The Sheffield College: what do users think?
Dominika
Dominika: I did access to science courses, I truly enjoyed it. Brian Jackson is the best teacher. Help is there available. The Access course in Sheffield college was the best decision I made.
Danielle Butcher
Danielle Butcher: Electrical installation - tutors are amazing can’t fault them. However the student support team are an actual joke. All over the place there’s no organisation at all in the offices can’t even give people bare minimum of a response. Or even respond to a complaint form. They also fob you off in person. Fire them all and get new staff in your offices because they seem to be acting like headless chickens walking around aimlessly as the best way to describe it. Basically getting paid to sit around all day twiddling their thumbs and looking at previous reviews I’m not the only one who’s noticed.
Response: Hi Danielle, we're really sorry to hear this. Please can you let us know more information by emailing marketing@sheffcol.ac.uk and we will make sure this is investigated further. Thank you
louise sully
louise sully: Don’t bother attending here if you have a disability your treated dreadfully as if your non existent, staff are so unhelpful, they ask you to email any enquiries you have and then have a brilliant habit of saying they haven’t received them!, it’s all about money money money, this week they have had ofsted in and ALL staff have faked saying they’ll help to show ofsted they are doing something WELL let’s see next week if these fake promises have been kept! I highly doubt it! Good job I’ve all information to pass to ofsted and the newspapers and show this college unfortunately what it truly is!
Response: Hi Louise, please could you email marketing@sheffcol.ac.uk with some more information and we'd be happy to look into this for you.
Cb Dolloway
Cb Dolloway: Chemistry teacher for A LEVEL Brian Jackson is a genius. I wish I used him long time ago. I switched from TRC rotherham college 4yrs ago who didn’t care about their students. I will apply to university soon for sports science.
Response: Thanks for the lovely review! We'd love to use your comments in some of our marketing materials, would you mind getting in touch with us via marketing@sheffcol.ac.uk to pursue this further. Thank you!
EvieBun
EvieBun: The worst college, teachers hardly helped and wouldn’t show up and never communicated properly with us, I was given a Pass after completing two sketchbooks for my art and design course, in which the teachers barely looked at one of them and just handed it back to me. One teacher was rude and didn’t teach us a thing, sometimes teachers wouldn’t even show up and I had to go home once or twice because we weren’t told a teacher wouldn’t be in to teach us, baring in mind it was a 30 min drive there. I was then given my grade and told the two sketchbooks I had spent hours and hours working on we’re not even included in the final grade yet I spent time working on them for a full year. I bought a camera for the course which they recommended would be a good investment for my work to then find out that my photography unit wasn’t even included in my final grade. And they only based my grade off of one project which I had only 2 months to work on.
Response: Hi Evie, we're very sorry to hear this. Please can you contact marketing@sheffcol.ac.uk with more information and we will investigate this further.
Mr Yeetabix
Mr Yeetabix: Place treats apprentices like trash but most of the IT teachers are sound, shout out to John McToal for being amazing, people like him are the back bone of teaching.
Shrayni S S
Shrayni S S: I am delighted with Sheffield College’s Revive and Beauty Therapy Services. You get greeted by a Amazon Ngh member of staff -,Revive Administrator, Erica. The experience enhances as you meet Paula and Kerry, the tutors. The Revive students are all so helpful, so well trained and very professional. The team is just so wonderful and so understanding.I can definitely say that the staff and students at Revive have helped me so much that I can’t praise them enough.I want to say a big thank you to Paula and Erica especially for their help.I feel more confident & happier.Visiting Revive is definitely a special experience for me.Thank you to the team at Sheffield College Revive & Beauty Therapy team. 🥀.
Sarah Callaghan
Sarah Callaghan: they don’t know how to do their Jobs.🤣
Harry
Harry: Awful. The college doesn’t care about the students and will even blame you for doing all your work on time and for having 0 work to do. I chose a course here (it was a level 3 diploma for IT) because I was told on their website that I would be doing a computer games development course (which is something I am heavily interested in) only to get told that we aren’t doing it. We also were supposed to have a trip to the National computer museum last November which we were told 3 days before the trip that it wasn’t happening because the college forgot to book any transport. Also in my 1st year, we were forced to resit an entire exam because the college somehow “lost” our exam results. The college doesn’t care about the students and only cares about what will make them money. The higher ups are acting like headless chickens and need replacing before this joke of a college goes bankrupt. It’s not fair on any students dedicating 2 years of their time to a college where the staff do not care. The teachers are amazing and actually have knowledge about the subjects they are teaching but they do not care about tutoring any of the students.
