Hobbycraft Sheffield: what do users think?

Kenneth Chung: A large and comprehensive store selling all sorts of art and craft materials. You can easily find the items you want. However, the price is comparatively higher than other stationery shops.

Christina Coulson: A good visit wanted a few bits for Christmas/ autumn crafts and some bits for the kids to do.The staff was very friendly and happy to help.

Nigel Hanson: A great place for anyone looking for crafting equipment and gifts, they seem to sell about everything you can think of.
Carol Clayton: They offer a very polite and friendly service. Will definitely be shopping there again
Ann Brown: Always go here. Get all my cake decorating stuff. Its got everything you want
Jill Oxley: Great store to spend a long time browsing through all the crafting bits and bobs they sell. Some items inexpensive and others expensive, depending on what you're looking for, can get cheaper elsewhere but a great store nevertheless.
Ryan Harris: Helpful and polite staff, found what I wanted very quickly.
Kelly Walker: Good range, but not too much in the way of premium items. A little over priced compared to local equivelents
kate H.P: My first stop for all my craft supplies although lately they've been missing quite a few cricut vinyls so not sure if there is a supply issue
Jillian Stoney: The lady who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful towards us buying material to re-cover our dining room chairs πŸ˜πŸ‘
EBW&NCWA: Large well stocked store
Karen Williams: Love this shop lots of arts n crafts to choose from although some little pricey but some nice things
Lynne White: It was my first visit since it's had a move around. My visit was to buy some diamond art tools. I was more than surprised that they had only got a couple of complete kits, so I had to use Amazon again for what I needed. I also noticed that they now have self serve tills only. When are retailers going to realise that some of us still like a human to serve us! πŸ€”
Rachel Jones: My 92 year old mum wanted to get some patterns for her new sewing machine( my brother had bought her) Not as easy as you would think cos no one sews much now. Took her to Hobbycraft and nearly cried at the delight on her face. She was so excited. Not only did they do patterns but a very good range of material too. Think we've got her for a good few years to come now she has a new lease of life. πŸ€—πŸ€—
Thomas Julier: Wide range of craft supplies but staff are a little uninterested in helping
Kellan Godley: Always nice to mooch around. Lots of lovely craft ideas. Huge selection of watercolour paints and canvases.
Chrissie Heavey: Everything a budding Artist needs. Washable pens for the beginners too.
Stuart Randall: Great place laid back and well organised
Margaret Heald: A mind field of things to do wonderful shop.
kelly marie: Hobbyists dream!! πŸ’›πŸ˜
L B: Sometimes they have good knitting equipment
Liza E: I would love here if I could lol πŸ˜† πŸ˜… Always find what I need for my projects and staff are so helpful I love them..... prices very good too
Janet Townend: Bought everything I needed to knit myself a cardigan, excellent choice
Peter Cross: Always a friendly atmosphere inside & a massive variety of quality products. Staff are always helpful & friendly too.

Paperchase: what do users think?

Paul Husken: Well set out and presented shelves with a wide range of items. Staff are also very friendly and professional.

Shirl Harrison: Great gifts and good offers at the moment

Rachel Jenkins: Shop is great I bought a slipper shark bubble bead chicken toy and on my way out I saw a green sweet wiped on the wall I though it was a little green nerd and it was squishy so I ate it but yeah I don’t think it was a nerd.

Catherine santiago: Great shop, plenty of choice of cards but also great little gifts for birthdays and Christmas. They have some beautiful and unique Christmas baubles too and good reward scheme, Β£5 birthday voucher is also given.

sarah Ibrahim: I love this shop so much. It’s got many cute little things. Stationary, water bottles, key chains and many little things that can make your life better and cuter. Best thing is they have 10% students discount.

Josh A: Nice place with a good selection of office and craft supplies (though a little on the expensive side), and lovely staff who are also very helpful - personally helped me with an enquiry I had and sorted everything out for me very quickly! Good location down Fargate in Sheffield as well.

