Site visit by Andrew in a few days to confirm requirements and then order placed. Andrew communicated regularly advising likely date for delivery of awning. R Goodburn: The apartment was super spacious and perfect for our stay. Large beds and comfy pillows, desks in each room and a bathroom with separate shower which was. brilliant. Blackout curtains great and plenty of plugs. Good storage in kitchen and all the basic utensils - including fairy liquid. Perfect location for swimming pool and shops. Amanda provided excellent communication, check-in arrangements and got in touch about something we'd left behind. Fantastic service - will definitely be back again.

Gilly Wright: As not many plumber's merchants have a good selection of bathroom fittings on view we visited Easy Bathrooms and found a lovely traditional suite, with some suitably traditional taps to match. Really great service, from a socially distanced staff member, who was helpful without being pushy. She let us check with our plumber that everything was suitable before buying and when we did pay, she pushed back the delivery for when we wanted it. The suite looks great, was very keenly priced (savings us a fair bit on something almost identical from an online retailer. It arrived safely and is waiting to be fitted.

Lydia is the worst customer services representative I have ever tried dealing with. I would strongly recommend that you do not shop here.

Mervin Palmer: Renewed my season ticket 3 April, young girl with the personality of a robot was very unhelpful when asking about a vacant seat for my 5yr old grandson next to me she did not seem to have a clue and even asked where my seat was even though she'd just done my ticket renewal, as a blade for 60 yrs and a season ticket holder for 40 i expect a bit better , no season ticket by the way for disappointed young blade .

Jeff Deveaux (HG): The goods and products from IKEA are very good and most often competitively priced but visiting the stores (for me) is a nightmare. The last store I went in, I ended up coming out of the emergency exit because I couldn't cope with following the arrows and not going to look at what I wanted. On this occasion, I went to collect some "furniture items" with my teenage grand sons and I waited in the car listening to Andrea Bocelli. The boys messaged me to say they were at the loading area so I drove over and parked. Unfortunately I was parked under 3 speakers that were emitting an awful noise, even the boys thought it was awful. In addition we had to cope with trolley people pushing loads of trolleys, the din from the wheels was ear shattering. Trying to communicate with the boys how to load their purchases was neigh on impossible due to the noise. For me, if I never visit IKEA again it will be too soon. Shopping on-line is the way to go :-)
Darren Harley: Normal ikea stuff as you would expect. Easy to get to, easy to park. Store layout is over a couple of floors making it a little annoying if looking at different things.