Ant Middlename
Ant Middlename: Awful college, had nothing but bad experiences with both my sons going there. The first instance he kept phoning to find out when he started back and they kept on saying they would let him know. He’d emailed, phoned and physically been in several times. No one got back to him then when someone finally bothered to contact him they hadn’t told him he needed to re enrol to carry on with the same course he’d been doing for the past year. My second son did engineering and construction here and they told him he’d failed the course and lo and behold he’s just received his certificate with two level 3 BTECS passed with Distinctions! Do not bother sending your sons and daughters here. Send them somewhere that cares. The campus itself is like a prison and the staff are horrible.

Denisa Xhuti
Denisa Xhuti: Very disappointed, applied 3 months ago for a course i really wanted to do , I went to the college around 5 times nobody had information about nothing there . They called me for enrolment ,on 13 of September , and an incapable woman of the enrolment team told me this course its only for the 16 -19 target . Which they didn't mention like requirement when i applied . I contacted them by email and told them what the lady said to me . They answered " Oh maby someone gave you the wrong information , because this course it is for adults , but now we are full unfortunately " . I was waiting for months coming and going there for an answer an this is the end , people who stand there to enrol people , and don't have the minimum information about the courses. Really Disgusting
Lily Gladman
Lily Gladman: This place won't allow me to do a course all because of my age as I can't afford to pay and stuff so I can't do funding so it's really discrimination against people who's older then 19 years old which take the absolute wrong towards people who decide to come back and stuff but can't because they won't do the funding for the course they want to do. Not happy at all
Punjabi Princess
Punjabi Princess: Useless. Just useless. Hard to apply if you're qualify for FREE teaching. Don't feel safe among students especially if you're female.
Joe Wharton
Joe Wharton: I was applicable for a travel bursary and was asked how I travelled, and I said I took the train. I was sent a travelmaster card with no instructions on how to use it so I went to student services and they informed me that It didn't work on trains even though it did. 3 months of back and forth with them and I finally got hold of someone who actually knew what they were talking about. There's probably only a handful of good tutors here too. Hated my experience here, I would not recommend it. There was also this law tutor who I had for the first year of college called Alex Goddard who completely obliterated my mental health and any hope of passing that course. So many students had issues with her and they kept her on teaching
ANDRIUS SIMKUS

Louis Capper
Louis Capper: I had a computer that was quite literally a bucket of bolts!
Pat Arn1
Pat Arn1: If you are of advancing years then I would avoid applying here. Terrible website with bare to the bones information, with little guidance, no understanding and staff not empathetic of your life circumstances. I didn't feel welcome here and I was feeling the vibe that I was being overlooked due to being middle aged.A few years ago I came to this college to study for my Math GCSE and I basically achieved a C grade on my own, mostly with self study at home (I attended the college once per week). After the first lesson the tutor singled me out and told me to stay behind and asked me why I was doing this GCSE, look I get it I'm old, but I left school without any GCSE's and I wished to at least put that one demon to rest, and thank god I did.
FarMohammed Mali
FarMohammed Mali: The worst part of this college is ESOL department with a very poor experience teachers and mixing all different level of students in the same class also the bad behaviour of the teacher made me leave the course .Only good for some certain national students.
عبدالله الخالدي
عبدالله الخالدي: اسوء مكان لتعلم اللغة الانجليزية وخصوصا لمرافقين المبتعثين
Joanne Rush
Joanne Rush: I am so disappointed this college accepted me on to a course I got a call from a tutor who left a message I called back but no reply I have emailed several times no reply only to be told after a month well now there is no spaces try nex year.Absolute disgrace I am a carer for my parents
Ramin raminzadeh
Ramin raminzadeh: The worst college I have ever seen in my life. Staff are not polite and teachers are not supportive in a proper way. Waste of money.!!
