Graves Park: what do users think?

Miss Ty: A friendly place to take the family to see and feed farm animals. There’s plenty to see on a smaller scale, place is clean and tidy, face painting and a small shop for souvenirs, as well as helium balloons. Parallel to the farm, there is a playground and park which is free, a paid train ride, a sand pit area, zip wire area too. Per effect for a picnic near the lake .

DEAN BUTLER: Great park, lovely woods, no longer appears to be having a problem with rats. Parking can be an issue although plenty of side roads and entrances to use instead of the main carpark. Watch for Traffic wardens though, they sometimes appear in large groups specifically to ticket family cars on verges etc when the weather is nice.

Lorraine INgham: Lovely visit to Graves Park Animal Farm, nice sunny day to walk round & visit the animals, all cared really well which you can see, all the people there work so hard. Lottie the Shirehorse is my favourite.

Richard Moore: Another classic sheffield park with great views over the city, a good cafe and an animal farm that is free to visit. These sheffield parks are hidden gems and should be treasured , hit like if you agree.

Ramona Elena: I was really impressed with this little place. I really enjoyed it. Not too many animals, but ones that are here are really friendly and cute, and you can tell that they are taken care of. Stress relief 😌 whilst petting the animals. You can find souvenirs at the shop inside as well as snacks. You can buy little bags with foodthe for animals for the full experience. The car park is a little bit too crowded and not big enough, but people are coming, and going this gives the chance to find a space relatively fast. No entry fees are required

Endcliffe Park: what do users think?

Dayo Samuel: Okay this really is a big one! The duck pond, running streams/springs are so soothing and reflective. If you have a partner, this should be a hangout or a picnic spot you should consider. Also Well suited for disabled who require moving around with their mobility scooter. Sheffield really is a beautiful city with beautiful landmarks and this right here is no “emotional damage” 😂😂😂😂😂 Playground for kids, dogs and pets. Even a close tabled seating area. And if you want sports, I saw a section suited for that. I’m just surprised to read that there’s a hidden site that I missed upon all my walking around it. Probably next time there I’ll find it 😅😃

O Ozmeister: A little bit of everything! Playground, cafe, free running, nature walks, open spaces, ice cream vans, and fresh air! Very limited parking at the park and very tight on-street parking on the local residential roads - getting there by public transport is preferable. Please just take your litter home with you ...

Michael Rowarth: Beautiful park with some lovely features. The parkour and calisthenics area is fantastic and great for people of all ages who are looking to have a go at something new. The park is well looked after, has a lovely stream running through it and some beautiful tree lined paths. I will definitely be revisiting when coming up to Sheffield.

Vicky Smile: Beautiful park. So many areas to enjoy. Family friendly. Great for mental health, its so calming and relaxing.

Cristian Pop: What a great park to get out and about, covers all ages pretty well sized, has got a kids area, a coffee shop, a large plain field and a bit of woodland along the river. Lovely park all round but watch out for dogs being left off lead running around

suvodeep mazumdar: The walk around the park is always lovely! Although it was very busy today, we still had a great time

Dene Gascoigne: Wonderful well kept park with 3 nice ponds which you can go and fish. There is also a bicycle lane for people to use and a river which runs through it great for adults and children alike. The park is also dog friendly which is great, we saw a few people having a picnic and a good time shall go again in the near future 😀.

Rebecca Jeffrey: Great place to walk the dog.Interesting wildlife, and next to other parks
George Gibson: Lovely walk from endcliffe park to porters brook.Playground: Good choice of things for all ages of children.Restrooms: Ok, but ladies has been out of service for a while, need to use disabled.Dog-friendliness: Lots of areas to walk the dogs.Picnic area: Picnic areas at both ends of our walk.
Tom: Small kids playground with a merry go round and bouncy castle & public toilets next to it. Nice cafe with seating for around 20 outside.Located in a great strip of manicured field, forest & streams going on for miles. Great for walks & cyclingPlayground: Big and small Swings, climbing Frames, roundabout. Gated and quite busy when we went (Sunday midday)Restrooms: No clue for the gents, 5+ for the womens. I was told the gents were quite disgusting.Dog-friendliness: Planty of dog walkers, lots of open space .Picnic area: Good for picnics, plenty of room and all flat and soft grass field.

Broadfield Park: what do users think?

Tricky Mottram: The kids loved the parkour park, also has a nice play park and a good amount of open space.

Rob Cooke: Great equipment for younger kids. The parkour stuff is really well thought out for little people.

Zurie Elahi: Nice clean park. Great to see people bringing their kids out and letting them play with other kids.

