I could check the receipt until I got home.When I got home I found that I’d been doubled charged for a £5 toy. It’s not worth the time and petrol to go back and get a refund. Lesson learnt always check the receipt at B and M as staff are useless

If you're driving, then choose another store, where Tesco own the car-park! This store is convenient for students, and those on foot, but I'll never drive there again! Tesco would not help me to fight the parking fine that I received while shopping there.