Karen Grantham
Karen Grantham: 1st course and work got lost online due to lockdown and tutors wanted my daughter to do 300 hrs work experience (in lockdown). Left that course and enrolled on a new course . When going to collect ID and get time table, they have enrolled her on the wrong course(they changed it ) but they have no idea when she will be starting the course (this was beginning of September). She is now finishing off her summer Job instead in Ingoldmells as she is fed up .I did email 3 weeks ago with no reply . Honestly, stay clear .
Big Chungus
Big Chungus: Some decent staff though others try to get you on board with their political agenda :/

Angie Haddington
Angie Haddington: Had 3 of my Covid Vaxes here and they were swift, organised and friendly. The only thing I'd say is there were a bit rude to a homeless man, outside, who had just picked up his meds and had stopped for a moment to check them. Whoever your customers are, they need to be treated with dignity. I understand he sat down, but this is an especially vulnerable person and deserves not to be rushed off.

LloydsPharmacy: what do users think?
Ash MC
Ash MC: An utter shambles. Went 4 times in one week for some medication for them to be shut or no pharmacist on. I know there is a national shortage but other smaller pharmacies are managing. Waited in the rain for 45 mins only to be told that I can collect the prescription somewhere else, went somewhere else and my prescription hadn’t been released by Lloyds. Boots sorted it, I’ll be going there now on. This is after trying to collect vital meds numerous times. Regular occurrence, always issues. Other stood in the rain with me waiting felt the same. Many walked away and got fed up waiting. Get your act together!
Steve Lindley
Steve Lindley: How are you supposed to get your medication when the pharmacy is closed. Yet again I’ve driven down there and there is a note on the door saying due to staff shortages the pharmacy will be closed yet on the website it’s saying open from 08.45. What a absolute discusting service. Are they going to pay for the time people have to take of work and for fuel, very much doubt it. Needs sorting or closing down for good then at least people can make other arrangements.
PuddingChef
PuddingChef: Never open and no communication! My wife has been trying to get her prescriptions for 5 days now and simply. They never answer the phone and my wife even knocked on the door recently, after seeing staff were inside, and they simply ignored her and hid until she stopped knocking. Outrageous.
Becky O’Neill
Becky O’Neill: Absolutely shocking. No advance warning if going to be shut due to pharmacist shortage. Went again today to pick up meds ordered online nhs app 9 days ago. Told they had nothing on their system so nothing to pick up? Nonchalant and very unsympathetic young blonde lady serving me just shrugged, sorry, we’ve got nothing. Rolling her eyes as I’m obviously exasperated that my prescription is not there. She tells me to phone 111 and nothing she can do. As I walk out of the shop the sliding door is locked. Preventing people from entering (and leaving!) keeping a queue of 6 people waiting in the rain outside, some elderly and unstable. She came to unlock and let me out and said to me “some manners wouldn’t go amiss!” I’m astounded at her attitude. A good customer service course wouldn’t go amiss. Empathy is so imposing healthcare. This young lady had none and looked as if she couldn’t care less at the standard of service being offered. Sometimes it’s not what you say - it’s how you say it. I have now switched back to Sainsburys Archer Road pharmacy as the staff there are first class, personable and actually look like they enjoy their job. Rant over.
Marianne Roberts
Marianne Roberts: Why are there always problems with getting prescriptions? After failing to procure correct items amid excuses of nondelivery moved pharmacy to one which A. Has a better selection . B. Has a pharmacist in attendance more regularly. C. Wants to help.
Janet Laffin
Janet Laffin: Awful experience at this chemist today. I’m on a continuous course of medication which means that any break in supply is a serious problem for me. I arrived today to pick up my medication and was told that they have supply issues so that they could only provide half of my prescription and this is not the first time that this has happened at this chemist. My GP surgery ordered my prescription for me 5 working days ago so that I would have it in plenty of time . Lloyds did not tell me or, more importantly, my GP that there was a supply issue, (but they did tell me that their other customers taking the same medication had also been affected), had they done so in a timely manner, my GP would have been able to contact me and prescribe an alternative. Clearly, Lloyds don’t think that they have any duty of care or moral obligation to their regular prescription customers or they would contact and inform GPs quickly when they have supply issues .
