ripleywood10: Absolutely excellent staff and customer service. I’ve got a big garden project on the go and it’s quite difficult as there’s only me to do all the heavy stuff. Any bit of help offered is very much appreciated. I think I’ve got the majority of what I need but in recent weeks I’ve had lovely help from all staff, plus lots of random smiles and Hellos, which is so nice. Special thanks to: Paul, who advised re: weed killer (I went with membrane and a flamethrower in the end); Lauren, who manoeuvred my wayward trolley last week and loaded my car; Nick who helped me get stuff to, and into, my car today but who has been helpful with advice previously too; Clare (Bear) who is a wonderful ambassador for Homebase, with a ready smile and genuine care for customers (even when challenged by unpleasant “customers”). You’re all fabulous and I’ll see you if I need that extra bag of bark…!!
Emma Thomson: Staff nice and friendly, lots of stock in store however none of the paint I required, seemed filled out with overstock. Have some lovely new ranges and wide selection of lightening which was all avaliable on the shelf.
jayne feltham: Damaged worktops delivered. Trying to arrange collection and a refund is proving impossible. Getting through to the stores is almost impossible. Customer services keep promising it’s getting sorted but after the same conversation on 5 separate times no one has called back and the issue remains unresolved.
