Richard James Minahan: Very bad experience I had with BHF, making promises that they can’t keep. Moved out of my old property few months back and hoped to give my settee away rather than dump it, so in came BHF wanting it comes to the actual day we are left waiting hours in our now former property which our old landlord has let us keep our settee in hopes to donate it. They never turned up while we were there so we had to leave so I left a note on the furniture outside our old properly and to my dismay they never collected it making out that it weren’t store quality!!! It’s a charity isn’t it, will surely benefit someone’s lives. Worse thing is I had to pay a man with a van to dump it as I faced a possible fine with my settee on the pavement. I would never recommend BHF to anyone save yourself!!!

They did promise to refund delivery charge but he had to phone his boss and go in late the next day.

Kathryne Welsby: After being informed that the British Heart Foundation were an hour away from 9:50am, we were waiting in our former property for over 3 hours. After contacting them, they agreed that we could leave the settee outside due to them being delayed. We have had to ring them up and to then, be told that the settee wasn't store quality, the driver deemed it not adequate quality. We've now got the prospect of having to get the settee cleared. We have wasted part of day waiting for the British Heart Foundation. Please feel free to contact me and I'll share photographs of this supposed inadequate settee!!! I wish now I went to a different charity who would have welcomed the furniture. Would not recommend them with the experience we have just had!
Mike Naylor: After an elderly gentleman fell at the bus stop on Arundel Gate we asked if they had any blankets or anything to keep the gentleman warm. Instead they welcomed him inside and allowed him to use the warmth of the store and to have a seat untill the ambulance came.They couldn't do enough to help. 👍.

Just Jaye: Prices can be a bit random, something you'd expect to be cheap will be expensive but on the flip side something you'd expect to pay a lot for will be cheap. So there's always the possibility of a good deal. Stock always changing (due to the nature of business this is to be expected) and as it's a larger space it's always a different experience that is worth browsing. You never know what you might find.

After being told a time and day they would collect their driver turned up 2 hours late and said he already had similar items in the shop. Therefore, he would not take them. Save your time and donate to British Heart foundation who will call you back and treat you more professionally.

Rosie Dyson: I visited the store on Tuesday September 6th 2022 and Craig was extremely helpful and gave excellent guidance and advice as I chose my new mattress. The mattress arrived promptly on Friday September 9th2022 at the pre-arranged time and Mark and his colleague who delivered it were friendly and courteous, unpacked the new mattress for me and took away the old one. I would have no hesitation in recomending this store and have been impressed by the service I have received. Excellent value for money too.

Lex Dia: Brilliant service from Kerry and Karen. Kerry had me use the brand new Sleepmatch machine thst they have aha which looks like it should be in NASA's central testing room lol. The machine collaborates your weight, height, aches and pains etc. then uses an algorithm to give you a guide of how many springs are required to support your joints. They were both superb, they poured me and my Mother a cuppa & let us use the WC. The delivery men, Dave and his helper were efficient, friendly and I liked how they both put socks over their shoes before they entered as to not mark the carpet. Great service all round 👏 would give 6 stars.

Issa Eliassi: I bought a bed a few days ago, when they brought the bed to me, they didn't bring half of the bed and they told me sorry, we left half of the bed and we will bring it to you after an hour, but after a few hours, I asked several times with I spoke to the shop staff, but they said that this is not our responsibility and that we cannot help you and that I have to talk to the customer service. When I called them, they told me that it would take a week for us to bring you the other half of the bed. You have to wait any longer, it's very funny, I requested to cancel the order, but they say you have to wait a week for us to take half of the bed, and you have to wait 3 weeks to get the money back, and I don't know what to do with half of the bed. They have no responsibility for the mistakes they make

Anthony Naylor: My daughter loves the bed we got from them. She loved how she chose the head board and how the bed looks and could try the different mattresses on offer for her petite 10 year size. As he bedroom is in the attic we had the headboard made smaller which wasn't an issue at all. We did look at getting a bed from IKEA but for what you get from Beds for Everyone you get a much better deal and getting it made to measure (headboard) and the colour of choice for no extra cost. It took a week and a half for them to deliver it and we didn't have to make it so what a relief that was. I recommend them.

Susan Grayson: We bought a lovely bed from a gentleman that was getting married on the day they delivered it , no problems with the bed at all , so while the gentleman was away we went to buy another bed , a different one altogether, the man that we saw took our order and he said we don't need a deposit and he would deliver the king size bed on the 1st October 2021 and give me a ring to confirm the time on the 1st October , never heard from him so we gave the shop a ring ...the bed had never been ordered at all and the man said he coudn't find the order , which isn't surprising as he never wrote anything down while we were there .. that salesman/manager or whatever he was lost the bed shop a lot of money ..disgusted is not a strong enough word ! He doesn't deserve customers I hope his colleague see this

Dan Rowe: Ordered a bed and had it delivered in just under 3 weeks. Great service from this local family business. We need a second bed for our spare room which we’ll be ordering from them too. Delivery guys had it assembled and were out in under 40 minutes with all waste removed.They do discounts for purchasing more than a couple of pieces (mattress, headboard, base) together and offer front- or side-lift Ottoman beds in a huge range of fabrics.

Georgina Campbell: I needed a new orthopaedic European king-sized mattress but found out from Katy at The Bed Shop that most manufacturers had stopped doing them following Brexit. In the end she had one specially made for me based on the UK king size model that I wanted which was considerably less expensive than others online.She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. The delivery team were also excellent. Highly recommended and a local business to boot.

Katy was so welcoming when we visited the showroom to choose our bed and was so helpful, answered our questions and left us to browse at our own leisure - no hard sell! We also had excellent service from Ross and Oliver on delivery of our new bed. They took care when carrying the bed upstairs and setting up in our bedroom. Ross was so helpful in explaining aftercare of the bed and how the ottoman lift works. The bed is beautiful and fantastic quality we are so pleased with it!Friendly and professional service, I 100% recommend the bed shop and we will return in the future!

The service from Ross has been excellent from the word go and we can highly recommend this company for their comprehensive advice, reliability and superb value for money. We had to delay the delivery of our bed due to our new carpet arriving later than planned, but they accommodated our new date without quibbling and stored the bed until we were ready. We will definitely shop here again in the future!
