Jane my fitter was very professional, curteous, knowlegable and friendly. The staff interacted well together and i am over the moon to say i have not had to adjust my bra straps or reposition my chest Since purchasing a properly fitted bra. I was not only wearing the wrong bra size but also the wrong cup size previously measured somewhere else. I purchased 2 bras and ordered another would highly recommed.
luisa: This shop is fantastic, massive thankyou to Lana who is lovely. she put me at ease straight away, (as a plus size woman I have had bad experience with bra fitting staff in the past ) nothing is too much trouble, or rushed and the advice is amazing, you can even book appointments via Facebook ( you don't always need an appointment but it can sometimes be a bit busy so knowing you have time to try different shapes and sizes of bras is an advantage) I will definitely go back x

Karen Perry: A lovely experience! I rang on the day to check I could be fitted in for a measure, my half hour visit left me walking away with 3 bras (£22-£32 each) and 2 pairs of matching knickers. All fit great and have given me so much confidence! I'm sure I'll be going back...

I was made to feel totally at ease and the process of having a fitting was simple. Styles of bras were selected for me to try until I found the one for me. Absolutely no pressure at all. Carol Lynn: Bra Fitting Service and lingerie shop in Sheffield.A shout out to this wonderful place in Crookes, Sheffield.Not had a bra fitted for years (I know!). Years of wearing the wrong size bras and buying endless ill-fitted bras (with the size I "think" I am) not realising I maybe slightly different depends on the brand and fits (I didn't even know that, always gone with the front design I liked). Got to try at least 7 bras yesterday, and when you tried that many you know which one fits well and looks best.If you are like me, go for a bra fitting sounds like an effort and you just simply don't have the time. Give The Woman in Me a call. 25 (allowed for longer) minutes of friendly and professional service from Lana , I've learned so much and gone away with reasonable priced AND fitted comfortable bras.Can't recommended it highly enough. Lana is very knowledgeable about size and measurement and at last , after many years of discomfort , I have two perfect bras ! Rose Bridges: A shout out for local business 'The Woman in Me'. Popped in today and left a very satisfied customer. Friendly and helpful lady and really good choice of stock to choose from. She also recycles old bras for Cancer Research. A great addition to Crookes.
Alix Alix: My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and a bra fitting would usually be very stressful. I can't recommend this place enough, they are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. We got a lot of advice when choosing items but they weren't pushy at all. They promote body positivity and the whole experience was just brilliant, my daughter felt very relaxed and is happy to go back anytime. Items are very reasonably priced and in line with many high street stores and brands. I can't recommend enough!!

Samantha Samantha: I want to like this place, especially since La Senza has gone. But I get fed up with them not doing bigger sizes (big lady rather than big cups) and not having stock in of all the sizes, so even if you wait until you see something in the right size that you like online to visit you might still not be able to get it in store. The shop is small too, it can be quite busy so it can feel a bit hectic.
Amy Goodwin: Recently had a bra fitting with Julie J, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Julie was very friendly and made sure I was happy at all times with the bra choices. I had a variety to chose from and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service!

Laura Helliwell: Had a surprisingly lovely experience yesterday, I’m not a lover of bra shopping but the ladies working there (Julie and Gina were 2 of them who’s names I caught) really made the experience very pleasant and far less daunting than I had anticipated. Extremely helpful and genuine and nothing was too much trouble! All staff were lovely and a credit to the company, thanks ladies x
maeve burrell: went to the meadowhall store and was told to ring for concierge if i needed anything. i realised it was connected to a phone outside that would ring a few times to alert all staff. all i wanted was some different sizes, didn’t want to wait in the HUGE fitting rooms queue again! i rang in total about six times (leaving a good amount of time in between for staff to get round to answering) and wasn’t answered once. the final time i heard the phone ring for a short time and then stop, and my partner standing outside informed me that the staff member had picked up and put down the phone- completely ignoring me and not coming to the changing room afterwards either. just to make matters worse, i went and grabbed the sizes myself and came back to see another customer having rung once and a staff member emerging from her changing room as she had been served immediately! very rude in my opinion.

shimoan horne: Since breastfeeding I've struggled to find the right size and style to fit me julie was so helpful and didn't rush me she went through so many different options and made me feel so comfortable I will definitely be recommending friends & family and visiting again I couldn't have asked for better service.

However, I was given one bra to try in different sizes and there was barely any communication from my fitter. She just handed me a bra then disappeared.Not what I was expecting and just felt like this fitter was doing the bare minimum and didn't want to actually help

Also asked for assistance whilst trying on and I found that both the staff and company are quite sizeist. Staff all looked miserable and like they didn’t want to be there. Can’t blame them with the awful atmosphere.Do not shop here if you’d like a good experience.

Staff were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable, which is a big thing after being over weight for so long. Plenty of choice of styles and colours ! And a very reasonable price ! I cannot believe the difference this new bra has made . I will defo be back when I lose more weight !! Thank you so much ! She made my daughter at ease, no rushing, or lots of people in other changing rooms just us. My daughter has come out with completely different sized bras to what one of the large department stores measured at!!! She now feels like a confident young lady who above all else is comfortable in her bra. OUTSTANDING SERVICE this will now be our family bra shop!! Even rang my mum on the way home to tell her. Infact I will be telling all my friends with young daughters as it is so important to get the right fit!!

Julie Drakett: What a lovely experience. I have had a masectomy, my back is broken in 3 places so am bent over, have fibromyalgia not an easy customer. But there was so much choice in pocketed bras. Was able to try them on So was able to have a good fit. They did need ordering for size and colour. I could have had them posted out but it was such a good experience in shop and wanted to try them on to check they fit well. Best service and choice i have had since 2018 when i had mastectomy. Penistone is a nice place to visit lovely Yorkshire scenery, independent shops and cafes. A great day out. Thank you so much.

Ellie Last: I don't know where to begin but I must say I feel like a total queen in all my Kauf garments.The underwear fits like an actual dream come true, does not ride up which is usually an issue with a big butt, however the high waisted pants stay put and feel so soft.I want to wear my robe and pyjamas forever, they make me feel like I own a palace.So beautifully made and designed, you can tell a lot of love has gone into making everything and I can't wait to buy more and constantly parade round like a queen.

However, I did feel as though we were being followed by staff members, which made me uncomfortable.I took my 16 year old in here on Saturday to chose a few extras for Christmas.Unfortunately they did not have gift wrapping service. I come in quite often and always have gift wrapping. A little disspointing as there was not even any tissue for the bags. It is the little extras in stores like this which I love and unfortunately I just didnt enjoy my shopping experience on Saturday - the week before Christmas! The products are lovely however the store was not so lovely on this occassion

pippa kovacs: Only ever had a really good experience at this place. The staff are quick to greet, but leave you alone till you need them and when you do ask for advice they’re extremely helpful.
Molly Blackburn: The two ladies who were at the back of the shop at roughly 19:45 tonight were very rude. Overheard lots of women leaving the shop commenting on how they were being “stared at as if they had grown an extra arm”. I actually overheard them laughing about me as I went into the changing room. Very unprofessional and not the attitude to have in a lingerie shop where the brand is supposed to be “inclusive”.
Alex Bailey: Great prices, judgy staff not so great, you walk in and want to walk out again, staring and laughing, not the only customers to say the same, another lady walked out refused to buy anything because “lasses working there are looking at me like I have 10 heads”.
Megan Harvey: Staff are lovely, welcoming, and informative. The store is well laid out, very good variety of stock, clean and tidy.
