Chloe Long: I had 10 sessions with Jack and can’t recommend him enough! I’ve always had a tricky relationship with exercise and the gym, and felt like I didn’t have the confidence or knowledge to go alone. My main goals was to improve my relationship with exercise, improve my posture and lose some weight sustainably. I hadn’t considered getting a PT before because I was worried they would push me too hard and I’d overdo it and be put off. I didn’t have this issue with Jack, he was patient and encouraging in every session and I actually found myself excited to go to the gym which I never thought could happen. As someone who let my fitness slide after school, I was so impressed with the progress Jack helped me gain with our sessions, it was much quicker than I expected and really motivating. I would recommend his personal training to anyone, it’s clear he cares about his clients. As well as a much better relationship with exercise which I can feel is long term, I’m much happier with my figure and have been complimented on my weight loss since. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking more sessions in the future. Thanks Jack!

Heather Bower: Jack is an excellent trainer. He is easy to get on with and really understands how to motivate people to achieve their goals All his sessions are really well planned and tailored to my specific needs and ability level. His instructions are extremely clear with an emphasis on maintaining good form and this allows me to feel safe to push myself to get the most out of every session. Jack is very knowledgable and inspires confidence. He monitors carefully throughout each activity to ensure that the level of challenge is just right. He knows just how hard to push and I leave every session feeling I have achieved something new. He is excellent at demonstrating progress in both fitness and weight loss and this too is very motivating. Jack is excellent at keeping in touch between sessions and his advice on nutrition and lifestyle s spot on. I have been delighted with my results so far and genuinely look forward to every session. In one year with Jack I lost 4 stones in weight and saw a massive improvement in my strength and fitness levels. I have lifted weights I would never have dreamed possible and while working with Jack I reduced my 5K time from around 38 mins to 26 and a half minutes. I can not recommend Jack highly enough. If you are willing to work hard, whatever your fitness on health goals, you will definitely achieve the results you want with Jack.”

He is a patient and relaxed trainer but also knows how to push us just enough each time. The sessions are challenging and varied and slowly our strength and motivation to train harder has increased and we are starting to see the results we wanted. Michael Hudson: Nothing but praise for John, Jack and the coaching Club team. They were incredibly supportive and friendly as I restarted my fitness journey and aimed to lose weight for my rescheduled wedding. In just 10 weeks I lost 11kg (24lbs) and I owe it all to the superb sessions and encouragement from John.I was nervous about joining a new gym setting but John was patient, clearly explained everything, and adapted each session to my own abilities and strengths. There was no 'one-size fits-all' approach and I could tell each session was planned with my goals and objectives in mind. Zara Hutchinson: July last year i weighed the heaviest i ever been in my entire life, very unhappy and guilty for allowing myself to gain so much, hiding away from friends and family Id had enough.I started looking online for personal trainers in sheffield. I came across coaching club. Within minutes of me showing my interest on the page/Ad i recieved a message from jack.I began training with him at beginning of august last year, twice a week.I have lost 2 stone in weight so far. Its not been easy with covid and lock down getting in the way.but im pleased with my progress so far.With my Job rota and child care needs im not the most flexible with my availability. But Jack will always find a way for me to get my sessions in. Sometimes with John.Both Jack and John are great, both professional and friendly and non judgemental, they make each session different and tailored to me.Im still a long way off my goal weight but for first time in ages feel like me losing the weight and getting to goal is actually possible. I always look forward to my sessions.I've even had old uni friends see my progress and ask for Jacks details to start training with him.I would definately reccomend.
Callam Eyre: I’ve been having PT with Jack for a few months now, he quickly gets to understand your current position and then, from that, how he can structure the workouts to meet your goals. I found the one thing that has helped me keep going is that it never feels 'the same'. As your body improves and you can do more, Jack mixes up the sessions and knows how to adjust the workouts to ensure you are constantly improving. On top of this, he takes an interest in what you are doing outside of the sessions and is readily offering advice on nutrition and to help you keep motivated to achieve your goals. All the while importantly, understanding people have social lives and there is a balance.