Emma Cooke
Emma Cooke: Awful no products available not professional! Forever closing during the day not friendly. Only having parts of Prescriptions having to go back daily in the hope of having rest of prescription
Kev Blackburn (Bolton)
Kev Blackburn (Bolton): Never known such ignorant staff ever, waited 1/2 an hour and still no medication other people came in 20 minutes after me and got theirs in minutes , when i asked why i was told its a paper rescription so takes longer, then a ignorant woman in the back shouts ive only one pair of hands, i certainly hope when it changes hands it changes staff , i asked for my prescription back took it to derbyshire lane pharmacy and guess what it didnt take longer i got it in minutes, so you are not just incompetent you are liars
Nick Canute
Nick Canute: A family member on steroids, medication which must not be abruptly stopped, requested prescription from Woodseats Med Centre branch 8 days before running out, he contacted pharmacy to check if ready at 4 days and 6 days. Day he ran out pharmacy said sorry we cant get it, but pharmacy had not contacted him to tell him this and had not told him this 4, 6 or 8 days beforehand. He suffered effects of adrenal insufficiency and has been ill for 2 days so far. I await practice manager's response before taking this further. No star rating.Edit. Stopped using this pharmacy but had to collect from them for person with covid. Needed 2 visits, still had to wait and a young female employee with sandy red hair was abrupt and rude to me, walked off and another employee spologised on her behalf.
Yumi Roberts
Yumi Roberts: No friendly, no kind, no responsibilityAlways something happens and close
mik hague
mik hague: Website says Open but once again it's closed. Often there's a sign on the window saying no staff so opening hours changed. Not much help when you have made the trip there, Whilst I appreciate this, when this is your chosen pharmacy to have your prescription dispensed it's no help. 2 days without medication now that's if they open after the weekend . Not just this Lloyds pharmacy. Read the ( recent reviews ) on other Lloyds pharmacies. Gone down the pan.UPDATE. Just had a message from the doctors advising me because of the poor service from this pharmacy to switch to another pharmacy how bad is that when your own doctor is telling you to leave a pharmacy Lloyds you are an absolute disgrace people rely on you
PuddingChef
PuddingChef: Never open and no communication! My wife has been trying to get her prescriptions for 5 days now and simply. They never answer the phone and my wife even knocked on the door recently, after seeing staff were inside, and they simply ignored her and hid until she stopped knocking. Outrageous.
Alexandra Kerr
Alexandra Kerr: They are never ever open, never answer the phone, opening times and signs on the door are incorrect and out of date. So now I'm stuck withouty routine medication, relying on emergency prescriptions from the out of door GP. Utter shambles.
Milly Bradwell
Milly Bradwell: Never seems to be open and need to pick up my prescription!! Says on the door closed between 1 - 2pm and from 4pm but was closed at 11:30 am the other day and when it is open its a ridiculous wait time and rude staff!
Gill Naseby
Gill Naseby: As this pharmacy seems to be closed a lot of the time now, even though it's next to a large medical practice, perhaps it would be a good idea to do the following (either or all):1. Update the website on a daily basis to inform if and when the pharmacy is to be open; or2. Put appropriate notice on the door. The one on yesterday & today suggested it would be closed from 12 noon to 2 pm and then after 4 pm. It was closed!! ; or3. Put opening times message on answer phone immediately instead of having to listen to a load of blurb! The current situation with a large company like Lloyds is unacceptable.

Vera Duncanson
Vera Duncanson: Terrible service, incompetent staff at both Woodseats and Meadowhead pharmacies. At Medowhead they had no clue how to deal with the prescription because they had a locum pharmacist, we left it until Monday so we could go to Woodseats but unfortunately had to start self-isolation because our son had covid symptoms. Tried to pay for the prescription over the phone - unsuccessfully, but was reassured by staff that the prescription was ready for collection. When our friends tried to collect it on our behalf, a member of staff said they needed to order it. Now I've been trying to reach the pharmacy on the phone - in vain! The line is always busy! I feel for people who need medicine urgently - they won't be able to get anything out of these incompetent pharmacists.
Jon Willis
Jon Willis: Slow and disorganised. Frustratingly the pharmacists prioritise phone customers over those waiting in shop. On multiple occasions I have waited for over twenty minutes to be told that my item is not in stock.Strongly recommend picking up a prescription from Woodseats Medical Centre rather than having it sent down as their current system is ineffective.