Thomas S: Love this shop! Seems every time I go in they have new stuff. Always buy my wrapping paper from here and the staff are really friendly and always ready to help.
Emma Tackie: Absolutely love Paperchase. The staff are always lovely, and the shop is so cute!! Such a shame it's closing!
Laura Kishimoto: Nice stationery and trinkets shop. Too bad it's closing imminently!
Julie Copley: Sad its closing down πŸ˜”
Beth Carnall: Have always loved going in this shop, the staff are always helpful and friendly. I'm going to miss it once it has closed.
lyn unwin: So sad we're loosing these lovely shops. Don't feel it will be the same in Tesco.
Shannon Baxendale: Although paper chase is closing down I have always loved it. There is lots of cute quirky stationary which is usually a little expensive but with the closing down sale was a great price. Staff were still friendly and helpful too. I bought a few things and was very happy with everything I bought.
Louise Carr: It's a shame Paperchase are closing, but I do think over time they have gotten for more expensive (more so than just inflation). Their cards (both own brand and bought-in are lovely and the designs on the products were often so nice. You could always rely on Paperchase for a good gift.
George Killjoy: So sad to hear that Paperchase is closing down! My go-to for birthday presents when I don't know what to buy anyone. Spent a lot in the closing down sale, paperchase I'll miss you !!
Martin Elliss: Closing down, shut.
Steven Marsden: Closing down sale on Feb 2023
Marie Boswell: Lovely, helpful young staff. Pity that they could be out of a job soon as the brand has been bought out by Tesco and the shop is almost empty. 😒
Linda Millar: All what you need in note books pans with cards. Staff or fantastic and very friendly, shame they could loss there jobs.
Mortimer Steele: The shop was nice but... I was on a chase, looking for paper. I stumbled upon this fine establishment expecting my chase to be over. Alas ... the chase must continue.Tldr: they had no paper
Julia Armstrong: Very friendly member of staff served me, thanks for the Pride stickers!
Sophie Banbury: Opens at 0930 not 0900 as stated. Not really acceptable in 2022 to not bother updating the Google listing.
Pary Amin: Love here, they had about a 75% sale on!
D&A ALL IN ONE DECORATEORS Duane Musgrove (D&A all in one decorators): decorated by D&A all in one decorators
Ryan White: Staff are always friendly and helpful! Always a pleasure!

sam morrow: Lovely range of cards and so much more, staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Chloe: Love the feel of this store, some really lovely things. A bit pricey I think but worth it, as some different designs - something to appeal to everyone.

Josie Taylor: This is one of my favourite outlets the reason being they have so many exciting products. I regularly buy the small black drawing book ( I use as a memory book). The choice of journals for every activity are great. There are various mixed media products to help you embellish your cards, journals and/or clothing. I am disappointed that they no longer have inserts for filofax type products.

The Works: what do users think?

Pam Pipes: I went to the works at Crystal Peaks to find books for my grandson. One of them I wanted had sold out. The assistant phoned Meadowhall and the moor stores . The store on the moor are saving it for me. Excellent customer service. Such a nice lady too.

Mehnaz Saleh: Always find nice crafts kits at a great price here

Eliot Collins: Great variety of products. A lot of it is fairly expensive, but good quality

Max Walker: I was out at this store here and was looking out for gift options. Loved the variety and found perfect gifts for my loved ones. The Works has a huge variety of options and leaves you amazed because it has enormous things to offer all under one roof. At least once, you should visit The Works.

George Collins: Recently had been to The works, Sheffield . We were out there to purchase some books. Had a great experience, the staff was helpful too. We could find the Game of Thrones Books set in the store. Prices are also affordable.Good Job The Works!!

Leighton Skinner: Great products, great staff, great store.
Just Jaye: Like most branches it's pretty good. Usually bargains to be had. Can be a bit hemmed in and the stock changes unpredictably at times so you can't always rely on things to be available on return visits. Still tends to have good deals though, compared to some competitors.
Mike Crawshaw: Great place to browse, very hit and miss as to whether you find anything you want - but when you do, it's usually a bargain. Staff have always been great, helpful & friendly.

wilko: what do users think?

