Madeline Sly: I had my first session with Ben a few weeks ago, I was quite apprehensive but he immediately put me at ease. Ben took me through all of the details and didn’t pressure me into rushing into anything if I was at all scared. Even offered to do patch tests on different areas if I wanted! Luckily I’ve wanted my ink removed for a very long time so I couldn’t wait to get in the chair. Pain wise I’d say it’s exactly as he described it - like an elastic band being pinged again your skin over and over. Black is the worst, red/orange I barely felt and green/blue was somewhere in the middle. The talk before actually took longer than the removal itself and my tattoo is quite a big piece and different lasers had to be used due to a mixture of black and colour. After dressing my arm Ben booked me in for my next session there and then and sent me off with a little ice pack after talking me through all the aftercare. I travelled for almost two hours as I wanted to use somewhere that specialised purely in tattoo removal and it is SO worth it. The studio was impeccably clean, all the staff were lovely and welcoming and bens knowledge of removal and the science behind it is just priceless. If you are looking for removal look no further. ClearLase is the place you want! Thank you so much everyone, my arm is healing nicely and I’m impressed with the lift just from the first session - can’t wait to see you for session 2 in October!

sara whitney: Just had my first session with Danii, made me feel completely comfortable and at ease! The process really isn’t that painful with the equipment that they use.. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to future sessions!
Stacey Rouse: Would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking to remove / fade a tattoo. His studio office is always immaculately clean and tidy and he has a curtain which provides privacy. Ben always wears and provides PPE and the cooler system he has is great and really makes a difference with the laser. Great aftercare advice and efficient booking / re booking process. I’ve been having 4 tattoos removed over the last year and extremely happy with the results and communication throughout. Again would highly recommend to anyone :)

Unknown: I am currently having the salicylic peel done and it has definitely improved my skin. My skin feels more plumper/soft and less oily. The products I am using alongside are really helping me balance my oiliness and blemishes. Also the staff are really welcoming and the environment is lovely!

At some point there were some small issues with the machine which caused me to miss one of my treatments. After fixing it the kindly offered me a complementary treatment in order to get the desirable results.

Louise Falzon: I’ve been going to Lux Laser Clinic for about 2 years for eyebrow shaping and tinting and have been very happy with the service. Shoreh does an excellent job of shaping and takes care to find the best shade of tint for me. Today I had a manicure from Racha who again was excellent. In addition to the manicure she gave me a hand massage and also a bit of a shoulder massage while I was waiting for my nail polish to dry. I’m always offered a drink, everything is clean, and the service friendly but professional. I’ve also been been able to get a walk appointment in on several occasions.
