Naomi Turquais: Very nice bookshop. Well displayed, huge selection of books and activities for kids. Technical shelves such as theology, prayer, commentaries. Lots of biographies and Christian living too. Some gifts items, CD and DVD. Always a nice window display and a very interesting second hands section!!! Staff is really nice and helpful

Ted Bixely: The shop was a complete tip, as if a giant hand had sprung from the Sheffield sky and shaken it at length. I’d never seen such untidy magazine racks. Customers queued in the unstaffed checking area waiting for assistance but we’re forced to leave as none came. A ghost ship. Shambolic.

Peter Revill: When looking for specific items and time is short, and after a quick look round the store that item cannot be found and does not jump out at you staff are in short supply and able to assist you. There are plenty of staff behind the tills but there should have been a assistant on the shop floor. Maybe there was but Not on the floor i was on. Otherwise as far as i was aware they covered everything to with art,craft, hobbies and pastimes. So form a queue for the cashier if you are looking for something and want pointing in the right place .
Teddy Gunn: Apparently it has been modernised but inside still the same tired floors and ceiling tiles. Narrow aisles hamper movement when you have a child in a buggy. Last, but not least, selling wrapping paper but no large bags to put the purchase in!

Doktores Gezginos: Burası bu civardaki en gelişkin kırtasiye sayılır.Kitap satışı da var ama kısıtlı.Özellikle resim ile uğraşanlar için çeşitli malzemeler çok uygun. Onun dışında biraz pahalı malzemeler. Ama kırtasiye genel olarak ucuz sayılır - etraftaki kırtasiyelere göre.Iki gündür nedeni belli olmayan biçimde kapalı.

ChatterCat 01 (Em): It's ok, but they could have more in stock like they do online. It's like I have been wanting to buy some Berol felt tips for my colouring, as I really like to colour. They don't sell the Berol felt tips like they uses too which I find appalling. They really need to improve more on their stocks.

Alex Cripps: Went there with child in tow so had to be subtle looking at last minute things as it's Christmas Wrote what I was looking for on my phone and showed it to staff. He looked at it, looked at my son and proceeded to loudly talk about what exactly my enquiry was while staring at my son. Disgusting customer service and he clearly didn't care as I pointed out what he'd done and just replied have a nice day.

Amer Alnabo: I dont recommend this shop to anyone! Some staff are very impolite. We were upstairs in the que waiting to be checked out. We waited 15 mins for someone to come we rang the bell multiple times and no one came we decided to go downstairs to checkout and we asked a staff member why nobody was upstairs and then she very rudely said" there is a SIGN You should read IT 🙄" but other people got checked out infront of us 🤨🤷♀️

Lindsay Merrison: Would have been 5 stars from me but for the confusion upon my arrival. I checked the opening time of the shop for today before I set off from home. The website said 08:00. I turned up at 08:15 only to be told by a member of staff that the shop opened at 08:30. I told her what time was on the website & she just said "Well, it's wrong then. We open at 08:30".
Gwen Hayward: Sorry but not overly impressed. Think the stationery is over priced and the range of books is so so. It always has a good stock of current magazines but apart from that I don't find many more positives for this shop. (Always find the lighting gloomy too).

Patrick Thomas: Went in to get a bottle of water, as i was paying the young man working there asked me if i wanted some chocolate that was randomly scattered on the counter. I just said no thanks. He then went on a rant about "i only asked if you wanted some chocolate". All i said was no thanks! Sorry if i didn't look cheerful enough for you. You would think anybody with half a working braincell would realise that especially in a hospital, people often have other things on their minds. Like visiting dying relatives. Or having scans for cancer. But obviously that's expecting too much from people's intelligence these days.
Pelican Reviews: Every now and then, exceptional service surprises us and WHSmith in the Royal Hallamshire Hospital managed just that on Saturday 13-Aug.We arrived at the store at 4pm, to find it was closing for the manager's break...the shutters were down, and the key was in the lock. The Manager, Carol, was kind enough to reopen briefly so we could grab a sandwich.The quality of the sandwiches in this store are top notch and we always find them fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, our reviewer has been several times recently whilst visiting a sick relative.Carol at WHSmith, we thank you.
