Frog & Parrot: what do users think?

Filip Brzoza: Been there with my mates last night. Decent place with actually cheap pints and cocktails (I recommend trying the Icebreaker Pale Ale). I love the decor of the place and music played. Will definitely visit again soon.

Graham Martin: Nice Greene King pub close to the centre of town. Had lunch with friends from work. Opted for fish finger sandwich, which appeared to be hand battered goujons of fish and was very tasty. Washed down with 0% Old Mout Berries and Cherries, it was really tasty. Only gripe is that the seating at some of the high tables felt a bit cramped.

Andy Savage: Came here for food, their Steak and Ale pie was good. Interesting decor.

Rob Sheeran: Decent atmosphere and plenty of choice on nice beers and cask ales. Sometimes the layout causes queues at the bar but nothing unusual in town so can hardly penalise them for that. Layout is good that you seem to have lots of relatively isolated seating areas while not being "sat out back". Will definitely visit again when back in town drinking.

Linda Henderson: Visited when Sheffield was buzzing with Swimming Championships, Euros, Graduations. A friendly, quaint pub with excellent beer, friendly staff and what looked like delicious food. Talking to regulars it is obviously a popular and well supported place.

Richard Copley-Dunn: Great selection of beers, close to other pubs and City centre#Food was great in sunnier days too 🍺🍺🍺🍺
Paul D: Very nice food. We had the Sunday roast. Wasn't too busy despite it being the warmest day of the year so far. Would definitely go again if in Sheffield.
dianne stuart: Had a lovely lunch out in the sunshine.staff pleasant and helpful
Andrew Walker: Blast from the past, and nothing has changed
CHRISTIE A: Great atmosphere. Good music. Reasonable prices
Tim Hans: Hip flask prices! £4.80 for a pint of Amstel! Preferred it before it was a Greene King as well. Won't be going back.
Deborah Jane Brown: Nice pub. Love the vibe.
Meadhbh Bonnar: Not dog friendly! Despite saying very clearly on the website that it was dog friendly, a bouncer has refused to let us in with our dog - we asked why it says this on the website and they refused to answer. Beware the information on their website is incorrect.
Alan Barlow: Nice pub, friendly staff and lovely food
Christine Killinger (Chrissy): Great food at a reasonable price. Good, friendly service with a clean and cheerful atmosphere.
Josephine Mylchreest: Brilliant music and atmosphere
Sukesh Sathyamoorthy: British Sunday Roast and Grilled cheese toastie!Replicating the beef Wellington was a nut Wellington roast almost giving the same texture as beef. Yorkshire puddings were very soft and the gravy as an accompaniment was mildly flavoured.Gouda, emmental and cheddar cheese on a sourdough bread made one of the best sandwiches i have tasted..Both were incredibly delicious and this a must visit for everyone who visits sheffield
John Budd: Great food and attentive staff
Justin Knowles: A great pint... Great food... Great music... Lovely & helpful staff ☺So all in all... GREAT.!. ✌😎🤘Still Brill...
Sam Barthram: Good atmosphere and busy, which was nice to see. Very pub feel which i like, esily got a seat and was very happy.
Tom J: Definitely worth a visit but drinks are quite expensive
Tim Foulstone: It was very busy and the food was good when it came but it did take a long time coming. It is also dog friendly and my daughter brought her dog.
Emma stothard: Called in while waiting to see a show at the city Hall. Nice pub
Dejan Mratinković: Very pleasant small pub, great atmosphere. Certain beer brands are on "2 for 1" until 19h.Menu offers standard pub food.Cheeseburger is worth recommendation.Beer prices are not the cheapest one could find.
Steve Allen: Good atmosphere but not cheap, not too expensive either.
Ian Thompson: Well established pub.
Jacques Blaver: Always go to this pub when I am in town. I enjoy the atmosphere there. Dont like the stairs though.

Old Queen's Head: what do users think?

