Ryan Fletcher: Always pop in when I’m free, not a massive mens section but stuff that others may want more than me! Popping a review on here as staff are always helpful and friendly.
John Douglas Longstaff: My 90 year old friend tries to be independent and keep himself active. He needed a new fireside chair. He looked around and found himself one he liked at Next, on the Moor, Sheffield. The computer system for ordering items was "down", apparently, so he was asked to return the next day. This he did. Having selected a chair he produced his Visa card. However, because he does not have a PC or e mail address he was told he could not buy the chair. No explanation was given. Next lost a near £500 sale. Is this good customer service?
Craig Swift: Poor selection of stock. Went of trousers. Size 34, regular. Nothing in stock for 90% of the styles they have. The most regular size in the UK, and no stock. Poor.

carol Taylor: This NEXT shop is a lovely bright shop. It has plenty to choose from. It has TUI in the shop as well, also got a COSTA COFFEE upstairs. So, you can shop, book a holiday then go for coffee to talk about it.

Shanelle Clough-Watson: Honestly in disbelief. Never have I ever struggled to buy woman’s office clothes from next until today. I walked in to buy a blazer but instead was given a choice of a skinny sugar free caramel latte in they're in store costa coffee or a 7 night 5star all inclusive couples escape to turkey with pool side view in theyre in store Tui travel agents 🤔 what the hell is next anymore.

Cameno Luder: It was a bit difficult to navigate between rails with a buggy and stuff was quite mixed up between floors. It would be better if there was a proper description of what was on each floor. Eg. Ladies formal etc. Otherwise a good range of clothing at very reasonable prices.
Jane Smith: When returning items ordered online, we asked a shop assistant where we needed to go to take our parcel, the lady we spoke to advised us that any till would be ok but she suggested the click and collect till to the rear of the store. We went to this till and at that time no member of staff was manning it. I then found another member of staff who said they would send someone, another person behind us waiting to collect was prioritised and when we were finally asked were told by a young man with blonde hair and green nail polish to go to another till. I made a remark about having to join on to the end of another que, at this point another member of staff who witnessed this as the young man turned his back to us, told him that we needed to be served. So much for his customer service training, or lack of it! JUST RUDE!!!
Maryam Hussain: I have shopped at this store ever since I’ve moved for university, never had a problem up until recently, there is a rude woman who works there who is of black descent who is extremely unprofessional, rude and uppity. I am a woman of colour myself and I have never been made to feel so embarrassed everytime I come to the store she looks through her glasses as if I’m a shop lifter, absolutely disgusting. Having worked in customer service myself for 11 years I have never come across a person with her appalling attitude. She has done this far too many times infront of my friends, and even a family member who actually pointed her attitude out to me. If you don’t like customers don’t work in customer service. I will now be shopping strictly at the moor store.

Mica Teasdale: Good quality items when you can find the right size. Not much variety in the toddler section it's all a bit hugely piggldy. There are so much lovely things online i wish they had more in store. I had to go round the store 3 times because some of the toddler sizes were in a different place to the toddler section and i keot missing things. I think all sizes up until 36 months should be in one place. Then 3+ should be else where.
Mikaela Robertson: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO TK MAXX INSTEAD. I am an international exchange student and just arrived and came here today to fill my wardrobe as I couldn't bring much on the plane. I plan to stop by here after eating a bite, I pass it on my way to the restaurant and it looks empty so I go to make sure it is open, peek at the door and see workers inside - so yes it is open, continue to go eat and then I come back to shop. I am rudely approached by not one but four workers and told I need to leave immediately, I am not allowed inside as I have been profiled as a shoplifter. HA?! I have never stolen a thing in my life. The energy they approached me with was that I WAS a criminal and needed to leave now. I was very confused so we went back and forth with me asking.. really?!?! To which I was met with stern and rude "yes, leave now, you've been profiled as a shoplifter." In front of other customers too, how humiliating. I was made to feel like a criminal when I've done NOTHING!!!!! What a nice way of being introduced to the country. Apparently peeking in the door and walking away to eat means you won't be allowed to come in. I seriously had not the chance to look at any items before they insisted I leave which I didn't, can't make me leave for doing NOTHING wrong, had a fun game of cat and mouse though which I very much enjoyed ;)I was planning to make this my preferred place to shop as it is close to my dorm but I promise I will never return to or purchase from a place with such hateful employees. Absolutely disgusted.Anyways, I took myself a few blocks down to the TK Maxx and BOUGHT much higher quality name brand stuff instead. :)

Erin Sana: I love it! Very good price-quality ratio and you can find pretty much anything: clothing, home stuff, beauty products...The prices are really the most attractive part: when I go there I usually buy other things than the ones I was coming here in the first place. There is a lot of choice as well!
Tony Burgin: Got well decent pair of jeans,fitted good and nice colour ..(light blue) £15 ..saw nice pair of shoes/boots as well £22 ..u can get decently dressed at primark for less than hundred quid ..Balls to overpriced designer stuff
Mollie Hutchinson: Standard primark. Lost a star due to only one fitting room being open, staff arguing on the shop floor upstairs and two self service checkouts being broken. Other than that was fairly tidy and easy to navigate for a primark and seemed to be well staffed.
MUSIC MEGHA: One of the best shops in town to get most of the necessary stuffs like stationery, clothing, home deco, dresses, cosmetics and home needs.Much affordable than most of the shops.
Fresh Prince: Far better than the one in meadowhall, tends to be significantly cleaner and there are usually no queues for the self checkout. The accessories section of the shop could do with a bit of an organise though.
UnionJack: Lots of homeless, lots of people drinking alcohol on the benches, Sheffield has gone down hill

C Moss: This shop is a really big store for Primark but disappointingly doesn't seem to have the variety or levels of stock that other stores have e.g. Meadowhall.I do like that you can use self service tills here though which is really convenient and less queues than for the serviced tills but you can only pay on card at these.Also don't loose or bin your receipt because its needed to exit the self service barriers.

