George Stone: We have had lots of problems with a badly built bathroom after we moved into our house. They came to fix one of our numerous leaks and did a fantastic job. They are quick to respond to texts and were able to fit in some extra time at short notice when more problems were uncovered. The plumber is definitely reliable, friendly, and reasonably priced and we will most certainly be calling them again if we have any other problems. 5 stars!

Changing bathroom tap, installing shower panel, leak detection, remodeling kitchen drain, the team came in for a number of occasions, they are consistently lovely, efficient, and great to work with. 5 stars!

Alexander Evans: A quote was provided once the problem was found. Found to be a very efficient service. The initial engineer had a problem getting around to the replacement part but the company had arranged a replacement engineer to cover it the very same day so I was impressed. Slightly more expensive than a one-man band but absolutely cheaper than some of the other companies around. Great value for the service provided. Keep up the good job!

Leah Beard: We called David a few years back when we had issues with our boiler and he offered some free advice which got us up and running again, we’ve since moved and this morning our boiler had stopped working, we’d saved David’s number from then as remember him being genuine, helpful and honest, called him this afternoon and within 2 hours he’d been, explained the issue and got our heating and hot water up and running again! David Birtles came out even when he was busy to get us sorted, no charge for quoting a price. We hired him and he did a good job, came when he said he would, no complaints from us. We cancelled the insurance and will rely on him in future for yearly checks and any service work needed

Jonathan Williams: Tim offered a great personable service on my self-build barn conversion. No job was too big and his experience was essential. Not only did he provide the plumbing for the whole house he also assisted with the installation of the ground source heat pump and underfloor heating system which at the time was new technology. We have had no issues since we moved in over 7 years ago and I would certainly recommend Tim.

Gavin came out quick, friendly and informative, happy to explain the process to a curious person like myself. Made me aware of options, and the best solutions to keep budget friendly.