Delazinsky: This 15th-century timber framed pub is the oldest surviving domestic building in Sheffield. The menu, decor, and even some of the regulars could be mistaken for relics from that century, yet it has a certain charm and undeniable character. Always seems to have a decent selection of beers and the food though basic is good value and relatively tasty. Quiet during the day but can get quite lively in the evening.

MADDOGLEP: This historic city centre timbered pub somehow survived all the development around. It is a Thwaites pub so surprised to find guest ales. I had my first ever Nailmaker brewery beer. A plum porter in excellent form. Sat outside in a seated area by the road.

Alice Boot: Staff are lovely and friendly, food is nice enough for pub grub - cheese cakes are gorgeous mind.Always welcoming though and makes an awesome recovery point after a long journey

Sid: Decent beer selection, gorgeous building, decent location. Includes the history of the building written up inside and has lots of amazing carvings done into the wood and timber frames.

Andrew Rycroft: Only been in twice so far, but from my visit, seemed to have a good atmosphere. Thee beers they had on cask were nice too, and well poured.

Patrik Padysak: I am pleased to know about this pub. Very interesting building. From half old from half new. Nice food and beer. Excellent waiters.

Jin Kisaragi: Traditional looking pub with a very nice atmosphere. Plenty of room for large or small groups. There is also a room upstairs available to rent for those looking for a bit more privacy. The menu has a lot of options with the fish and chips being a recommend from me.

Paul Kingston: Lovely old pub, visited for first time since the covid pandemic, plenty of beers available, great food.
Keith Monks: Good local
Alice Boot: Quiet and cosy, having changed hands a number of times the atmosphere seems to be losing its cosiness, and the food quality has dropped significantly over the past few months as a number of people have come and gone. I suspect lower quality ingredients and a number of items being reheated or prepackaged - its a long drop from when I was first a regukar here with fresh pizzas, honeycake, and good belly filling food. With it being up to let again, I'm not confident this rating is going to stay if the pattern continues.
Becky B: Food is good, but please clean the place. Toilets look like they haven't been touched in months.
Martyn Worsdale: Great food
Vicky Precious: Staff didn't appear to have a record of our booking. Service was okay, food not bad but nothing spectacular either. Not sure we will bother again
Alastair Springate: Love old pub
Steven Roffe: Nice pub... worth visiting on a sunday morning
Emma Weatherstone: Love how traditional this pub is very homely just abit pricey but like it none the less
Max M: Went for a lunchtime meal, it was really excellent. Beautiful pub and the food was delicious (a really nice chicken burger & chips which were hot) for about £6.50! We did not have to wait long. Thank you.
nicole pickford: A real shame it used to be a great place to have drinks. Now it's dirty with mice running about and the staff look at them as if there pets.
Justin Boydell: Lovely old pub with plenty of lovely cask ales and good value food
Karl Brown: Best food in Sheffield
Ann Lygo: Great atmosphere
Andrew Parkin: Nice old pub with good beers and nice coffees
Cath Marsland: Friendly bar staff, perfect stop off before catching my coach home
Brad Hancock: A great atmosphere in an old English pub. The service is great and the drinks are reasonably price. I haven't tried the food, however, the prices are really good.
David Taylor: Lovely little pub friendly staff well worth going to
Paul Bedford: Proper pub. Great beers and great value food.
Roy Bentley: Pleasant place for a few quiet beers.
Michael May: Nice ales, friendly staff, only wanted a sandwich and couldn't have helped more, absolutely fantastic from them, would highly recommend..

The Three Tuns, S1: what do users think?

Bob K: Cozy and comfortable joint to get a beer and catch up with friends. The triangular front seating region that is elevated with windows on all sides offers a fun spot to drink. Really enjoyed the Titanic plum porter on cask.

MADDOGLEP: Been here a few times on my way to and from Kelham island. I love sitting in the triangular corner watching the world go by. This is a CAMRA heritage pub serving a range of excellent real ales. I had their house bitter; three tuns. Well worth a visit.

