john kent: I know little about websites, when i got the news that my webmaster was retiring I got quite worried. My business was , like others , just emerging from the pandemic and I needed a web presence more than ever. I prefer to trade locally and was fortunate to find Joe and GY web. almost a neighbour ! Joe explained carefully all the ins and outs, ( lost on me lol) and so he set to..10 days later I had a posh new website ! videos , pics and all sorts .A few snags were easily sorted over the phone or e mail and now I am completely chuffed with it . More importantly I am getting bookings from new customers via the enquiry link and can see the site is working. I would reccomend GY Web to anyone.. Thank you

Naomi Van: Really lovely company to deal with - I dealt with Patrick directly. Had enquiries and offers from other clearance companies but Patrick stood out as being professional and friendly and offered the most reasonable price. Collection was organised promptly around a time and date that suited me (the driver was also super friendly!) and was paid before collection. So grateful I came across Clearance Stock Supplies! If you are looking for a decent, honest, well-run company to get rid of excess stock, I would highly recommend.
Mohammad Ali: bought some lovely products from here. Staff are very friendly helpful and loaded all my purchases into the car. got some great deals at very reasonable prices. Patrick was very helpful from purchase right through to taking the products home. He was very professional. Staff in the warehouse especially pete were amazing. Wrapped a smashed up bath screen with 10 minutes worth of wrapping so that when I raised a complaint that my ‘brand new bath screen’ was smashed and missing a screen they could say I shouldn’t have signed for the delivery!?! What a joke! Literally falsely advertised and then told me tough! What a joke! Currently trying to find contact details for owner before pursuing legal action. Never in my life received a broken item to then be told I should have held the driver there while I unpacked it all to Q.C it. Bearing in mind this package was bin layer - duct tape - bin layer - duct tape - bubble wrap - duct tape - box - duct tape - polystyrene and then plastic wrapping. Also Almost 2 meters in height. But I should have opened all this on my doorstep there and then to ensure it was as it stated in the ad before signing and letting the driver get on with his day!!! Crazy of me to think that it should be as advertised! Oh and the evidence is in the pictures I sent the fault was already there before the delivery guys even had it!
Response: Hi Jude, Thanks for your review. Could I ask if the item was so badly damaged why you didn't report this to the courier when delivering, and refuse the package. We can then issue a claim against the courier. The 'bin layer' you refer to is actually protective pallet wrapping which is used widely in the industry. Also for you information our bath screens are 1000mm in height not 2000mm as you mentioned above. Our couriers do not take any items over 1500mm. Jason Jesson: Updated my shower room and bathroom for a third of the High Street cost. They often use an online auction company through the bidspotter service. Watch for the bargains and remember to add auction fees and vat if using the auction website.Collection and customer service was fast and friendly as ever. I’ll use them again.
Iftekhar Khan: Terrible experience with this company. Sent me the wrong item twice. I had to pay for te return postage. Then send me the wrong item again and stated that they did not have the original item I ordered. I negotiated a discount but overall a terrible experience. Very unprofessional company.
Sam Ames: I spent quite a large amount of money with them. I bought radiators, toilet frames, toilets etc for my house. Some stuff was ok however a large amount had bits missing. By the time someone had attempted to fit the items, then realised stuff was missing, it was a false economy and probably cheaper to buy new. They refused to refund. As I had a screenshot of one of the toilets I purchased showing that it stated it included a toilet seat, they said they would send me another. It arrived poorly packaged and smashed to bits. They then charged me delivery to send me another (even though it was their fault), the replacement was not the correct seat, they again would not refund the delivery! Overall a very poor experience. The majority of what they are selling is "returns" they must have purchased off large retailers which they then sell as new.
Gary Bowyer: Great Company to deal with. Great communication. Also living some distance away being able to put sveral auctions into on lump to collect is a great help when you have a distance to travel highly recommend
PJ Fox: I bought a computer from them for close to £300, I assumed since it was used that I would be getting a top spec computer. I now know it is worth £90 and £200 brand new. Do not trust that they will give you a good deal, they prey on vunerable people.
Response: You bought the goods at your own willing. Maybe it may be a good idea to do some more research next time to avoid any dissapointment!
Chris Mitchell: I have visited here dozens of times over the past 12 months and always been happy with my purchases. I first found them through their eBay and have had some great bargains! Staff here are brilliant and always willing to help out, they are very responsive to email and phone enquiries and are very easy to deal with. Anyone looking for good deals and even better prices I would highly recommend 👍🏻
