Rupert Abel: I had air conditioning (heat pump) put in by Evercool. I went with Oliver (managing director) because when he came to my house he looked at my actual needs and started making helpful suggestions that none of the other quoters were making.Oliver clearly knows a huge amount about air con and his enthusiasm spills over.I also became excited when I realised how much cheaper it was going to be to heat the place (I had just been thinking about cooling before). Currently for 2 rooms at 24 degrees it costs less than 20p an hour compared to £1.60 on the gas central heating.The installation went well with Oliver and Warren working hard with a pleasant attitude.They both do all the work as well e.g. electrical work, which is worth mentioning. Some of the other quotes were going to get in external electricians, which I found a bit unnervingGreat job.Service:Install AC

We got some great initial advice and guidance from Oliver when he first came to look at what we wanted and he then provided us with two quotes (broken down by room) - one for a premium brand and the other for a more cost effective brand. They even recommended what would be best for us rather than the most expensive options. They were very fast with the new boiler installation and they even helped me to temporarily fix the old boiler in the meantime which was really nice. The guy who installed the new boiler was really professional, friendly and helpful and he cared about hygiene, e.g. wore shoe covers and suggested that he use the back door so he will not have to walk around the house. George P: Firstly, I want to send my thanks to the entire team at Hallamshire Energy. I contacted them the morning after my (very old!) boiler broke down. I was anxious to get a replacement fitted as soon as possible, as we were in the middle of a very cold winter storm and I have a young child at home. The team were friendly, informative and attentive at all times. Tom completed a thorough assessment via videocall and we had an engineer booked in to visit within 24 hours. Lewis attended the following morning and did an amazing job, which wasn't made easy by the stubborn old boiler that needed to be removed. We had heating and hot water back that same day. The new system is fantastic and the job was completed to a very high standard. Rush’d Vlogs: Avoid this store if at all possible. Unprofessional and argumentative when faced with facts. I’ve been using the same brand of compressor for the last 10 years to run my business replacing on average every 18months. Replaced for a updated version a month ago which has had to be replaced 3 times in just over 4 weeks. Obviously a faulty batch or poor internals. Had 2 replaced through Barnsley with no issues the manager there couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. Last one replaced today by Sheffield. Told me I wasn’t running my business right and made assumptions of what it was being used for just off the name of my business. At one point having to stop the manager to tell him he’s not listening. Unfortunately this is not my first unsatisfactory issue with this store.