Nicholas Rutter: Recently reopened very clean and very welcoming landlady great place to call into if your this end of town only a short walk from Kelham Island area if you fancy a change live entertainment at the weekend

Laura M: Excellent pub. Good beer, wine selection. Pies are absolutely amazing. Had the steak and ale pie with chips. The pie was delicious with lots of meat and very flavoursome. Staff were all very friendly. The doors are open so lots of air and outside seating too

david watson: A little bit quiet when we visited last Friday 2/09/22. But the staff are very friendly. Excellent DJ. Apparently they do the best chips in their local area. Just off West St. So local workers around Silver St. Get your.selves to The Three Tuns and support your local. Works pub.

Sheffield Tap: what do users think?

Bryan Kearney: Great station pub in a beautiful building. Excellent selection of craft beers and sold at decent prices. Friendly staff too. I highly recommend this pub should you ever go to Sheffield.

Aco C. L. Hsu: We both love this pub, right next to the train station. Great selection of ale, stout, and craft beer. Lovely space too!

David Danner: Olde English traditional pub with over 20 beers on tap. Actually adjacent to the train station. One extra ace from the road and another onto the station. At least 2 beers brewed here at the adjacent Tapped Brew Co. More beers in anyone place I have visited in Sheffield!!! Friendly wait staff, will provide samples when requested. Terrific select of beverages. Including tea & coffee. No food here. All on one level, so accessible by wheelchair. Rest

Paula Positivep: What a gem of a place, situated on the train station platform but also a central rear entrance too... Many happy faces, suitcases and locals, very welcoming staff and great selection and price... If your ever traveling near here or visiting Sheffield I recommend here... Wow beautiful old place.

John Gallagher: Good pint of Kentish Cider, very sharp and not too high on the ABV front. Attentive staff, nice atmosphere... What more could an imminent rail user ask for?
Tom Gibson: Great selection of traditional ales. Great venue with nice outdoor seating area in the sun. Ideal starting point for a Sheffield classic pub run
Jeff Llewellyn: Great pub. Located in the old First Class waiting rooms. Lovely venue and brilliant range of beers. Great place to start or end a session if you're travelling via train. Can get busy with lots of after work drinkers but you can usually find a space.
stephen degnan: Awesome selection of beers. Great staff
K. Peake: This was a great pub to visit before catching my train, with a throwback design including the counter and pub logo. The staff were friendly and served me quick; I had a refreshing pint of Berry Cider! Prices were a bit much, although the seating and table were up to standards.
Samantha Samantha: Friendly, polite, efficient staff. Went last thing on a Friday and the seating areas were still reasonably clean and welcoming.Either I was unlucky, or the toilets need checking more regularly, but it was usable. The range of beers here is unusual and varied. If you're a real ale lover then you will appreciate these and good luck trying them all and being able to walk later!
Sian Hopkins-Smith: Loads of beers, massive place which you wouldn't think from the outside
Kevin Scott: Good beers and bigger than I thought.
Clive Walmsley: Super convenient for station and superb beers- what's not to like!
Andy Barker: Alright place. Good selection of beers and service is quick and efficient. Different to a branded vanilla pub chain
Tom causer: Not a bad spot tomiss ya train :-)
Anthony C: Great place, amazing selection of constantly changing ales. If you go here and can't find anything to drink, go tee total because it's not for you.
Kevin Preece: Ask for 3 gin and tonics no gin glasses only wine glasses lack of tonics no ginger beer no standard tonic2nd round no gin glasses no choice of tonics this after a 40 mins gap this at 1800 at night really poor service staff totally dis interestedEmpty glasses all over tables really poor not what I had to come to exspectNo worries wull go elsewhere
Ben Hilbert: Nice place to wait for a train I suppose
Stuart Allen: Good beer selection, Pleasant staff. A bit on the chilly side but tolerable.Apr 2023 update. Situation mch the same.
Mikael Torstensson: Mycket bra pub, bra utbud.
Duncan Wilde: One of the largest selection of draft and bottle beers anywhere. Great old building, with good old Sheffield style. Just can't beat the place for real ale drinkers.
Elysia Kelland: Great service, great beer, great building
Kieran Blogg: I got threatened at the bar and the bar staff turned a blind eye and pretend nothing happened.
Matt Thomas: Really nice and atmospheric pub.
Ger Malcolm: Don’t like old folks here, you won’t get past bouncer!
John Carr (Corinne and John): Excellent pub on Platform 1b of Sheffield Station. Ten cask beers - and 1 cider - on handpump when I visited including a mild and a stout. Was the 1st class refreshment room in days of yore. Big garden with a few tables and chairs to the rear. The pub also hosts a microbrewery "Tapped Brew Co."