Chris Lunness: This is a fantastic shop with very helpful staff. I was struggling with a gift for my partner when a young lady asked if I needed help. I jokingly said yes and explained, she immediately started asking questions what does she like what size and what price range. I told her she picked me out a few things I ended up buying all 3. If I could remember her name I would put it on. I just hope she wasn't a Christmas temp but if I go back and see her I will update this post 😀

Kamla Piano: I spent ages trying the perfumes and looking at all the clothes while the perfume testers settled on my skin. It was a treat shopping day. I had looked online and decided I'd try my local Next store instead of buying from ebay or amazon. You need to smell the fragrances for a birthday treat. Wow the Next Pink was lovely just what I wanted. Although Cashmere was also in the running. I finally chose a gift set and went to pay. It was £16. The assistant said it was £18 pay 'when you're ready'. I pointed out the price error and after standing there being ignored and obviously no one cared whether I waited or not - I walked out. Lost sale for the High Street - winner for online. Don't you sales assistants see what's happening and care about the company and your job? Apparently not. Two sales staff were looking after a return. Check your CCTV and see how you're losing sales.
Ryan Thomas Train Movies: One of the Lady staff was fantastic and kind helping my mum dealing what needed to be sorted out with so I really appreciate that.
Jo Warburton: Bought a sofa set from next waited 8weeks paid £1.556 , cash, delivered wrong colour and fabric also wrong size 😑 have waited 10 + days for my money back which should have been today , telling me there is an error on the system 🙃 so now have to wait another 10 days to get cash back, disgusting beware, also they couldn't care less thatI am i an oap need my money 💰am still sitting on garden chairs 💺
Wendy Lou: I love Next, lots of different styles for everyone. The quality is always great. I won't go anywhere else now as nowhere can compete. I can order at home and get free delivery try on without the hassle of a changing room, not to mention those awful mirrors. Returns are easy too. Keep it up Next!!!

Very disappointed with the quality however the shop and staff are very friendly and polite. If I had kept the receipt I could have exchanged them but the problem shouldn't have been there in the first place. Hence 3 stars

Ella Godfrey: Fantastic return experience. Just take the items to the first floor and scan the barcodes and you can return them. No need to speak to people (great for introverts) and got the refund quickly.
Philip Bell: Bought quite a few shirts for myself from Next. I do like to shop here when I can. I have never had any problems with anything I have bought from here. If I do need to exchange items it’s really simple. Customer ice is always good here I think.

Timothy Shepherd: Impressed with spring clothing colours although some clothing are alittle thin in fabric for the prices they charge. Nice new store Meadowhall enough room to move around and take your time generally good place to shop.
Dizzy Ducky: Clothing in this store is of good quality with a good range of sizes. The Next brand is fantastic. However, I can not say the same for some of the staff in the store at medowhall . When inquiring about sizes, we were told to go ask at the tills. Once we arrived at the tills the que was very long with only 3 members of staff on. Fortunately, the staff member at the till was lovely and very helpful and explained that we could order the size in as they didn't have it in at that time.
ash wilson: Absolutely terrible service. Went to collect a parcel, after entering my code I waited over 10 minutes before going to find a member of staff. As I was waiting for her to return the guy on the till was very rude and obnoxious to another customer who was trying to return an item.

In addition, they sell a wide range of jewelries among other outfits. They are located at the Meadows with a number of other business brands, boasting of a large wheelchair accessible car park and entrance.

comodo767: Supervisor instructed staff member to check the items I'd just tried on (while I was still standing there) . I felt they are checking if I stole any of the items. There should be a system in place so the customer doesn't feel indirectly being accused... Definitely not going there ever again.
Janet Crookes: I went in for an advertised tablecloth to send to my daughter in Australia. Not in store, so ordered and paid for it, using all correct reference numbers and size. Went to collect it after a few days, handed to me in sealed opaque bag. Got home, wrong item. Back again, re-ordered…back sgain, correct item this time. Won’t use them again
Scott Lavery: Ordered a jumper to collect in store, they didn’t have it. The staff member said what am I supposed to do about it? They clearly lost my item. She said just come back in a couple of days.So I’m supposed to, through the power of my mind know when Next have delivered my item!Incredibly unhelpful,the phone help service I called were fantastic and they sorted it. However I won’t be going back to Next at Norton ever again.

Brahim Koraichi: Rubbish coffee. It supposed to be a cappuccino!!! Hardly any coffee in it and full of milk not properly frotted. Its made by a young staff overwhelmed by orders. She doenst seem ti be trained well for the role. Wont use this firm again .
Mike Naylor: Now don't get me wrong, this is a decent store and sells decent stuff but it's all a bit... average. Apart from some of the suits. Next do some good suits. But the men's section is really small so I'd just go on line for those instead.The wife seems to like the kid's section though, she spends hours in there.This place does have a Costa though which is handy if you need the toilet.

Derek: A new branch of Next opened in mid 2018 in the St James Retail park. Store is nicely done out, it is bright airy and clean with a good range of clothes. There is a Costa coffee upstairs. There are a new number of other stores on the retail park including M&S food, Wilco, shoe shop, Lidl, Card shop and several others. The car park is free.
Daniel Cooper: Take your money elsewhere, I've spent hundreds in this shop buying my child clothes, for me and my partner to get starred at like theives, rude staff that give dirty looks out won't be spending a penny here ever again...