Andy Stovell: Thanks council for improving this mini gem of a local park

William Tiplady: Lovely spot
Pawel Groniecki: It's actually nice place to bring your child or just relax: plenty of toys, new parkour, river, even few clean benches. The downside is that it's so muddy most of the time that makes it useless.Oh, and there's a tree to sit by and cry.
Amanda Whiteley: Its a ok park. But saddly the traffic let's it down. And there's a lot of rats from the river.
Andy Stovell: Thanks council for improving this mini gem of a local park
T D: It's alright for a quick trip or if you live locally. Not worth a trip

Stannington Park: what do users think?

Pete Allsop: Nice little park I used to play football here...no nets or field now though, good cafe, great staff, there used to be a good changing room facility here but run down now.

Gerard Hunter: The addition of Kafe Stannington really makes it work visiting the park for a short stay, rather than just a walk through. Great views from the outdoor seating makes this a good stop.

Ric Morte: Wonderful community resource. The day of the visit coincided with the Stannington Garden Party - an interim event to bridge to Covid gap and hopefully a full carnival in 2023.

Kathleen Burns: Beautiful park very clean and well looked after ,praise for all who keep it looking good

Rother Valley Country Park: what do users think?

tse13012: Great park with plenty of parking and a wide variety of activities for the whole family. We went there during the bank holiday Monday and rented some bikes to ride around the lake. A bit busy around the car park but as soon as you get pass it’s quite a pleasant route to cycle. After our bike ride, we returned the bikes and moved our car nearer to the lake and setup a picnic on the green next to the lake and a group of ducks swam by so we ended up feeding them. Very nice little break.

Joanne Boot: We go here regularly and really enjoy. We have a van so park on grass overlooking lake . The facilities are really good whether hiring bikes or boats or doing watersports. There is plenty to do and the walk around the lake is lovely. Also dog friendly Playground: Play area does let the park down a little as no much on it Restrooms: The toilets are basic but ok

Phil Bates: Was a lovely day out. Went on the boats and canoes. Weather was great so that helped. Clean park with kids to do. Nice walks around the lake if your not feeling energetic. Cafe is good with nice hot food

Daniel Cooper: Fantastic walk. Parking is charged by registration recognition camara. Lovey cafe that sells a good mix of foods as to he expected at a cafe. Very good value I felt. We went after a rainy day the path was ok for a push chair. Some sections are a little "bobbly" but we had no problem. Loads of wildlife to see. Everybody was friendly plenty of dog walkers and cyclists. Very clean.

Vee Dubya: This is a pleasant spot for a nice walk. The parking is paid for by the hour and works on a registration plate scanning system so you can pay by car on the way out or at the various pay points dotted around. Nice cafe, toilets and a dog friendly place to go inside as well.

Matthew Illman: Absolutely love this place, I paddle board here at every chance I get.Simply turn up, pay, and off you go (as long as you have a PFD).Beautiful location and amazing little cafe to grab a coffee and Cornish pasties after being on the water for a few hours.
Lara B: I love coming here half an hour drive for a lovely walk. 😍
David Gresham: A great place for a walk.
Chris Tillery: Nice park with lots to do for the kids. It does get busy but it’s worth a visit. There’s a cafe, kids playground, water sports and cable boarding.
Paul Adkin: We have regular VW meets here and love it
Mel Stead: Great place for a buggy friendly walk. Good paths and well kept place. Lots to do for all. Enjoyed it so much been 3 times in the last month.
Daniel Gregory: Lovely walk around just really really busy.
Loulou Gregory: Great place, paddle boarding ace time.. free parking for us too as not functional so us point there too.
Michael Abbott: Great for walking or biking with MTB park.
Dawn Fieldhouse: Love this place. Its my thinking space.Lovely walk to get steps in .And the grandkids love it .
Robin Wong: A park provides multiple events
Richard Tinkler: Great for days out walking, cycling or water sports, and the caravan site (waleswood) always a must if you have a caravan
Aimee Louise: Beautiful country park who seem to be really invested in Rother Valley parkrun which was absolutely lovely. Toilets and cafe clean and smelled delicious 😋
John Cottingham: Great place and well worth a visit.
Jessica Wilson (sheaf_foodies): Lovely park , especially lake and visitor area with pretty mill and river , willow tree etc cafe and bathrooms, also under cover picnic area . Great for dog walks.
michael _speed_84: Lovely walk, cheap parking. Please watch where you park as narrow roadsPlayground: 6 out of 10 for park but perfect for a ten mins run around after having a ice cream.Restrooms: Near by easy to get to.Dog-friendliness: Loads of dogs, some off lead, wasn't any issues at all.Picnic area: Loads of seats as you walk round, not many bins . Loads of areas to lay on grass.
Asal Mohamadian: It is a beautiful place, best place for relaxing and enjoying natureIt also has some water sports for entertaining
Ian Doy: Great place, but a lot of the path that goes round it, is very difficult for disabled people with walking aids. Would be nice if it was all properly surfaced.
John Keller: Great day at cable.waterski.park
Lynx E: My usual great experience
Dafydd R: My first time here and what a joy to walk around. All the park was clean and no litter at all .The only shame is the pricing of the cafés and the ice-cream van... £13.00 for 2 🍦.. a total rip off!
mysterysimon1: Great place for a day out for all the family.Playground: Play ground for kidsRestrooms: Clean toiletsDog-friendliness: Large areas for walking dogs and a cafe that welcomes them.Picnic area: Picnic area overlooking the lakes.