The Graduate: what do users think?

Julie Burbeary: Just had a lovely afternoon at The Graduate in Sheffield. Great pub and great location. We booked the bottomless brunch between 2pm and 4pm and it was excellent value for money. We had the basic brunch which had the choice of 3 different cocktails - all lovely - as well as gin options and cider/lager. We also were allowed to have some soft drinks. We went for the big breakfast which was filling and nice. Mollie and Ella looked after us brilliantly for the whole two hours, thank you. Been there a few times and it is becoming one of my favourite pubs in the city centre.

Mia Mcmanus: Booked bottomless brunch for a Christmas get to together, Courtney was the absolute best, she was so attentive and made the experience one to remember. We was unfortunately running 15 minutes late due to traffic which we rang ahead of time to make staff aware and was dealt with really rudely by the manager. The amazing food and service definitely made the trip worth it!

Gracie Sykes: Came for bottomless brunch yesterday. Great value for money with a good selection of different cocktails (even on the basic option) and food. Much better than some of the other places we’ve been too. We got served by Mollie and Ella which made our experience amazing as we never had empty glasses and we could relax and enjoy the experience without having to find someone for more drinks. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to come for bottomless brunch!

Alexandra Hannant-Smith: Had bottomless brunch here, table was set with crackers and a Santa hat which was great. Courtney was amazing! Absolutely could not fault her, so attentive and polite really made the experience lovely!! Yummy food and cocktails. Thank you Courtney xx

melody potter: Bottomless brunch is definitely worth the money. Great service from Mollie, she was fantastic and always made sure we had a drink. We didnt have an empty glass once during the 2 hours of being there. Will definitely be going again.

Emma Pratt: The graduate is a great friendly and welcoming pub . All the staff and management are very friendly and always helpful. The food is cooked to a very high standard and the menu is great providing a big wide range of meals to all ages. The atmosphere is very welcoming and is a very clean and well presented pub.
evan devlin: Molly’s service was great!! Thoroughly enjoyed our brunch!
Holly Fowler: Very good callum is a very good server
Rachael Bartlett: Excellent food and friendly staff.
Jennie Lavelle: Came here for a quick drink and a game of pool, Harry and Aaron were so helpful behind the bar! Great pub
Dan Manderfield: Expensive pints in a nice location! Not my first choice in the area but was very fast at the bar!
esther mcelvenny: Great bottomless brunch. Quick services by mollie, always making sure drinks were flowing.
Malik Tijani: Amazing bottomless brunch, mollie was great always made sure that we’re alright or if we needed anything
Mia Wainwright: mollie was great server and very friendly thankyouuu:)
Sian Hopkins-Smith: Fab food and beer selection, live sports playing on TV, perfect for cruicible visit
evelyn wheatcroft: Lovely meal and very quick service.
Bojan Budeš: Location perfect, afmosphere good, staff outstanding, but food terrible, and on the level of tourist trap, just do not eat here.
Jon Dew: Visited Sheffield for the Snooker. Loved The Graduate. Excellent service, superb food and a top atmosphere. Definitely a highlight
urban nomad: Worst vegan hotdog ever. Cold, tasteless, stale and expensive.
Jackson Dane: Food was amazing! Lovely and helpful staff
Mark Pearson: Too expensive.
Sara Wyce: It changed. We ate the best food ever there before covid and a wide range of beer choices. The food was ok but didn't meet our expectations from last time. Still there are some nice real ales on tap.
Shanette Lewis: Me and some work friends came in today (02/04/23) for the bottomless brunch. We were all extremely pleased, our server was Jayden and he was brilliant, patient and polite at all times. The food was delicious and the drinks were lovely and unlike some other places, we weren't limited on them. We will definitely be returning soon.
C Vishnu: The best customer service and it's fast. A couple of extra TVs and a bit change in the seating arrangement will make it the best.
Julia Allan: Excellent food and service.
maxine hughes: Great place good prices nice relaxed place