Christopher Parker
Christopher Parker: Can't fault them. Pleasant and helpful staff. I've been using them for years and wouldn't think of changing.
Matt Wolf
Matt Wolf: Very rude staff, I attended yesterday to talk about a delicate matter, it was shouted out across the store, then the assistant and the pharmacist argued over who should talk to me in front of 4 customers. I then asked for a diabetes test, they argued some more, told me no because i'd eaten, i said I haven't actually, then argued some more, then said it wasn't "Calibrated" and both stood silently till i left the store. Rude, unprofessional, and totally not demonstrating customer services, discretion, privacy or duty to assist a vulnerable person. Official complaint filed.
Nicole Richardson
Nicole Richardson: Lovely staff. Pharmacist very helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else unless they were closed...
Deborah Stones
Deborah Stones: This branch of Lloyds has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I went I today and can only say that at best I was made to feel like a inconvenience, at worst I felt under suspicion. Rude, unfriendly staff. Both myself a my husband continually find that our prescriptions are either missing or incomplete .
Daryl C
Daryl C: Have majority of prescription items in stock.

Abbeydale Pharmacy: what do users think?
Faye W
Faye W: Got given the wrong prescription 2x the 2nd time I went I asked the manager if it was the correct dosage and he straight up lied to my face and said yes. When I went home it was the wrong dose again. The 3rd time I went back when I finished the tablets I asked for the tablets I am owed as I was given half the dose that I was prescribed. At first I was given 8mg then I was given 15mg when I was prescribed 30mg which is what both labels said on the packaging. They refused to give me the tablets owed and told me to get a new prescription. Terrible management. I genuinely felt I was being treated like some sort of addict. Obviously they do not respect me or respect the doctors decision. I will be reporting the manager to a higher authority. There some lovely people that work there it is a shame that they have to be under supervision of such an incompetent manager.
Arshad Ahmed
Arshad Ahmed: Fit to fly test arrived on time for me. I booked for 12pm next day. Result may arrive 10 minutes past 12. But overall quick test and result as promised. Result has QR code and location of test.

The gentlemen were very friendly and made the child and me feel very comfortable. They explained to us all about the procedure and that it wouldn't hurt. Great experience and the people who work there are so professional and wonderful. Matt Winstanley
Matt Winstanley: Went twice in one day for prescriptions to be told they didn't have them, went back and forth with doctors who had called the pharmacy and told us they were definitely there. After going back for the second time and being told they didn't have them I rung them and they said they actually had all 4 prescriptions but as it was 5 to 6 I would have to collect the following day. To sum this pharmacy up in 2 words. Complete trash.
Lazarus Issass
Lazarus Issass: I have used this pharmacy regularly for some time now and find it to be excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Going through this period of the impact of the pandemic as a man over 70 with serious health issues, it has been reassuring and helpful to find the excellent service provided by this pharmacy and all it's staff has continued.
Gill Podoski
Gill Podoski: Fantastic service
A Sensible man
A Sensible man: Rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Refused my elderly mother medication because they couldn't work their emails properly. Both owner and pharmacist incredibly rude, spoke to several female members of my family like dirt. (So much so one of the nurses actually apologised on their behalf at a later date.) Only when I went down in person and refuse to take no for an answer did they admit it was an administrative mistake on the pharmacies part. If you can go elsewhere.
Emily Booth
Emily Booth: Rocked up at 1 minute to midnight and the guy was really nice about us coming in so late

Ian Barrett
Ian Barrett: 24-7 Chemist. Bit of a nightmare to get to by car, (ring road) easy by bus and foot.
Emma Beaumont
Emma Beaumont: I miscounted my supply of meds before going away, then realising I wouldn’t have enough I rang this pharmacy for advice. The older woman who answered the phone obviously then thought she had muted it or was out of earshot, as she started talking about me to her colleagues saying “who does that, who leaves it until the day before they go away? She’s saying she doesn’t have enough” etc. In a very nasty tone. When I had just told her that I’d made a mistake in counting my supply and that I was very worried about it, rather than that I had just left it. Quite unkind and unprofessional.Other than that, when I arrived at the pharmacy the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the pharmacist.

