Clover Group - The Mulberry Practice: what do users think?

iony RO: Great people, always happy to help. Been on their list for 5 years until we moved to far and never ever had anything to complaint about.

Margaret Heald: Ok
Elena Surat: This gp is let down by the awful reception team. Rude, incompetent people who think they are more important than they are
sarkawt hussain: The most ridiculous and worst medical center I have ever seen, I went there twice a week to see a doctor. One day they told me there was no doctor. Today they say the computer system doesn't work!
thakshila erandi: Since taking medications from the Broadlane Walking Center, I have had an ear infection for more than two weeks. As instructed by the Doctor Who consultant I saw at Broadlane, I visited the office yesterday. The female doctor who checked me at the clinic barely spoke English and paid little attention to any of my problems. She only instructed me to return in a week if this continued. I must admit that she was one of the rudest doctors I've seen in the UK, even if I couldn't understand what she was saying. Awful!
bruce bendall: Asked for assistance to get up stairs as MIL claustrophobic can't use lift and needing knee replacement. Told to go to 2nd floor, no help came and 2nd floor was only to collect paperwork. So after climbing 2 flights of steps she had to go straight back down to first floor. Move or amalgamate thd reception to the grojnx floor to help prevent suffering!!!!@!!
Rachel French: Last week I was told my medication was due to review so tried to book an appointment no chance. Tried this week no luck. I don't want the doctor just to ring me in-between the hours of the surgery hours I just want a slot where I know when they going to ring. I do understand there is pressure etc. But there is certain medication what needs uping quickly etc.
Ade Freedom: Rude and inhumane staff, who bear no resemblance to medical staff...Im so Sorry for them👎
Amin Esmaeili: The most ridiculous and worst medical center I have ever seen, and I think going there not only does not help, but also hurts the patient's nerves and psyche ...
Ivo Pas: Avoid this GP at all costs and go for a GP with online appointments instead. If you want an appointment, you have to play the phone lottery and hope for the best. The odds of winning the actual lottery are higher. I've been trying to book in an appointment for 6 weeks, but I haven't managed to get through to them a single time, all due to the fact that the line is constantly occupied until everything is already booked in for the day. If you tell them you've been trying to get an appointment for a very long time, you're told to phone towards the end of the week, because those days are supposedly days that aren't very busy. I've tried phoning them on said days numerous times, but even then I can't get through to them.Bottom line is, avoid this GP and find one with online appointments!
Anh Luan Phan Minh: So disappointed! I got an elbow injury which causes it swollen and bruise. I suspected that it may be a fracture and want to have the GP diagnosis. However, when I approached the GP, the reception just asked me to go to the hospital as they can't do X-ray. I just wanted to have a professional diagnosis/assessment from the GP before going to the hospital. It may be a fracture or just simply a strain! What's the point of GP when we have to go to the hospital!
brad jones: Rude staff I said one moment just pulling the practice name up as I'm new here and unsure she rudely said what is the practice you want in an AGRESSIVE way I told her she said this is only for asylum seakers?!
eu eu: I can't even give a star to this useless surgery. I rang this morning at 8.40 because I wanted some advice from my doctor. The rude receptionist said that the call backs are all taken for the day. I said that what if my problem is urgent and they replied to me that if it is urgent I should tell them what it is and they will triage. So I asked whether she has any clinical knowledge to triage patients and she said she has been working there long enough so she knows. I will definitely review and change my surgery as this is unacceptable for a surgery to let the receptionists to triage their patients.