I met with Kate who got to know me, my health and fitness goals and recommended the ‘focus on change’ package which allowed me to try the classes, personal training and use of the gym. Since then I have been a member of the gym, the online classes and the Tuesday antenatal group. Kate and her amazing team have supported me in so many ways this last year tailoring the services to meet my needs. Ethan Basford: Kate Campbell Fitness provides an incredibly supportive and welcoming environment. It’s an oasis away from the intimidating nature of most gym chains. I train with Dom Hall who is who brilliant at what he does. After working with him I’ve become more confident in my abilities and no longer feel nervous or unsure when working out. He built me a great workout plan and helps massively with my nutrition to ensure the best results while at Kate Campbell Fitness. Deborah Newman: I underwent a full hysterectomy at the start of July this year . I went from being a regular Bootcamper to zero within a week . I was desperate to regain my fitness and tone but was genuinely frightened of harming myself and was in pain and swollen . I contacted Kate Campbell gym on the off chance they could help knowing they worked with new mums . I got a call back immediately from Shannon. Shannon was incredible - she supported me in the first 3-5 weeks post surgery with lymphatic drainage massage which helped manage the swelling , breathing exercises which helped with anxiety and sleep and taught me how to do my pelvic floor exercises properly . I gradually gained confidence under her guidance and worked with her to devise a programme to build strength tone and most importantly my confidence exercising . I also joined her Pilates classes. So it’s now almost November , I’m strong, feel well and have returned to Bootcamp . I can’t recommend Shannon and this gym more and for anyone post operative it’s a must !

I attended the classes in my first pregnancy and came back again in my second pregnancy as I was so impressed first time around and feel I really benefited from the exercise programs and expert advice of Kate. The gym is beautifully maintained and provides a lovely environment to stay healthy, prepare for birth and also meet other mums to be.

It was a fantastic way to get back into fitness after having my children and I felt such a transformation in my body and mindset, being supported by Kate and her wonderful team. They’re so knowledgable about both fitness and nutrition as well as really understanding my goals, challenges and balancing family life.I’ve now been a member for over 2 years and have been attending weekly personal training sessions with Dom and Kate, as I’ve been working on my overall health, fitness and strength. I can’t believe how heavy some of the weights I can lift now are, and the fact I’ve been able to do this and stay motivated is down to the super friendly, knowledgable and encouraging team at KCF.

And what they didn't already have in place was soon added to their schedules. Positive, skilled, friendly, supportive attitude from the start, and now continuing with newly appointed staff. Matthew: I've been going here for a good number of weeks now, seeing Dom as my personal trainer, he's knowledgeable, enthusiastic and really good for helping to give me confidence in the strength training we're doing. I'd highly recommend him and highly recommend this gym if you want a friendly, welcoming atmosphere with a bit more of a personal touch, that's hard to come by at the larger gyms around the city.

Abigail Hindley: This 16 week program has been a really great investment in me, there is so much information out there about weight loss and thousands of different diets, I found it really difficult to know what would work for me. On this program I’ve managed to steadily lose weight, whilst still eating foods I love but having a sense of control without lots of restriction. Beth’s weekly calls always helped me to stay motivated, with her positivity and advice, I could also ask questions I might have about health or fitness. I’ve found the process to be more important than the result, it’s been incremental changes that weren’t overwhelming to form a better relationship with food and enable me to work towards my goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