But the lady saw how poor my bil mobility is and did her utmost to get us seen without the wait. Everyone was so lovely and kind. Thank you so much!! They both said they never felt the injection either so thanks to the young lady too. Amazing service !!! 5 stars x
LISA WILLIAMS
LISA WILLIAMS: We booked a Covid jab for my 17 year old Daughter through the official app. When we arrived after 35 minutes drive from our home they said they didn’t have the vaccine in stock and turned her away. The only ones available to book are ones that state they have it in stock. Prior to this we booked a closer pharmacy who promptly text to cancel as it wasn’t in stock but this pharmacy did not bother to do that.Seven Hills then acted like she was a walk in. Didn’t apologise or take responsibility and overall just did not care that we had booked days in advanced, travelled there and had a holiday booked in 9 days time leaving us unable to find another appointment in time and having to pay for FTF tests.Unprofessional, unorganised and uncaring.
Kzxio
Kzxio: Ok

Carol Sandford
Carol Sandford: Lovely place ,friendly ,welcoming and well organised
Lynsey Blanchard
Lynsey Blanchard: I came here to get my booster. I am terrified of needles and the staff were very friendly and kind to me. In particular Janine and Zacky, were extremely patient. Also as I was waiting I could hear their interactions with other customers. They knew a lot by name and were very helpful.
Julie Anne Athey
Julie Anne Athey: Ive been waiting for my prescription since thursday i phoned yesterday and i was told it would be here today.I phoned today and i was told it hadnt been requested.Ive been having repeat medication for a long time.I start a new blood pressure tablet tomorrow as my bloodpressure is really high.If i dont get my medication my blood pressure will higher than ever.
Summerday
Summerday: Pharmacy might good. But the reason i give 1 star is i went my booster shot this morning.1. She doesn't know what to put and how much amount of jab should put. She already put on me but ask her supervisor is it right amount.2.i mentioned her i had anaphylaxis experienced before so i know during Omicron time you don't have to wait 15min but even nhs said still have chance to react allergy or anaphylaxis. So i waited there.her supervisor come ask her why am i waiting. The reason why he come is she struggle put my vaccine record in website. She told him i didn't had breakfast so i waiting In case some problem.🤣I bet she definitely don't know what is anaphylaxis is. It's can kill someone in 5min.Worst vaccine experience ever.i felt dangerous have vaccine there.I know no one good at there job from start but if you don't know should ask before you put vaccine on someone or if still in training should someone be with her all the time.someone who doesn't respect others life should avoid doing job like this tho.If anyone have plan to have vaccine here better avoid.
Shane Evans
Shane Evans: Excellent staff very friendly

LloydsPharmacy: what do users think?
Andrew Rumbles
Andrew Rumbles: The worst customer service I’ve experienced! I’ve switched to using another pharmacy.
neil clifft
neil clifft: Every time me and my partner put in one week early it's never ready, even gone back day after and still not ready , now we sit and wait and then you here staff telling other customers there's a wait time as we have a big order to do ,Over 12mths now this being going on,
Krzysiek Wilczek
Krzysiek Wilczek: Lazy service, they do not care about customers, I waited 30 minutes for one tablet and the service stood in the back room and laughed and talked if I had a choice, I would not go there for medication
carly dodsworth
carly dodsworth: Shocking place not even worthy of one star one staff member had a terrible attitude and clearly lie to me about my prescription
Zoe Mumba
Zoe Mumba: I've been using this pharmacy for 5 months and have now switched. I always order my prescriptions at least one week in advance but everytime there's an issue and often have to go back another time to pick it up and there's usually a long wait. At my old pharmacy everything was always ready when I went to pick it up.I've decided to just switch pharmacy.
Paul C
Paul C: Shocking service. The senior staff member there treats people with disrespect and disdain. Get rid of her.
Chris Thursby
Chris Thursby: Only giving 1 star as unable to give zero. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. How they get away with telling you it's a 5 working day wait for prescriptions when every other pharmacy is only 2 is beyond me. And even then, you wait the 5 days and they still haven't even got the prescription made up or checked. Stood in a queue all the way down the store and all you can hear is the staff in the back laughing and chatting while no one is being served. This is probably the worst pharmacy in the UK and is a complete and utter disgrace.
