The seat looked better than new, and the quality of workmanship was superb. oliver smithson: Visited these clowns one Saturday this July to quote for 4 car seats recovering. Jon had a look over them, we talked options and the Job was booked in for the end of September. I was told to call a couple of weeks beforehand to arrange delivery, and did explain I wasn't local and to drop them was a 120 mile round trip for me. I called on the 12th of Sept and arranged with Jon to drop them at the workshop 9am Saturday the 17th. I turned up as promised, no one there, gates locked,no answer to phone, place deserted. Best part of half a tank of diesel and half a day wasted-I was so angry I just left it. Nearly 2 weeks later another guy finally phoned me on a unknown mobile number, gave no name, didn't seem to know the details of my order and asked where they were, as they should have started them the day before! On explaining the above story and stating that I wasn't bringing them again all I got was a sorry. Absolute Joke just go elsewhere.

Alistair Hurrell: Bielawskis Sheffield Trimming Company are a fantastic automotive retrimming company based in Sheffield. The quotes are quick and reasonable, and their turnarounds are fantastic - simple repairs and panel replacements can be done same day for exceptionally reasonable prices. They replaced two panels on my car seat and rebuilt a bolster in a same day service that came in substantially cheaper than other local options. The colour match with leather and thread colour was excellent and the bolster repair was top notch. The only downside is a relative lack of parking in the area (due to the number of clients!) but this is hardly an issue.

Richard Marsh: I took my BMW r1250 gs adventure for a pair of tyres fitting to Manhattan motorcycles, I entered the shop to be greeted by Cliff he was very pleasant and polite from the start, Cliff took my motorcycle into there workshop and within an hour out came my BMW with new tyres fitted, very professional highly delighted with work carried out, these guys are excellent, I would highly recommend and will certainly will be returning in the very near future thanks to Paul and his team kind regards, Richard Marsh

Anies Sulieman: Went to this place to replace a air filter as it was not a easy place to access so I thought I would leave it to the experts. Mechanic gave me a price and All was Fab. Came back after an hour and the mechanic added engine oil as it was a tad below and proceeded to change me EXTRA!!!! I told him I’m not paying for something I did not request, and he even did not ask me as well. What he did next was the most petty thing I have ever witnessed. He removed the little oil that put in!!!!! NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!! If you don’t want engine malfunctioning don’t come here.
Response: This is quite an unfortunate event borne out of wanting to help one of our many scooter riding customers who book in for various jobs but we find their engine oil dangerously low. This was the case here with the oil not registering on the dipstick and requiring 400ml to top up to maximum . We're a busy place and sometimes don't have the time to call customers, or simply can't get hold of them so we top it up and explain to the customer and the vast majority are very grateful we've done so. The technician was disappointed with the attitude of the customer who wasn't prepared to pay the less than £5 to avoid continuing to run his scooter critically low so-at our cost- we removed it, leaving him with the distinct possibility of the engine malfunction he describes. We could make a lot more money letting our more careless scooter owners run out of oil and have big engine rebuilds to perform, leaving the owner without transport for a long period but we'd rather continue to have a duty of care to our customers, it's just a shame it wasn't appreciated this time.

David Noel Winder: This is an experience. Graham is welcoming, patient, kind etc etc I took my cruiser in today and Graham devoted himself to me and my bike. The shop has a table and chairs for you to sit and relax. Good quality bike gear. Saddlebags, helmets, shades, footboards, mirrors and so forth. I've never wanted to recommend anyone as much as Graham and his bike shop. Prices? He can match internet and he will do so much more with fitting and advice. Harley Davidson is his speciality, that's his bike in the photos.