IZZY GLASS: I have been attending the boxercise classes 2 days a week and it is everything I was looking for and more! Every week Beth plans such fun but challenging classes, I always feel great after and have made friends in every session. The vibe is absolutely amazing & Beth really makes a session with around 20-25 people feel personal & focused to your goals. I’ve noticed a difference in my fitness and motivation now I’m actually enjoying working out! Beth has also gone out her way to design me tailored online workouts for when I go to the gym. 10/10 classes and 10/10 instructor couldn’t recommend more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amy Renardson: I’ve been going to Beth’s boxercise classes for around 4 years and love her positivity, enthusiasm and personal approach. So, when I decided I wanted to shift some extra weight I was struggling to get rid of, I knew Beth would be able to help me. After 16 weeks, I feel better physically and mentally, I feel more confident. I enjoy the exercise I do and the food I eat and have gone from struggling to run 5k to running over 10k every week with Beth coaching me to get there. Simon Griffiths: Before I started with Beth I was frustrated with my weight, I felt fat heavy and getting annoyingly hot all the time, which I knew was down to being overweight! I had tried many diets, which I found were just that not a permanent solution, they worked for a short time but never felt fulfilled. From starting in week one, it was clear from Beth what I needed to do to change. Quite simply your weight is down to what and how much you are putting in (Food!). Exercise is important, but having that knowledge and understanding of Food and how it works, has worked wonders for me. I was not a big fan of exercise going to the gym. However, on Beth’s program I have found it easy to fit steps, weight training exercise around my life. Beth’s focus and positive support has been a great inspiration to keep on track. At the end of my program I have lost nearly 3 stone in 16 weeks. Beth is great at setting goals and what I have found to be fun challenges. I am so pleased with the result I have achieved. I feel more fulfilled, compared to when I have done “Diets” before. I have a new determination and positive drive to keep things going. Beth is a fantastic coach: incredibly kind, wise, supportive, enthusiastic but realistic, and full of genuinely useful info and advice - she never asks more of you than you can handle.I lost 20lbs/two dress sizes over the 16 weeks, which I'm totally delighted by, but it's also given me a new perspective - I'm not so prone to all or nothing thinking, and I'm even pro exercise (a lifetime first!). I'm hugely grateful to Beth for all her support and encouragement - and if you're thinking about her coaching, I can't recommend it enough.
Jessica Creighton: I have been feeling unhappy about my body and physical condition for years. I was so unfit for someone who is not even 40 yet! I've tried different things to lose weight but they were never permanent solutions because they always focused on small things but never the bigger picture. Jess Adams: I had seen the amazing results Beth's coaching programme had helped others to achieve and knew I needed her help. I'd been gaining weight consistently since a neck injury 7 years ago, and although I felt like I ate a fairly healthy and balanced diet, the reality was cake and sweet treats had become more routine since the pandemic. I found all the advice out there confusing and just wanted someone to tell me what to do and how to make the changes sustainable. I decided it was now or never. I sent her a message and I'm so glad I did!I was worried about doing a programme like this over Christmas and New Year but Beth broke everything down and set realistic and achievable goals for me each week. Simon Griffiths: Before I started with Beth I was frustrated with my weight, I felt fat heavy and getting annoyingly hot all the time, which I knew was down to being overweight! Jan Fitzgerald: I am so glad I decided to sign up to Beth's weight loss programme. My weight had crept up during and after lockdown and having had COVID. I normally run regularly and walk a good deal, but had lost my confidence a bit and was uncomfortable with the weight I had gained but I couldn't seem to find the personal commitment I needed to to make changes. From the start Beth boosted my confidence and focus on where changes needed to be made and how to get the best results which would be part of a permanent change of attitude. Being accountable to Beth every week really helped me follow the little changes & challenges. Knowing that she understands we all need a treat now and then and that she is never judgemental really helped me be honest with her and myself - its ok to have good and bad weeks and still be working towards a weight loss goal. Beth had lots of tips and advice - I used her experience and knowledge to great effect. The Monday weigh ins and chats with Beth really made a difference - I am convinced I wouldn't have stuck to my target - to lose 21lbs - without that support. In the end I lost 22lbs over the 16 weeks, and got back to running regularly and walking more. Joining Beth's programme was definitely a good investment, and I will continue to use the tools and techniques I learnt. Beth has a very positive, supportive and friendly approach. She is very knowledgeable and practical and offers her experience openly and generously. She is purposeful and clear, and does push you to make changes but in a very collaborative way -she is keen to understand whats going on emotionally and this is such a huge part of eating patterns. I really appreciate her guidance and care, and highly recommend the weight loss programme she offers.