MUSIC MEGHA: Good and helpful for students who stay at accomodations. The only minus is that things get over soon here. Especially to get pillows and duvets. Make sure to purchase them as soon as possible.

Grzegorz Sowa: An everything-and-nothing shop with goods ranging from home furnishings (e.g. cushions and mugs) to food wrappers to pens and sweets. You can often come across interesting promotions. It has two floors and a lift, so wheelchair users will have no problem getting upstairs or moving between the aisles, which are also wide. There are quite a few self-service checkouts as well as normal checkouts where you can pay with more than just a card. Personally, I would rearrange the aisles so that the most frequented ones are interspersed with the less frequented ones because now all the traffic on the ground floor goes to the cleaners.

Barry Anthony Wing: Great place for nearly all your requirements, food items currently very limited ( good). DIY stuff in abundance, paint selection excellent, tools ,car stuff good. Gardening stuff good selection, cosmetics and stuff in that department very good.We purchase alot of bird seeds and other bird food items. To sum up this place its,Tip Top ! πŸ™‚πŸ‘

BeastlyHusla: Facility includes post office (located on first floor via lift or escalator) and Amazon locker for small/medium deliveries. Large spacious place with plenty of items to choose from, gardening, food, pet, kitchen utensils etc.
Lynne Claxton: Excellent
Cenk Turkoglu: I can find many hardware items here and they are cheap while being good quality. I would definitely recommend you going here if you are looking for gardening, painting, electrical and toiletry products.
Janell Fletcher: Staff in the store are utterly rude and unprofessional. They all need training in how to deal with customers. Tried speaking with 3 different people all as bad. Ended up leaving my goods and walking out. Other Wilko stores are far better.
Lis Osborn: Massive and nice
αˆˆα‹“αˆˆαˆ አለም: Low bugdt improve your house dicoration
SUZANNE WOOD: Wilko. Good as always. Nice staff. Good prices.
Olugbenga Gbadebo: Nice store with good prices
Dawn Thomson: Best wilkos in Sheffield for stock and range of products
c bu: Great shop, good products on reasonable price. Student events regularly on.
Evan Howle: Good selection of items. The staff are always thoughtful and kind
Rita Highley: It was ok but it's very expensive
Patrick Thomas: Some of the nicest staff in Sheffield, great choice of products too at really good prices. Spent about 20 years going in there but stopped going in due to the security. The problems started when i went in wearing rock band hoodies. As a well educated man in my 40's, it never occurred to me it would make me prime suspect shoplifter number one. I had previously got funny looks for walking straight out of the entrance without buying anything. As i only went in to use the post office, there wasn't any other obvious way to leave the store. The last time i went in, i had a security guard following me around the store with his stupid walkie talkie so the whole store would think i was a criminal. I got annoyed and took out my wallet, took all my cash out (about Β£1,000) and waved it in his face. He shrugged and walked off. Never been in since. Do all my shopping online now. It may be more expensive, but nobody ever thinks i'm a criminal for browsing the moisturiser.
Linda Trix: Staff friendly ,store clean and tidy. It's a pity that the locality of the store has declined in that part of the city centre .
Heather Walker: Great store. Nice staff.
Patricia Barkworth: Okay but needs more stock
Shailesh Kumar: I bought stuff for my bicycle, post office is also inside and passport photo booth is also available but just outside near bus stop the it's not safe at night because of people smoking weed and other stuff..looks shady outside
Richard Banks: Not bad - plenty of space to move about if you're in a wheelchair or on a mobility scooter. Staff friendly.
Frank Silver: Good shop to buy what you want to buy
Patricia Batty: Lot of items not there but ok
Jeremy Peck: Big shop, all you could need under one roof.
Olusegun Aroyewun: Well stocked store