Si Cahill: Not a bad pub plenty going on throughout the week.
Steve Allen: Good pub, music ,food and beers. What more could you ask for.
Janet Perkinton: Enjoyed the IPA..Nice pub and atmosphere. Located on West Street in Sheffield
Matt Robb: At the end of a hard, laborious Tuesday (21st March 2023) I endeavoured to spend my duly earned schmeckels at the esteemed establishment of the so-called "Bee-hive" in Sheffield (West Street). I'm not sure if you've had the chance to look at the attached photo of the thought-provoking and creative pint of San Miguel which I was served but it was - it pains me to admit it, most abysmal. This was extremely unfortunate as I had been craving the golden nectar since the crack of dawn. It was certainly not the kind of head I was looking for on a Tuesday evening and I would be - quite frankly - daft as a brush to return unless a bartender worthy of pouring a perfect pint stumbled upon the occupation. However after expressing all these views, I must admit the muses of song blessed my ears with the finest melodies there was to offer, exempli gratia Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen (the Band). Thank you for taking your time to read this review of the "Beehive" in Sheffield. #upsettingpint
Lara-Michelle Short: Nice meal with drinks
John Brown: Decent boozer top end of west Street 🍺
Greg Porter: Drinks were good
Teresa Trown: Great bar
David Beresford: Nice relaxed pub enjoyed our Sunday afternoon visit.

rana claydon: The beehive is a fanatstic place to eat and to chill, the staff are fabulous the food is fabulous and the price is amazing too. Love it love it love it. Will we go again yep definitely and they are pet friendly too. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

LoobyLooSue: Amazing pub.Not only allows dogs but welcomes them. The food is great too.Lovely staff.Almost home from home 😍
Keith Fisher: Brilliant old fashion pub, with a great food menu, reasonably priced. Fantastic range of real ales, ciders and largers, all at competitive prices. A good day and only a short walk from Sheffield city centre.
Adam Burns: We really, really enjoyed it here. Came recommended and we weren't disappointed. Excellent real ale. The menu looked great, we'll eat there next time. Just what you want in a pub.
david hornby: The first pub I went into when I moved to Sheffield in 1977. The decor is low on my priority list for a pub,but it has been made more comfortable, without losing its simple charm. Great beer, simple but nice bar food, but most of all a real pub experience, and one I have been going to for over 45 years!
G C: A classic old fashioned pub with a great atmosphere
W F: Great traditional pub with fantastic selection of beer. Great atmosphere and friendly staff
Chloe Denston: The Red Deer was amazing. I visited with family on a Sunday afternoon… the food, drinks & service was all 10/10. Paul thank you for this wonderful experience, just beautiful 👌 we will definitely be back ❤️❤️
Philip Lamb: Good choice of real ales and food available. Dog friendly too.
Eadon Lockwood and Riddle Ltd Sheffield: Lovely pub is the heart of the city. They also have great gluten free options.
James Dunne: Fantastic quiz and atmosphere. Great night. First time in here and will be back for sure. Thank you!
Ryan Owen: My favourite pub. Lots of beers to choose from. Nice beer garden. Dog friendly. Games available. They serve good food too.
mark hodgson: I have been going here for many years and had my first bad experience today. We went in at just after 3pm and ordered 2 pints. Whilst ordering I asked if sunday lunches were still available. I was told yes, but they were out of yorkshire puddings. I went to the bar 5 minutes later and ordered 2 roasts, only to be informed that they had sold out 45 minutes before! What's going on? Get your information correct and know what you have and haven't got. Piss poor communication.
InkzDJ: Great food, quaint pub with decent seating and a beer garden. Not much on selection of drinks but it's a traditional pub so expected
Max M: It was ok, fun & relaxed atmosphere, smells a bit of old drinks & a bit dingy but to be expected in a characterful old pub. Great service. It was interesting looking at all the old beer handle labels on the ceiling and people-watching :-)
Shaun Dyson: Stout
Margarida Botelho: The food was very good and well made. We ate Sunday Roast, Gammon and Fish and Chips but there are many more English traditional dishes you can chose from. The service and staff were very friendly. The place is nice and has a beer garden with heating. It also has many board games for the costumers to play.
Marky GRocks: Really good proper pub!
Alexandra Calder: Decent food, nice place with a few board games dotted around and lovely staff
Steven Ward: Great pub just off the chaos that is West Street. Good range of beers
Vijay E: Nice and cosy.