Tom Evans: I’ve been working with Nick for the past three months. The workout and nutrition plans he has developed for me have been clear and easy to follow. While I ran quite a lot before I began working with Nick, I was keen to develop my overall fitness and build upper body strength. Nick helped me to develop a clear set of goals and then developed a plan to achieve them over time through consistent action. This initial work has been followed by regular check-in’s and advice. I have already seen great physical improvement, as well as a change in my overall approach to health. Saif Ajaib: Have been with LEP fitness three months now and am more confident, have a routine, and am just happier overall. The results are great and Nick has supported me in understanding that results are gradual and consistency is key. The diet plans were really good and easy to do, and Nick is always there to message and give advice he never makes you feel like you are pestering him. Before Nick I tried a couple of other PT’s and they had great reviews but I just never felt comfortable with them like I do with Nick, even little things like sending progress pictures were an issue before but not with Nick and he is very understanding. Matt: Working with Nick over the last 12 weeks has been amazing. It’s taken me a long time to admit that I needed help to lose weight and regain my fitness. I’ve tried all sorts of things before and always got the same result. I was nervous in reaching out to Nick, but from the first call I was out at ease. We spoke for what felt like hours, about how I felt and what I wanted to get from the program. The program is easy to follow, and includes all the support (and more importantly, the accountability) that you need. Nick is always at the end of the phone if I’ve needed guidance, or just to check that I’m on the right track. I will admit that I didn’t think having an online trainer would work, but Nick has demonstrated that he can get results with his plan and methods, all I had to do was commit and show up. After 12 weeks I’m 10kg down and loving the challenge of improving my health & fitness. Looking forward to phase 2 and more progress.

Sophie Brumby: I surprised myself with actually being able to stick to a plan for longer than a week! Couldn’t recommend Nick enough. The plan is tailored very much to you, what you want to achieve and what is realistic for you and your life. The check-ins every week hold you accountable and Nick is always on hand if you have any ad hoc questions at any point. I had a very minor operation on my arm during my time working with Nick, so he created something different that I could do for a couple of weeks while I was still recovering; enabling me to keep my training routine and still feel like I was progressing. I feel better and fitter than I ever have done before and I have developed some excellent habits that I have been able to stick to now that I have stopped working with Nick. 10/10.
Angus Eady: I started working with LEP having decent fitness as a runner and footballer but without ever being able to enjoy or stick to a weight training plan. Cherry Moger: I cannot give Nick a high enough recommendation!When I first contacted him, I was feeling really quite low, and at a loss of what I could do to improve my fitness after years of failed attempts to regain it following the birth of my child.I was feeling doughy and feeble, and craved the strength and energy I once had. Using commercial gyms always ended up with the same result, doing the same old thing and getting stuck after a few months. I was frustrated with my situation and lack of knowledge/motivation. In the past I became bored if I had to repeat sets of the same exercises, but Nick knew just how to keep me and my body guessing which created an excitement before each session.Not only does he support you through your physical improvement journey, he is also like a wise old owl (sorry Nick for the old!). I have learnt more about myself and ways to stay motivated than I ever thought possible, which has been brilliant for rebuilding my confidence.Over the last 3 months I have been training with Nick, I have seen my physical appearance change for the better and my self esteem elevated so much I have just signed up for my first half marathon! BR C: Having had a lifetime in sport, including at elite level, I had a good knowledge of exercise and I thought I knew what good would look like for me with regards to body composition/weight. But in the last 12 months since working with Nick, he has shifted my perspective on this and taken me to a place that was never on the radar. I must admit to privately thinking "yeah right" when he said I should target 10kg weight loss. At 57kg it wasn't that I had masses to lose. Or so I thought. Ellie Warren: Nory is an excellent trainer. I have been to a few of her yoga sessions as an absolute beginner and she is very helpful. I was very nervous to go as I am not very strong or flexible, but she subtly changed the poses for me if they were too difficult and explained well how my body was supposed to be positioned for each pose. Nory is very welcoming and friendly, and I couldn’t recommend her more. One of the loveliest women you’ll ever meet and bonus of being extremely knowledgable!

