It will manifest based on your intention, which we can identify through connecting with our souls and allowing our highest self to speak clearly to us. We can speak for as long as you need, there is no step by step way to be here. We will work with the energies of the crystals, with reiki and sound, to create an experience that allows your Soul to shine through and express with love and compassion for your journey. We will finish with some time to reflect and look at how you can move forward and create the path you want to experience. A session could look something like this: ️ A meditation to connect with your higher self and calm the mind ️ A chat and a process of creating and considering your intention ️ Balancing your chakras or a Crystal healing back massage to help bring awareness and balance ️ Reiki to get things flowing and help with blockages ️ A soundbath to release and explore your beautiful self ️ A chat to reflect and look ahead This is just one of many ways you could experience the session.
