St James Retail Park: what do users think?

Alex Black: Nice place with plenty of shops to pick through. A warning though, if you want to go in all the shops and have a coffee somewhere it is easy to fall foul of the parking restriction of 3 hours.

Dirk62: Shops are good but the carpark needs a rethink. Not enough room for two cars to pass each other at junctions, which causes congestion and traffic backs up all the way to the road.

Mark Shepherd: Pretty good shopping area. Plenty of parking. Minus 1 star for the getting in and out of the carpark. Its an absolute joke

Abz Adams: I always enjoy shopping here, and always manage to find something to wear! The prices are good as well.
Vicky Hall: Great little charity shop for a good rummage. Great for furniture and other household items. I would give it 4 stars but for the fact it is packed full of stuff which which makes it hard to get to things.

AllSaints: what do users think?

Chris Taylor: Christmas Eve shopping to get a leather jacket for my other half, I’m a typical man, last minute & not having a clue at what I’m looking at. This was the last stop of the day after visiting what felt like every other store possible. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the second young lady on the shop floor, only Nicole, Who was pleasantly meeting and greeting customers as they walked in, this was only one of the three members of staff that contributed to my wonderful shopping experience 👌🏻 The service was not only exceptional by both the staff on the shop floor, it also extended to the service from the young lady “Sophie S” at the till. All staff were really helpful and honestly couldn’t have done anything more, I cannot praise them enough for how professional and flawless my visit was, it really did make my shopping experience perfect. These individuals are a credit to your company and I’m sure they have made many other peoples shopping experiences enjoyable! p.s we cracked it, she loves the jacket 🙌🏻

Shelbel: Amazing shopping experience from Nicole who helped me put a fab outfit together for a friends wedding.

Ishtfaq Ishaq: I was served by a lady called Natasha, honestly the best sales assistant I’ve met in Meadowhall. Really good and an example on how to do the job.. Proper impressed and thanks again!!

Julie Moyse: Favourite shop ever! The clothing is gorgeous. The shop is set out well with rails of clothes well spaced out in eye-catching displays. Wheelchair users could easily navigate the shop. Staff are friendly and helpful. Is a little pricey but great quality.

Mountain Warehouse: what do users think?

Alex Black: Some really good bargains to be had and then they give you a voucher for 15% off on purchases on your next visit.

KEN BANNISTER: Bought a animal hoodie not in Stockholm but lad ordered me one and came to my house 3 days later spot on

Teresa Loxley: I bought walking boots and really tried hard to break them in. Never had trouble before with similar boots. After 2 months of trying and wear I resigned myself to buying a new pair. When I mentioned in the shop that I hadnt been able to break the boots in, the staff member asked if I had them with me. They were in the boot of the car luckily and I had a receipt on email. They offered to exchange free of charge. What a service and really friendly helpful staff.

Firas Sharefy: Nice little shop, good verity of out door clothes

Alan Piper: Wide range of products for venturing into the country. Walking boots, rain proofs, outdoor jackets, fleeces, gadgets and much more. Prices are very competitive.

james wright: A great place to come for outdoor gear and clothes. Good selection to choose from, welcoming, friendly and informative staff, and the shop was also dogfriendly too. Thank you very much. We shall definitely be coming back again 😁

Darren Barker: I was returning a faulty item purchased from another Mountain warehouse store. Managed to source a replacement and exchanged it with absolutely no issues.
Udemezue Onyinye: Nice place to shop for affordable clothing
Gill Podoski: Great shop great bargins
Linda Trix: Staff are consistently friendly and helpful and cheerful .The store gets stuffy and hot... pity
Robert Helliker: Nice clothing at steep prices, poor service, decent sale items. Half and half.
Cheryl Parrett: Spent a lot of money here just lately
John Philip Hurditch: ok
Rod Blount: Great prices, my last buy was on 6th Jan 23, mens hiking boots voyage, very comfortable and wasn't expensive,I have wide feet and they fit, didn't need to break them in as they was comfortable from the start, I would buy them again, probably look at the shoes in the voyage as well.
Angie J: Very helpful staff
Sharon Innocent: Lots to choose from.
Mark Bennett: The staff here are very good
Catherine Carlick: Went to browse round this morning, staff looked miserable, no smile, no good morning or asked if I needed any help.Week before I was stood waiting ages to be served and had to go and get someone from the back office who I could hear talking.Staff are clearly miserable and unhappy.A manakin was laid on the floor, I commented that I thought it looked like a real body guy with glasses who was dressing it ( had glasses on) gave me such a dirty look I had to leave the shop…. And I won’t return, horrible atmosphere with unhappy and unmotivated staff…just awful
Julie Green: Thought there would be more choice but not bad price wise.
M GC (Gawny): We dropped in for a pair of boots and ended up buying several other things as well. Lovely friendly and efficient service from Maria
colin kendrick: Great sale on at the moment. Genuine discount.

St Vincent's: what do users think?