Pete Shaw: A great old fashioned bike shop, up close and personal. Loads of stock, old and new. Hands on with their knowledge of the various models of bikes, very friendly and can't do enough for you. Recently paid them a visit as I needed some parts for my 1981 honda cb 750 custom, rung up one day and the parts were ready the next. Really impressed with the helpful care and consideration they gave me and would definitely go back for bits and bobs I require as I have other older bikes and the Internet can be a minefield. Well worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Justice People: Not easy to find, satnav takes to the big yellow place. Number says not possible to connect call. So no help to me.
Didymus Abraham: Excellent service from start to finish has brought our tired looking 5 year old sofa back to good as new! Not easy considering we have 2 young kids a dog and 2 cats! Very reasonably priced could not recommend enough superb job!
Jagdish Barn: Absolutely terrible service from this company. Booked in a two seater leather sofa restoration (of the whole sofa) at a cost of nearly £300 (yes I know I've been had - embarrassing to admit it and not normally like me). This was to include a pre and deep clean, stain removal, minor repairs, full colour restore, resealing with lacquer. I was told this would take at least an hour. A chap came to carry out the work and half an hour later and he had finished. when I went to inspect I was instructed not to touch it as it was still 'wet'. By first sight the work looked OK so I paid by debit card (I know very silly) and chap could not provide a receipt for the work , just the debit card receipt, which is when I became concerned. On closer inspection it is clear that not all of the sofa has been restored, in addition there are streak marks where the lacquer has not been applied properly, as well as pen marks which have not been removed.The response I have received from the company has been rude, dismissive and callous and quite astonishing given the premium they have charged for this 'service'. The company has refused to rectify and indeed finish the job. You have been warned (regardless of the response from the owner you see below!)

Vin Lane (Cbr vin): Worst customer service ever nothing but lie after lie from blaming employees, parcel force and Russian hackers, tracking tells me when and where it was posted so everything you said over the last week was nothing but lies, makes no sense why you even had to lie and say it was posted, making your customer think there item was lost, when you have them in your possession, instead of just saying it will be another week, went from 4 days to nearly 4 weeks. Jobsworths probably need to take up crochet because fork rebuilds clearly ain’t for you mate.

I went in a few days ago to find a scooter and Stjohn, found the perfect one for me. They have great knowledge on motorcycles and I highly recommend this place. It's reasonable and affordable.

Wut Williams: Went to this place because I was looking for a specific copper washer for a brake hose fitting. The absolute gent dropped what he was doing and sorted me out straight away. Had a great chat with him and off I went. What a lovely experience and top bloke and business! It’s a shame I’ve moved away from Sheffield now, but I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I had been let down by another company and I cannot speak highly enough of the service, workmanship and helpfulness which I received from Chadd Upholstery. The finish on all the benches is excellent and they really pulled out all the stops to help me to get the job done as quickly as they could - I would highly recommend
KELLY SMITH: Chad upholstery have brought my old, worn sofa back to life! Really blown away with how great it looks, looks like a brand new sofa. Andy was friendly & professional throughout. My sofa was collected, reupholstered and returned in just over a week. Would highly recommend & will definitely be using again. If you have a sofa that you love but it’s looking a bit tired I would urge you to consider reupholstery as opposed to buying new.

Francesca Claxton: Andy did the most beautiful job of reupholstering a wingback chair for us. I’m over the moon with how much he’s transformed it. It’s everything I hoped it would be and exactly what I had in mind. He was amazing and very helpful with picking out a fabric, and had so many different variations to choose from. He’s incredibly friendly, reliable and an expert at his craft. He came and collected the chair, had it done in no time at all and then dropped it back off for us for a very good price. I can’t get over how good it looks and how much it’s transformed our living room. Will most definitely be returning to Andy in the future and recommend him to everyone!!

Paula Burgin: Andy refilled my seat cushions on my sofa which I have had for10 years . I contacted him by email and he emailed me back promptly with a quote He came out to my property on a Sunday to measure the sofas and he took the seat cushions he told me they would be ready Thursday which they were and he brought them back for me. The service I received was impeccable and the quote he gave me was £100 cheaper than a previous quote I received. I would defiantly recommend Andy if you require any upholstery services. He even stitched the zip which had come undone on one of the cushions. Thanks Andy it’s being a pleasure from start to finish
