Chaucer School: what do users think?
Tracey Russell: I use to went to this school in 1993 to 1997 and why have you changed all this school for???????????Where all the old teachers gone????This school never change about bullying never and never. Tell a teacher or parents it will make it worse..
Daniel Stuart: Management at the school are more interested in putting pupils in exclusion than anything else. OFSTED reports the school as insufficient across the board but it's so much worse
Kat Scott: I went to this school 27 years ago, I found it OK... Now you get a bollocking for having shoe laces hanging out... They need to spend more time sorting out the bullies than a child's footwear
reagan battle: My daughter gets bullied and ive told school and there havent done nothing

King Edward VII - Upper School: what do users think?

Veronica Fuganti: Seems like a good upper school

Sheffield Weather Cam: I went to this school.
Dawn Shepherd: I work close by to this school and have the misfortune to finish work at about the same time as the pupils. The pupils are some of the most ignorant and arrogant teens I have ever met. After being asked twice to please keep the noise down and to stop screaming at everything.one pupil said why should I? what are you going to do?
TazzyK 118: Its a great school :) I'm in Y9 now 2017
Cutesick: Attended from 2007 - 2012. Didn't pay attention to any years other than 6th form. Bad mental health support system and didn't care for our exam results.
Daniel Mosby: I've attended here for evening language classes for a number of years now.The school itself is very modern, with spacious classrooms. The language teachers are always eager for feedback from the class and willing to take suggestions to alter the subjects from their pupils. This creates a tailored learning experience which is great to be a part of.Additionally they offer some more unorthodox languages, such as Japanese, Mandarin, Arabic and others.

Tapton Secondary School: what do users think?

Ellie Perry: Tapton School is a very good school and very good in the science and art departments. All the teachers are very good at their job and if I could, I would give Tapton 6 out of 5 stars!

havana omare: Great school! One of the best secondary schools in Sheffield.

Danny Woodin: It is a great experience to look at the kid work

Thatchanamurthi Naidu: Excellent playing fields
John Coleman: It’s ok
Alex Vickers: i dont like it because of st
Big Ron: I am a student at Tapton and shall be leaving in approximately three weeks, having been at this school for four years. Judging by this, I shall give you an honest, detailed review of the school. As many planning to go to the school would note, the school has been awarded extremely high ratings from OFSTED on a regular annual basis and has been voted the best school in the UK based on academic results and achievements. The departments in the school, in terms of what it has to offer and the equipment available, is excellent. The level of teaching is varied; Like all schools, you have the good and the bad. Dependant on the subject, its generally good. The grounds are brilliant. Science, Art, PE and English departments are brilliant, less so for others. Safeguarding teams are at hand and are relatively good, but not overly brilliant in terms of commitment (controversial, yes) and organisation around issues surrounding bullying and anti social matters. However, their are many faults with Tapton despite its many good points. Firstly, the school has something called the "stairs system". This is nothing short of absurd. The idea of it apparently was to institute a system for VI students to be safer and decrease the amount of "crushes" between lessons. This means some stairs are "up only" and some are "down only". This is an absolutely ridiculous idea and has done nothing but 1) increase the amount of crushes, causing more harm to the ever so sensitive VI students 2) increasing the rate of lateness and punctuality due to the length of time between lessons increased because the route from one to the other has been made longer. Another bad thing is the schools terrible management of the "behaviour system", a five stage system to manage bad behaviour. I am not at all a badly behaved student and the fact that teachers say this system is abused by us is plain immoral. The teachers themselves abuse this system on a regular basis if they feel that the power of the student greatly overthrows their falsely acclaimed and believed power over the class. As soon as the teacher feels this lack of power they will jump to a certain stage, fully well knowing they`re incorrect and falsely claiming that the student is being aggressive or defiant. This does not happen all the time - their are notable exceptions - but its a very common occurrence and one that any student will tell you.The school in terms of cleanliness and hygiene is not particularly good either. Toilets can be pretty diabolical at times and can resemble the appearance of an Ethiopian slum if not cleaned regularly. Many of the doors are broken, there are constant issues with blockages. Cleaners do generally do a very good job however, and I praise them for their hard work. How the hundreds of pounds the school begs off us isn't going into sorting these major plumbing issues is quite hilarious and rather aggravating. There is also a problem with subjects of racism or offense, as I myself am no stranger to controversy in this school and have been the victim of some of the most outrageous punishments literally in the world. Anything that apparently offends someone, or goes against the rules of political correctness, the punishments are severe. I believe that its these kind of problems which are the cancerous upbringing of panty waste fascists that get offended by everything and clearly cant take something called a "joke". Obviously parents need to be aware of this ridiculous enforcement and its effects. Its not an interrogative review, its honesty.Rules on chewing gum are a problem. As something proven to increase concentration I see absolutely no reason why its banned, and for those saying "people stick it under the tables" - grow up. If we have children dying in Syria I`m sure a bit of chewing gum isn't a major issue in he world. How about you use that money we give you and by some more instead of spending it on more stationary. The media side of things - Music and Drama departments - are excellent in terms of what they produce (I highly recommend you witness their performances).
Noah Sequerra: i wish i wentthere
Karl Oczadly: It's alright.
tommyholden “tomdoesgaming”: It is very boring and I really like chemistry
Jack Bonardt: nice memes
Tony Pratt: This week Tapton School over 3 evenings staged the musical "FAME". That show was the culmination of 5 months of rehersals out of school hours and latterly week-ends.What does it say about the school: It recognises the need to provide an opportunity to nurture talent, leaving them with a legacy of confidence and achievement. The school is the staff and it's ethos and in my daughters case the talented Head of Drama Miss Crick. Brilliant. What does it say about the pupils: having grasped the drama of "FAME" they were all fantastic, lines learned, dance routines great, singing and drama spectacular. Band , lighting , set, equal to the performance..You may guess I enjoyed our night, in recognition of Staff and Students, thank you.Proud Dad
hayden: No way
Jerome Jones: Great school!