The Works: what do users think?
Rosie Hudson: Lovely shop and some great deals.
Sarah Louise: Far too tightly packed with stock, can't get around with a pushchair or wheelchair, loads of trip hazards, some stock is piled too high so it falls if you try to get to some things, bored staff, yawning while serving, mis matched layout, not everything is in an obvious section etc.
lisa ab: Was served by poppy today and she was honestly so polite and kind. She made my visit worthwhile and will deffo be visiting again! This wasn’t the first time poppy served me and on all visits she was really kind and helped me with my visit! She is honestly so nice and kind!
Gam A: Great selection of books, stationery, games and many other things.
jasmine gurung: My kids live this store. You can find anything from books to games to toys at a great prices. Highly recommended
Feuille Morte: The store is constantly open, however has been advertising it is shutting down very soon, for over a year now. I think this is just to force people to purchase things at what they think is a final sale price, because the store is apparently "shutting down". The store is good for kids and has a nice range of scrapbooking materials at a good price. Also can find some same exact, nice, singular pens here for cheaper when the same exact pens are in WHSmith or Paperchase for more money. Definitely would recommend to bring your own reusable bag, as this shop sells plastic bags, which aren't any good. The store does get pretty crowded at times with prams and children, and there's barely any room to begin with, even if the store was empty because there's stuff everywhere and nearly no room to walk.
Caroline Aram: Ok
Kamal Naser: Nice place for children. However very limited selection of books
Alison Gawthorpe: Good
Matthew Powell: β€˜Christmas sale is on’ at the store. It's great to buy all the Christmas decorations and gifts at the cheapest prices. They have great variety of products and staff is quite co-operative. Probably, the best place to visit for festive shopping.
Debra Stretch: Always save in here
Louise Breeze: Great book shop, has some little kids toys too at pocket money prices
Amanda Ward: Good books
Mark Jones: Lots a great stuff in shop
Shamil: Staff are really nice and they have good books and stationery
Tasty Management: Poor
Andy Norton Freelance: Books so cheap really good.
Andrew Heath: Excellent large discount books store lots of choice lots of toys and games to love the Works
Mark Hopwood: Good for discounted books. End of lines.
Aryan Akhgar: The stuff is cheep but ok

Wayne Tavit: Just wish the staff would serve more customers instead of shouting to each other like the customers are in the way.

B&M Store: what do users think?
Roger Mackereth: A good shop for B& M bargains, and plenty of them
Linda Trix: A large variety andselection of goods but I usually just visit for specific reason or items . Car park is in the basement and not a favourite place to park . The general condition of this is grubby as is the lift and also staircase to the shop .it's a pity.
Hanan Wadood Sheikh: Great prices lots to choose from. Good store to find household items.
Oluwaseun Akingbade: bargain prices here are the real deal
Joanne Thorne: Lots of things to choose from
Anne Hollingworth: I like B & M but this store is a little bit dark which doesn't make it feel very welcoming
Emelie Aguillon: So much to see.
ga rry: Advertised adblue but don't sell
HAVOC SQUAD: Good place parking is good
M C L: It's a B & MIt is what it is. Well stocked and good prices
Raheem Khan: Good store, terrible service
William Salt: It’s no wonder Home bargains and Poundland are taking this shops business. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Over charged at the til and the assistant was unwilling to help or check items that had been put through and told me check til receipt myself. (Store was not busy and no else was waiting) With dimmed lights that they now have in store and a tired hyperactive 4 year old in tow meant I could check the receipt until I got home. When I got home I found that I’d been doubled charged for a Β£5 toy. It’s not worth the time and petrol to go back and get a refund. Lesson learnt always check the receipt at B and M as staff are useless
Amelia Clark: Great big nice quiet to for big story austen friends to
Richard Drew: Good discount store
Craig Flem: A busy place and looks dirty but there's plenty of bargins.
Donna Musson: Good range great value for money
John Earnshaw: Cheap