karen Richardson: Absolutely 💯 fabulous place clean well looked after animals ,lots of things for little people to do and older kids .not the cheapest place but worth the cost .lovely lotties cafe indoor and out will definitely return for lots more family fun
Linda Young: We were going last week, but on looking at the price little bit expensive I feel.Reservation recommended Not sure …More
Paul Hayes: Don't be fooled by the name, there's lots more than just butterflies. The cages and enclosures are modern and clean. The animals are very well cared for and the whole place has a relaxed feeling. Staff were great, too.
Chris Hartley: Beautiful place lots to do
Martin Randerson: Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sureMore
Leni Hob: Very expensive for what it is. 50 odd quid for two adults and a two year old. Can get an annual pass for one adult at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park for £70 and more to see there.Wanted a couple of cans of drink from the cafe but 5 quid minimum spend on card. Was feeling fleeced already but very disappointed after that. Some lovely animals and can get more up-close than other places. Nice play areas for the little ones. But all that still doesn't justify the cost for me.

Mattelynn Romano: This is a fantastic place to take kids for a day out—there's so much to do and it's compact enough for little legs to walk without getting tired. There is ample free parking as well as two cafes with lots of indoor and outdoor seating, a gift shop, an indoor activity space, an indoor picnic hall, sprawling covered and open air outdoor seating throughout the grounds, loos dotted in the most convenient spots, plenty of hand washing facilities, a splash park, a couple sand pits, a playing field, hammocks for lounging, a track with loads of ride ons, a zip line, a foosball table, garden games, table tennis, climbing frames, incredible exhibits with opportunities for up close encounters, talks and feeding sessions, and so much more—it's really clean, too, with friendly staff and reasonably priced, decent food. The cafe within the grounds closes an hour earlier than the park itself, which is a little disappointing considering that's the only place within the grounds to top your water bottle up (they could really use a water bottle refill tap perhaps at the hand washing stations)—for parents who want to grab some drinks or a round of ice lollies for the kids in the play area within the last hour of their visit, they'd have to walk all the way to the entrance and through the gift shop to Lottie's and back again. Both cafes offer a lovely selection of hot and cold food and drinks plus snacks, cakes, and ice creams—the prices are pretty typical and don't feel like they're nudged up just for being there on the park. The portions were generous and the staff were on top of cleaning tables, clearing trays, stocking cutlery, etc.The ticket prices might raise an eyebrow—you pay for kids over 2 years old and a child ticket is only £1 less than a standard adult ticket..! Same goes for students and senior citizens—it's only £1 off. If you buy online, there's a processing fee applied, so we paid on the gate. With a standard adult ticket set at £16.99 (at the time of writing this) you're looking at £49 for one adult and two kids! It begs the question why they even take a £1 off at all. But then you save almost a tenner if you add another adult, so a family of two adults and two kids will pay £56 for entry—it's £68 for a family of two adults and three kids. I would say it's worth it, for sure, but they're clearly trying to ensure it's a certain calibre of guests entering—and it certainly feels like you're getting what you pay for in return.Definitely going back and highly recommend x x

Plenty of playing areas for the youngsters to let of steam after checking out the collection of animals. I recommend taking some drying cloths for the bird and butterfly houses if you wear glasses or are taking a camera, very warm and humid and steam up straight away.
Dan Eggleton: It's much more than a butterfly House. I had a great day out with my family. We all had a great time.Visited on Public holiday …More

A tad concerned about the size of the enclosures for some of the other animals: peacocks, pigs etc. Inside I saw a tortoise obsessively patroling his enclosure in a never ending cycle and it made me feel like he was miserable. But other than that it was cracking.