Sarah Jones
Sarah Jones: Only gave it 1 star because I can't put 0. Wait, wait, wait and wait!Say no more.
John barton
John barton: Did a repeat prescription and went to pick it up a couple of days later. Told it would be at least a week and likely more. After ten days went back and they said. You’ll have to get it elsewhere as we haven’t any. Thanks!
Stephen Hall
Stephen Hall: Was told to bring in prescription 4 days in advanc tgen 5 days and then 7 days as they are never ready so took prescription in 8 Days in sdvanced and told me they was not ready would have to wait 30 min 😢
Ewar Woowar
Ewar Woowar: Diabolical service!!A week to get your prescription ready good job it wasn’t life and death. Suggest looking for alternative chemists
Teresa Teresa
Teresa Teresa: How rude the staff was after spending 16 hrs in A&E today,, went in the this pharmacy tonight asked a pale slim guy with black hair, if he stocked this medication he said yes we have it, recapped with his just to make sure,, went to pick the medication up, I said can I just check it's the correct one,, so I looked informed him that it was the wrong medication and I can't have this because it my my barrittis disease worse,, I said I need tablet from the more expensive tablet,, so the black pharmacy came over she was very rude wearing no mask,, saying we only do it in caps form, my reply was no you don't you sell it in tables coated and I need this form,, I said it a yellow tablet and that's the one I need,, she raised here vouse,, I telling you you're wrong I don't care who you are I'm not serving you,, I said just give me that medical as I've payed for it as I need something,, you're not having it,, you can go somewhere else and I don't care who you are,, I left in tears 😭 the pharmacy was full, I work for the NHS and I no what tablets I need,,
clayton johnson
clayton johnson: What a joke this place is. The staff are rude and arrogant. My advice is to avoid like the plague. Use weldricks instead.
Lorelai Dawson
Lorelai Dawson: This pharmacy is a disgrace. Can’t organise themselves
Patrick Williams
Patrick Williams: Great service and very helpful Staff especially in these trying times.
Steve Ballantyne
Steve Ballantyne: I used this chemist for over 12 years since it was on hepworth's drive every month for a repeat prescription. They got it right 4 times. Been using weldricks for over a year now they have got it right every time so far. God help anyone relying on Lloyd's for any urgent medication.
Caron Morton
Caron Morton: nothing is too much trouble for this pharmacy, their feet never touch the ground. I can not thank them enough for going out of their way during the pandemic, where I saw endless queues and abuse for the staff. They remained professional and polite at all times. please be proud of yourselves and thank you from me and my family for all your support.
Lin L
Lin L: I phoned the Lloydspharmacy at Swallownest Health Centre and the phone was answered by a friendly gentleman within minutes after having been engaged at first. I was already surprised! I explained the fact that I had ordered my chronic medication on-line, but as a result of self isolation due to my husband's high risk medical condition, I was loathe to go out to collect my medication as the Government had warned vulnerable people to stay indoors. The friendly and very helpful gentleman checked to see if my order was ready, which it was, and he confirmed without any problems that my medication could be delivered the following day. What a great service in a very desperate and busy time. I have never been disappointed with the service of this Pharmacy.
Jason Ellis
Jason Ellis: Always helpful 👏👏👏
Emma
Emma: This pharmacy is very disorganised, evrytime I go in there is never anyone on the front counter to get served, they are allways in the back, I thought the pharmacist job was to do prescription with assistant’s then a shop floor assistant to work front of shop on the till. You stand for ages waiting for someone. And when you do eventually get served some of the staff are really quite rude and hard faced, don’t get me wrong there is one or 2 who are actually nice but some of them have a bad attitude and you don’t even get a smile, and don’t even get me started on the new opening Times it’s ridiculous there is only 2 pharmacist in the village and they both close early on a Saturday and don’t open at all in a Sunday it’s just plain stupid!!!
Dr William P Koerner
Dr William P Koerner: Waiting times for pescriptions are impossibly long..EVEN WHEN they are already prepared it takes them FOREVER to even find them..suggested a better storage/filing system n was granted a grunt...also MISERABLE staff...NEVER a smile or cheery atmosphere....DEPRESSES me to have to go there...acasionally travel miles to Boot's instead....some staff act like little tin God's. .