My initial aim was to regain some of my climbing strength that lock down and becoming a runner stole. Sessions were always individualised and modified at short notice if needed.With Ryan’s help I am back climbing harder than ever and I have stronger legs to power through the miles on my ultra runs. For anyone looking for a trainer with a wealth of experience who provides a personal approach I can not recommend Ryan highly enough. Thomas Holmes: After suffering with back & nerve pain for years and having multiple operations, I was willing to literally try anything to either try to rectify or at least minimise my symptoms.So I decided to look in to a personal trainer in the hopes of strengthening my back to levitate the pain (and also because I knew nothing of correct postures or which exercises would be best for my condition). I found Ryan’s website after googling personal trainers and after emailing over my details and a brief description of my current situation, we’d arranged a day to meet up in person.Right off the bat Ryan was real easy to chat to, made me feel really relaxed and safe and most of all super understanding with my condition - which gave me confidence in him as he seemed to actually care and want me to improve, rather than the bog standard NHS physiotherapists who just give you a rub down and tell you to repeat the same 4 exercises for the rest of your life.We sorted out my diet, had a solid workout routine tailored to my needs and after a slow and steady pace - I actually saw amazing results! I was no longer coming home from work in pain, no longer unable to get out of bed due to the pain. My energy increased, but most of all my overall happiness increased as well. I was finally confident to myself in to situations I was have surely avoided previously due to how much pain I was in.Ryan succeeded where 3 major spine operations failed and now I can take and use the knowledge he gave me and use it for the rest of my life at my local gyms and keep that energy, that improved happiness, the decreased pain levels.If you’re sat trying to justify paying the money as I was, I’ll leave this on a question…..What’s more important?

Bert Lane: My Grandson Jordan, has Autism and learning difficulties and I had struggled to find the right person to help him to lose excessive weight and to get a level of fitness back. Enter Ryan! Having explained everything to Ryan, he suggested having 2 sessions to see if they both took to one another. Jordan really took to Ryan, he was very patient with him, quick to praise him when he does his session well, but also to push him when needed. Once joined, Ryan supplies exercises to be done at home and a full diet recipe to follow. Jordan has now been going for around 5 months and has now lost in excess of 1st 8lb and his fitness has progressed unbelievably. The classes are extremely well run and motivate all fitness levels from complete novice to advance. But it is absolutely not, once you are in.There are classes suitable to all fitness levels. From beginners to seasoned athletes. Timetable is rich and convenient. Trainers design and coach top quality classes. The atmosphere is very friendly and warm.The price per class is so much lower than the market. Its ridiculous, especially given the quality. But I don’t complain 😄
Raj Dhadda: I’ve been to a lot of gyms and classes and can honestly say that Prime Mover is one of the best around! I travel about 30 (sometimes 40ish) mins to get there and have tried gyms closer to me but there’s nothing else that compares! The class variations are awesome and you get pushed to do your very best. The members are supportive, fun and non-judgmental…they become more like your fitness family rather than a bunch of strangers you workout with! I love it and highly recommend it to everyone regardless of their current fitness level.

There is something for everyone at any level, Strength training, cardio, yoga, personal training, programs, nutrition advice, constant support, even physio/sports massage, etc. All the sessions are results driven but enjoyable and never the same so you never get bored. The atmosphere is always upbeat and the other members are friendly and supportive. It's a really great place to train. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