Jurassic Partys: what do users think?
Charlotte Neil: My little nephew was really looking forward to come and see the dinosaur for his birthday let down don’t answer the phone and ignore messages and comments on fb then once questioned by someone else get straight blocked customer service is disgusting and left my nephew upset I wouldn’t recommend this company what so ever !!!!!!!
Madalina Barbu: First time for us! The best party ever!
mark h: Good fun for the young ones
H R (theFartingBear): Fun
Martin Baker: Great little party venue with excellent dinosaur!
Lily Lyness: We attended a party at Jurassic Party's and it was one of the best parties I've been to. There's no soft play area (for you to lose your child in) instead there's dancing, lights, up to date music and balloons. The children seemed to all enjoy themselves. Halfway through the party we met Tricksy the dinosaur who was fantastic. There was photo opportunities and Tricksy re-appeared just in time for cake. There was even party games like pass the parcel and musical statues with a twist. The party food was diverse too. The only downside was there was no seating area for the adults, but I can understand why with the size of the place. Brilliant party and great staff too!
Coleby Pease: Tricksy the dinosaur is awesome!!
Jordan Wilson: Not worth it at all

Air Haus - Interactive Inflatable Park: what do users think?
graham wild: Tire kids out,it's worth the price 😁
MotherKat K: Go to place for p.e. for Home Ed kids, always clean, the staff are great and the coffee is fantastic.
Zoe Harris: Absolutely fantastic. Kids loved it and had a great time playing.
Dida White: Amazing place for kids and adults to be fair. Staff friendly, only downfall is it really could do with a more thorough clean.
Christopher Brown: Good staff. Food is fine. Music is way too loud, hard to have a conversation. Combined with screaming kids makes this pretty hellish. Fairly clean and the inflatables seem well looked-after.
Abbie Thacker: An amazing place to go and such lovely staff. We came for the adults session, great place for adults to go and enjoy! 100% would recommend, so much fun and staff even joined in on the games we did with having the venue to ourselves! 😊
yvonne cawthorne: 1st time going today . Grandson invited to 7 th birthday party. He had a great time. Lot's of inflatables for the kids .
Millie milkshake: This was so bad I took my kids there and this boy kept hitting them and throwing things at them and then told someone that works there that my kids hit him so my kids got kicked off never coming here again
Tony Deakin: Good for kids
Lisa Jolley: Easy booking and checking in. Great atmosphere with all the disco lights but extremely hot! Our children had to keep coming off to cool a little. No ice for soft drinks so couldn't even have a really cold drink.
Lauren Jones: I wrote a review a while ago for this centre and today I changed it. I know I've been several times here for children's parties but only today did I realise they don't have WiFi. They also ran out of pizzas (despite knowing there were two parties booked and maybe the families would like some pizza themselves?), the box meals are the same size for adults and children and are just not filling for the former. At 1pm the toilets are just a real mess with no soap. The two 'saving graces' are the bottomless coffee and I think the staff try their best to keep things going. Sadly it's not going to be the last time I have to come here with my daughter but it will be the last time I try to eat here. I guess centres will artificial lighting and loud music just aren't enjoyable as a spectator.
Paul Stainthorp: Was very busy and some stuff wasn't working bit kids enjoyed it
Danny Barr: My son had a birthday party here this weekend and I have to say it was excellent. Super friendly and helpful staff who took care of most things for us. They give you a couple of extras we didn't know about like a free hot drink for the hosts, nice little touches. The food was very nice, both the additional pizza and the food the kids got. Price of food and drink is good and the kids loved the refill soft drinks. Not to mention they all loved the time in the actual Haus.Great time had by all, highly recommend, thanks again.
Amanda Parkin: Fantastic place to let the kids run off some energy even adults can get involved
Alfie Hall: Very welcoming, younger child enjoyed all the park. Although can be very hectic with older children pushing, shoving and running into littler children
Natalia: I recently went with my friend. I called in advance to ask a query and the person who answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. I booked for the Adult/Student 7pm slot for only 5£ pp and it was definitely worth it. My friend and I were the only ones there and we had plenty of fun. The inflatable park is cool but my friend and I agreed that it wouldn't be worth 12£ pp because it's smaller than anticipated and there would be more people around on those sessions. But if you're Student / Adult it's definitely worth the fiver on selected week days.
Sam Barthram: Great place for the kids. Had a party. Kids food was good tenders and chips. Pizzas are lovely and great value. Drill refills is a winner
AnneMarie Chamberlain: Very good, but a bit dark not great if you don't like flashing lights.
Carol Sharp: Great for working off excess energy for kids and great workouts for adults but music is far too loud and I suggest is above recommended limit. Doesn't need to be that loud.
Adam King: Great place kids love it. Find it much better experience than trampoline parks with much better value for money. Definitely would recommend for any one with pre teen kids
ashley smith: Too over booked...too little parking.
