Even when we’d made a mistake ourselves with measurements, they came out and sorted it straight away for us which I understand they didn’t have to do. Linda Webster: Cannot recommend David highly enough. We have just purchased a selection of furniture and the quality for the price price paid is outstanding. The delivery guys were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. However, we made a mistake and some of the items weren’t suitable for our needs. We went back and explained our problem to David and he was fantastic. He allowed us to select another choice without quibble and arranged to swap them almost immediately. He even refunded the difference on a lower priced item. We will never buy our furniture anywhere else from now on. Amazing service from start to finish.
Ryan Briggs: We have only recently found this place thanks to a family friend recommending it. They have absolutely loads of furniture inside and the prices are great. We bought a lovely dining table set and they delivered it only a few days later. We were extra pleased to discover the same set sells for much much more at other places. Anthony Naylor: My daughter loves the bed we got from them. She loved how she chose the head board and how the bed looks and could try the different mattresses on offer for her petite 10 year size. As he bedroom is in the attic we had the headboard made smaller which wasn't an issue at all. We did look at getting a bed from IKEA but for what you get from Beds for Everyone you get a much better deal and getting it made to measure (headboard) and the colour of choice for no extra cost. It took a week and a half for them to deliver it and we didn't have to make it so what a relief that was. I recommend them.

Susan Grayson: We bought a lovely bed from a gentleman that was getting married on the day they delivered it , no problems with the bed at all , so while the gentleman was away we went to buy another bed , a different one altogether, the man that we saw took our order and he said we don't need a deposit and he would deliver the king size bed on the 1st October 2021 and give me a ring to confirm the time on the 1st October , never heard from him so we gave the shop a ring ...the bed had never been ordered at all and the man said he coudn't find the order , which isn't surprising as he never wrote anything down while we were there .. that salesman/manager or whatever he was lost the bed shop a lot of money ..disgusted is not a strong enough word ! He doesn't deserve customers I hope his colleague see this

Mark Hands: We absolutely love our new kingsize bed! Fantastic service from Katy & Ross from start to finish. Katy was so welcoming when we visited the showroom to choose our bed and was so helpful, answered our questions and left us to browse at our own leisure - no hard sell! We also had excellent service from Ross and Oliver on delivery of our new bed. They took care when carrying the bed upstairs and setting up in our bedroom. Ross was so helpful in explaining aftercare of the bed and how the ottoman lift works. The bed is beautiful and fantastic quality we are so pleased with it! Friendly and professional service, I 100% recommend the bed shop and we will return in the future!
Georgina Campbell: I needed a new orthopaedic European king-sized mattress but found out from Katy at The Bed Shop that most manufacturers had stopped doing them following Brexit. In the end she had one specially made for me based on the UK king size model that I wanted which was considerably less expensive than others online. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. The delivery team were also excellent. Highly recommended and a local business to boot.

The service from Ross has been excellent from the word go and we can highly recommend this company for their comprehensive advice, reliability and superb value for money. We had to delay the delivery of our bed due to our new carpet arriving later than planned, but they accommodated our new date without quibbling and stored the bed until we were ready. We will definitely shop here again in the future!

Not only did the delivery drivers haul it up the stairs to the flat, but they assembled it for us too. The mattress is super comfy and with memory foam on one side, we can choose which level of comfort we need. Thank you Bed Shop - we really appreciate your help!

Dan Rowe: Ordered a bed and had it delivered in just under 3 weeks. Great service from this local family business. We need a second bed for our spare room which we’ll be ordering from them too. Delivery guys had it assembled and were out in under 40 minutes with all waste removed.They do discounts for purchasing more than a couple of pieces (mattress, headboard, base) together and offer front- or side-lift Ottoman beds in a huge range of fabrics.

Oliver Carmichael: Cannot fault the Natural Bed Company. Visited their showroom in Sheffield and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Gave us as much time as we needed to look around and to try out the mattresses. They sent out sample of available wood so I could compare with the floor and furniture already in our bedroom. In the end, we bought a Kyoto bed made from pine with a natural finish. It was super easy to assemble and is of amazing quality and suits our loft style room perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

ayush arya: The beds dont really look like what they are on the website. I was expecting this to have a bit more chunky structure, or atleast thats what it looked like on the website pictures. Was majorly disappointed paying as much for this. The bed legs and the backboard were as thick as Ikea bed legs/backboard. Two star is only coz I believe it is real walnut wood. All in, a very expensive ''upgrade'' of ikea.