The Brown Bear: what do users think?
Sarah Bartov: Good, inexpensive beer, wonderful, unique atmosphere, highly recommend!!
John Smith: Orhanic lager nice pint old fashioned pub
Christopher Hara: The one aspect of the bar is no electronic devices, you can talk , very nice bar and very friendly
AnneMarie Chamberlain: Great little pub for a night out, no music or other distractions so you can just sit and chat.
Nigel P: No phones allowed. Pathetic if you’re on your own having a quick pint. Nothing to look at except the miserable landlady. Won’t return. I was allowed to pay using my phone though…
Karl Smedley: Nice pub...nice to sit in a pub where phones etc are not allowed as well as swearing ..encourages people to talk
Liz L: It's a really lovely traditional Sheffield pub. Recommended if you like chat not IT devices
Peter Page-Mitchell: Excellent staff and superb interior. Very good beer!
Darren Hyndman: Great pub, clean, good prices, centrally located. However, the single worst customer's possible. I have never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome by the people who frequent this establishment. I took my phone out of my pocket and put it on the table. Two customers instantly pulled me up. I wasn't even making a call. A great pub spoiled by elderly phone police. Do not enter if you live in the 21st century. My review is for the customers, not the pub. Avoid if your under 50 and have a life. This place has a no phone use rule. The perfect brexit voters pub. Very white and elderly. First and last visit. If I could give a minus review for the customer's then I would.
griddywinks: Mobile free area - it's a nice idea. Did see someone get shouted out for having their phone out because they didn't know about it's. Seemed a bit unsure when I please put your phone away would have done. It's seems a bit of a locals pub. It's not a nice inside.
Christine Burke: I love it in here. Very traditional. No phones. Good prices. Tried to take a photo, but dropped my wine glass in the process! Well worth a visit.
Jillian Parkinson: Proper pub!! Excellent.
Jim Ward: No mobiles allowed. Brilliant for all except millennials
Na Omi: No wheelchair access
ivan Ellis: Never changes, thank god a real pub.
Philip Lamb: Was too scrared to get my phone out to pay as I assumed that this was not allowed and ended up paying for 3 pints instead of two as I am no longer used to using cash.
Kim Rydelewski: Our husbands favourite because of how cheap the drinks were 😂😂But it was lovely and cosy with excellent staff.
marc dunks: Very good place to have a drink
Stephen Baillie: Traditional pub, centrally located. Clean and nice decor. Very good service. Customers encouraged not to sit on their phones, which was refreshing.
Steve Davies: Needs some life
Matt Keen: Cracking hidden gem of an inner city pub with great Sam Smith ales and real fires.