Tempo Y: Why are we still here, just to suffer.
Callan Edwards: Amazing Staff and support
Kels Basketball: I GOTTA TELL THESE STORIESI was in the storage room for music, (theres a mouldy banana peel in the corner as well), and i thought i saw a planner under the shelf. So i grab it and i realise its a sheet music book. I open it and like 20 bugs crawl out. i threw it back under the shelfAnother time in music i was in the practice rooms and we threw pasta in the ceiling.
Marie Rutherford: Male teachers searching young girls something needs to be done about this
james smith: just no.. ill barbecue your first born, no flame ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Cakie Pops: Because if this school everything has gotten worse. My anxiety, my depression, everything. I hate being in the school because most of the kids think that everything is alright and they can say anything that want to others. There is constant bullying going on in the school and pastoral don’t do anything about it. It’s probably the worst school in Sheffield. The teachers play favourites and don’t even get us ready for what we need. Especially the people of lower abilities. So far in the school I learned nothing for the English language paper, physics, chemistry, maths, etc but when it comes to the classes that are less important like history, or music, apparently everything matters. I’ve learnt nothing from this school and they expect us to get good GCSEs for them to Brag about when it’s all aload of bull. The teachers are too concentrated on the kicking people out and having a go then teaching.

Dark Flame: As I’ve been reading through the comments I can completely agree that this school is absolute THE worst poor quality of learning and should not even be your choice of choosing !
A. B.: Absolutely shocking and disgraceful behavior from students.
Razia Hussain: I got no help from this school due to my daughter getting bullied, and it has been a week waiting for school to fill in transfer form. Head of year was no help, Miss Leonard, would not recommend this school. The teachers are very childish and refuse to listen to your problems since they are so quick to jump to false accusations. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Damien Parwana: Best school I’m world Kevin please come
ghasimr g: Hello school has two car park and one car park for pick up which is mega busy at drop off and pick up times. The other problem is normal small kids run up the car park which is bit dangerous so please be careful. Visit reception was nightmare and staff at reception are rude and nasty and have the world weight on their shoulders. The reception manager is different person and goes out of her way to help children and visitors. Dark lady with black wavey hair with black suites alway got battle on with parents and childrens, she look at visit as she want to eat them, make me scared to visit this place. The entrance to the school is nice and has disabled ramp and doors. The gate before getting in from the car park is lock and the buzz make hell of noise so be careful. The entrance gate is not disabled friendly. So please plan head. The school look tide and most teacher are help fully. As visitor or parent I would like to think my children are welcome in from reception staff. As visitor the staff are like look and speak to me as child. Please view this as visitor point and if you want your child to attend here then ask the parents for better information. Sorry hope this helps

Oasis Academy Don Valley: what do users think?
Ali Bagatyrov: I’ve been here since 2015 reception. It’s a very good school I highly recommend.
Identity Username: I wouldn’t be recommending this school. They don’t even take care of your child or inform you when your child’s is ill.
Alex Edwards: Absolutely insane levels of disorganisation. We were specifically told that our son would be continuing in his after school club, finishing 15:45pm a particular day every week after the half term. 2:30 pm on the day of his first club I was told that was not the case. They do not seem to appreciate people have jobs and have to organise their childcare around that.Apparently we can also wait until two weeks into the new term before letters for applications for after school club for the the term go out. Surely these should be going out the term before in preparation.Me and my employer are getting sick and tired of this school operating as if every child has a parent at home ready to do the schools bidding at the drop of a hat.If your child is from a family where both parents work, I advise looking for a different school.
Ruwaid Saeed: Extremely beautiful school and a very good head teacher which as known as Mr Pape, he is also very loved and this great community helps a lot of people succeed and encourage people to keep moving!
Carhys Owen: Schools rubbish for informing parents about anything. Daughters been going there a month yet I don’t no where I’m meant to put money on for dinner all Iknow is they was going to send a code and password out but never did. My child still hasn’t received her iPad yet they send emails every week asking for homework which can’t be done cause they haven’t given any login details to these websites. I’ve emailed them no reply i’ve phoned them can’t get through. Today I got a message for money for school photos, don’t know how much they are and haven’t received the mini version of the photo so I can’t order one online. Schools a joke
Aayanul Choudhury: They charge you £10 for a bag, and £6 for a tie, big scam
U I: If you pick the phone up or have a member of staff at the reception, I would be able to.
Khaliq ur Rehman: Lovely staff nice school.
A. B.: Been in this school since day 1 in 2015, one of the best schools not had any negative thought about this staff are awesome and everything. Education its at its peak here. Children will learn alot and i highly recommend. The school has done a very good job!
Samantha Wood: Would not recommend this school. If your face doesn't fit you wont be there for long! Racism is huge and your child's mental health will be effected massively. The head teacher has no control over this nor do the teachers. If you want your child to come out of school happy and not feel different, choose another school!
Ifeoluwa Olaitan: I love this school great and supportive teachers and great students as well it was so hard to leave the school(due to relocation) the school is one of the best I have been to.
Sami Yasir: The best school I have been to so far
Arnab Deb: It is a very good school
Milon Deb: is the best school because since my son started going to this school my son 's grade when't up
Mr Stone: thanks to the headteacher and all staff for being very helpful.
rabaa mahmoud: So far so good
Nadia Khan: Very good school
Awais Ahmed: I love it