Leslie C: I ordered the Hoxton king size bed in walnut, the craftmanship and finish are superb, the design is simple and very stylish. After some months I discovered minor cracks in the two side rails where the joints meet the headboard. Following discussions with The company it may have been that I overnighted the fixings and unwittingly stressed the wood causing the cracks. However, having spoken to the customer service people they were extremely helpful and very accommodating and as a result sent me free of charge two new side rails along with new fixings which arrived days later.This is an excellent company who understand what a quality product is and have excellent and understanding customer service. Would recommend.
Rupert Cook: Very good quality, you get what you pay for. Well made in UK in lovely solid hardwood, they were very carefully packaged. We first purchased the Kyoto in walnut, followed by a Lotus four poster in oak and two Shetland beds in oak with upholstered head boards as part of a whole house refurbishment. They are easy to assemble into solid, comfortable beds. No complaints, would highly recommend.
K Perkins: We bought a Camden Oak bedframe in Natural Oak. Totally recommend. The designs are lovely, the wood is sleek and smooth with a beautiful grain. We chose this company for their design and quality, locally manufactured, and personally delivered so minimum environmental impact. It was easy to assemble and is so comfortable. The recommendation came from a friend who had already bought one and road tested it. It is so good to be able to see and feel the product in real life at their central Sheffield showroom, where the staff helped us decide which bed height suited our home. They also reassured us that we could get the bed safely into an attic bedroom up narrow stairs. And they delivered it, on the promised date, to the room, ready to assemble. I love touching the real wood and would definitely buy again from this company

Kieran Potts: Awesome in every way.I ordered two beds online, the Camden in Oak and the Sahara in Walnut. The products are stunning. Well-engineered, solid and sturdy. They were easy to assemble, too (though I wonder if something can be done to improve the available turning circle for the spanner, when tightening the bolts inside the grove in the side rails — a minor thing).As for delivery, that was flawless. As with all home furniture makers, there's a long lead time right now, as the industry catches up with the backlogs of orders from the Covid lockdowns. This should improve with time, and my delivery turned up exactly in the week I expected it, which shows that the Natural Bed Company have good control over their fulfilment process.I was kept informed of delivery via automated email messages, but otherwise I never needed to interact with customer service — so I can't vouch for that side of things.I expect these beds to last a generation or more, so I have no doubt the little extra upfront cost will save me in the long term. I probably won't need to buy more beds for a while, but I do intend to continue to shop with Natural Bed Company for homewares, bedding, etc.

fairlinda1: This is such a lovely website. They respond so speedily to any questions. I am really happy to support this little company. Moreover, their towels are the BEST in the world. They are soft but they also actually DRY your skin because of the particular weave in them. The colours (neutral and modern) are spot on. I honestly can't think of better quality and design anywhere else. One day I hope to replace all my current towels with the Natural Bed Company's towels.

Lex Dia: Brilliant service from Kerry and Karen. Kerry had me use the brand new Sleepmatch machine thst they have aha which looks like it should be in NASA's central testing room lol. The machine collaborates your weight, height, aches and pains etc. then uses an algorithm to give you a guide of how many springs are required to support your joints. They were both superb, they poured me and my Mother a cuppa & let us use the WC. The delivery men, Dave and his helper were efficient, friendly and I liked how they both put socks over their shoes before they entered as to not mark the carpet. Great service all round 👏 would give 6 stars.

Issa Eliassi: I bought a bed a few days ago, when they brought the bed to me, they didn't bring half of the bed and they told me sorry, we left half of the bed and we will bring it to you after an hour, but after a few hours, I asked several times with I spoke to the shop staff, but they said that this is not our responsibility and that we cannot help you and that I have to talk to the customer service. When I called them, they told me that it would take a week for us to bring you the other half of the bed. You have to wait any longer, it's very funny, I requested to cancel the order, but they say you have to wait a week for us to take half of the bed, and you have to wait 3 weeks to get the money back, and I don't know what to do with half of the bed. They have no responsibility for the mistakes they make

Jeff Deveaux (HG): The goods and products from IKEA are very good and most often competitively priced but visiting the stores (for me) is a nightmare. The last store I went in, I ended up coming out of the emergency exit because I couldn't cope with following the arrows and not going to look at what I wanted. On this occasion, I went to collect some "furniture items" with my teenage grand sons and I waited in the car listening to Andrea Bocelli. The boys messaged me to say they were at the loading area so I drove over and parked. Unfortunately I was parked under 3 speakers that were emitting an awful noise, even the boys thought it was awful. In addition we had to cope with trolley people pushing loads of trolleys, the din from the wheels was ear shattering. Trying to communicate with the boys how to load their purchases was neigh on impossible due to the noise. For me, if I never visit IKEA again it will be too soon. Shopping on-line is the way to go :-)