The English Shopper: Small shop with some lovely items. They do price certain branded things a little too high, but its a nice shop with friendly staff.
Traveller 1980: Friendly staff and a good selection of items. Some items were a little pricey but other than that, I always like to have a look in here.
Aine Butcher: 1959,4th May,arrieved from Dublin to city general hospital, as it was known then, started as a student nurse.used to go to mass at st Vincent’s when we were homesick. Also the dances on Sunday night. Nearly80 now I’m looking to downsize, going Sunday for a look around the church area.been to new church a few times, mainly funerals. Could easily move there.hope I’m lucky.

St Luke's Vintage Shop: what do users think?
J Mast: Pre-covid it was cheap, very reasonable prices. For some reason it's just as expensive as oxfam now! Changed so much. This is why they have so much stuff crammed in, slow turnover.
Carla Ashman: Favourite charity shop ever. I have no ties to this shop, just wanted to review because I think negative reviews for such a wonderful place are unfair.
delyth roberts: Was not impressed to be honest. Prices were way too high some things, seemingly without order. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Overall, very disappointed.
Beverley Smith: Good place to shop if you like vintage clothing .
Nimzodor84: Very overpriced but strange that before Covid it wasnt :s. I understand that its towards a good cause but items are in there for weeks unsold thus not making any money because everything is too expensive. £30 for a saucepan???? There's cheaper antiques shops.
Selma Blair: Nice things but very expensive.
Timmy Savant: cute little shop with a bit too high prices
The English Shopper: 2-3 stars. They have some very nice things. I thought prices were a little too much. There are some nice people that work there but there is one woman who looked right down her nose at me. I thought she was a little rude, like she only wanted certain types of customers. It is a little off-putting TBH.
Traveller 1980: They have some lovely pieces, but not everything they class as 'vintage' actually is. I also thought the prices were extortionate.
Andy Mitchell: called in on Friday and while browsing saw a record I wanted ,but did not buy as was undecided.Following morning I rang the shop.at opening time and asked woman on phone to save it until I said I could get back to shop. She happily agreed to do so. I expected to go back Monday.Unfortunately this proved not possible and on Monday afternoon rang the shop again and gave her my word ,I would definitely be in Tuesday. You would have thought after making two calls regarding the item, she would have realised I was serious about it.So having made a 25 min car journey ,I was not impressed to be told by the same woman she had sold it.I understand there are a lot of time wasters who visit these shops (I ve worked in them myself) but for the sake of a couple of days in which it took me to get back to the shop, the item could have been saved as the woman had agreed. All she could say was they only keep items for 24 hours and certainly no apology whatsoever.I shall not be returning to this branch of St Luke's again.
Purp P: Had to queue to get in as the shop is so small and can only hold 2 customers at a time right now due to social distancing but the staff member who asked me not to come in just yet was nice about it. Great variety in the shop. Old but interesting sewing patterns, even vintage material off cuts that are definitely worth a look through for any crafter. Great clothes and a few plus sizes which are rare in vintage clothes shops. Interesting brick a brack. And kitchenware straight from the 60s and 70s to remind you of your grandparents house. Will definitely visit again.
Michael Ola: Awesome collection
Jonathan M: Friendly staff. Good prices. Best charity shop at broomhill
Lyric Bot: Friendly staff, great prices. Good for bargains. More convenient trip out.
Sarah Gordon: Great shop with reasonable prices, found some fun vintage games. Friendly and helpful staff.
Jo Breese (Vector That Fox): Bought a great shirt
Jacqueline Butcher: Great stuff and very helpful staff
Joanne Sankey: Great place. Filled with treasures. Particularly love the buttons :)

Marks and Spencer: what do users think?
E Dj: A Great M&S. A SUPERB food hall well stocked and well presented. Staff are attentative and a special mention to Philip. He is always courteous in his manner and a great face for the store.
Judy Garland: HAIR IN PASTA and the company ask to send back the pasta with hair in it in order to get a refund. Totally out of order! Paying expensive prices for better quality and service and you get this!
sarah S: I would give 0 stars if I could but the staff inside the store are lovely. I bought some red seedless grapes. I have opened them this morning and proceeded to eat them. Luckily my pregnant daughter did not! I looked down and saw that the grapes were speckled with mould. I phoned customer services who have said I will have to wait for a call back I. 24 hours time to resolve this. I also suggest that Marks and Spencer customer services demand a receipt,. Despite the fact that this is not economical in the slightest as I, as many others choose the not to get a receipt. I feel really sick at the moment, which could well be down to the thought of what I have consumed.oor it could be an effect of what I have eaten. Just because it's Marks and Spencer please do not just assume, as I did that the food is excellent quality.
charlie williams: Great food like every other M&S but I can't afford to do daily shopping here.
S S: Excellent shop with great choice and well organised. A real asset to St James retail park.
Naveed Javed: Good site
Mike Naylor: This isn't any old food hall. This is a Marks & Spencer's food hall. This isn't any old old review. This is a Mark's & Spencer's review. Not the biggest M&S Food Hall in Sheffield but it's got the basics and some more.Bakery is small but still good.Let's face it though, we all go in M&S for the Percy Pigs.
Mark YTED Whitehead: Disabled access friendly with café and food and clothing
Dina Snirhe: This is one of those M&S stores which adds that special feel to the whole shopping experience. People who work there are highly skilled and professional. I never left the shop without a smile on my face, I simply love everything - products, customer assistants and atmosphere. Thank you for making miracles happen!
Chris Paxton: Good food, reasonable prices.
greyhat newman: Great quality nice staff need fat wallet
Keith Allan: Didn't have either of the two things I went for, but the staff were friendly on the door.
Jackie Worrall: Excellent as always all fruit and veg excellent quality and long dates staff friendly and helpful
Theresa Luff: Good value and choice
Dave Brown: Great service, friendly staff
Tony Smith: Nice food
Anne Trott: M&S never let you down... Well stocked and very helpful staff. Trolleys all sanitized and plenty of hand sanitizer and wipes. All the checkouts were in use so no time wasted... Throughly recommend this store
Beryl Bates: Clean and well organised
David: Gent managing numbers in store really polite and usual, product quality right up there
Julie Procter: Love shopping at M&S food shopping I always find something to buy.

Decathlon Sheffield: what do users think?
Claire S: Really helpful customer service (including Emre organising a return). Happy with products and find that the store is regularly the best place to buy kids' outdoor clothing and equipment.
Adam ATC: Can't complain
Georgi Serafimov: Fast
lanaa lutfi: Free parking for 0-1 hr. Very convenient.
Jackie Banks: Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend for people who aren't quite sure what they want.
Mike Gee: Not bad layout but the place was like a crèche with several groups of kids running about playing basketball / archery etc, I was just looking for some camping stuff!
Praise Symon: Good Experience
Iza N: Nice staff but small selection of products
Scott Muldoon: Bought a bike from here a few months ago and had a problem with the chain dropping, the mechanics tried to fix it but it didn't work so in they end they did a full upgrade on the chainset free of charge (which would have cost nearly £200). Okay the bike shouldn't have had the problem in the first place but i really can't fault the customer service from the Sheffield store. It's actually the 4th bike we've bought from here and I would definitely go back again 👍
Jon Matthews: Massive selection of products covering lots of sports. There is something for everyone at Decathlon. One of my favourite shops.
Sandeep Govind Uttamchandani: Tyler and Connor provided excellent service. Apologies for the delayed feedback. Infact, everytime I have gone in there, I have had excellent customer service and staff really know the products.
Sophie Middleton: Tyler is an asset to the business at Sheffield. Her customer care was exceptional, she was efficient and friendly. She made our visit to store a happy one, i hope she gets the recognition she deserves as customer service these days is lacking in so many businesses. Thanks again Sophie & Issy.
Damien Brown: Great store and friendly staff! Products seem great quality at a reasonable price.Had everything from bikes to tents, clothes to helmets etc. The store was spotless and well organised!
EBW&NCWA: Large, well stocked shop.
Luke Burras: Great and very helpful staff
Riley Robinson: Staff are really rude and unreasonable
Steven Feeney: They seem to have reduced their line of nutritional products. I can not buy what I need
Vincent Maroney: Vety good
Alessandro Tuorto: Very bad customer service.I have bought some towels and I wanted to pay with klarna as i couldn't afford all the payment in one time .I asked for assistance how to do it and they made me twice payment one with klarna and one taking all the payment through my bank account. They told me don't worry you will get the refund and klarna will take your payment splitted.but nothing .So at the end they closed klarna payment end took the money from my account and now I'm in overdraft.Happy day .Very bad experience.
simon bridges: Always love it, wish there was a store closer to me HD4 🤷
Zoe Burns-Shore: It was great. The person helping was really knowledgeable and helpful.

Shoe Zone: what do users think?
Barry Wilshaw: Very good choice of shoes
Kenneth Brammer: Good choice
Toni Bestall: I brought I pair of trainers not even a month ago for work they have already got holes underneath making water and stones come in I will not be going in there ever again for shoes not worth the money at all not happy do not remmend anyone to go unless u want to wate your money
charlie williams: Who actually shops at Shoe Zone?
Paul Solecki: Nice, large shop with a lot of choice and friendly staff.
Aseel Jamal: Amazing 🤩
Unix Pro: Poor quality sweaty shoes. To add to that the most miserable and rude staff I have ever encountered. Almost that it was a bad thing that I dared to buy a pair of shoes (that was another mistake as it turned out..). When I asked what the returns policy was the woman blankly said 'norrrr reteorns police' so clearly they also need training in consumer rights as well as customer service. Wont be back
Paul “Fondy” Furniss: Lovey staff BUT STAFF ARE NOT WEARING FACE SHIELDS PROPERLY!!!The shield is not an head band or a sun visor. Put it on property.#covid-19
Francessolo: Extremely poor customer services. I would have given no stars if could. I won't be returning.
Mike Naylor: It's ok for a cheap pair of school shoes or a bargain of some nature.Hit and miss on wether the staff will be friendly or not.
Sam Hawley: Good selection of shoes!
Janet tant: It just needs a bank machine
Oliver O'Hara: Shop online
Debbie Skidmore: Decent shoes for a decent price
Cathal Berney: Decent shoe shop with a limited range of branded shoes, such as Skechers and Rieker, but potential to drop on a bargain.
