Andrew Holley (Alberto Frog): Frank has done work for us on three occasions. We have had a room fitted with new skirting, architrave, replacement joists and partial new floor. Frank also replaced some poor floorboards in the bathroom and then a sliding door and the re-hanging of an existing door. On each occasion we have been very pleased with the quality of his work. Frank is reliable, professional, takes pride in his work and is well prepared and organised. We would definitely recommend.

They kept us up to date with progress and any (minor) adjustments that needed to be made to our collaborative design. They kept to agreed timescales, and any mess was kept to a minimum with everything cleaned up once finished. The standard of their work was excellent across the piece - not only have they fitted all our internal doors; but also designed, built and fitted a suite of bespoke bedroom furniture (a corner wardroibe, and bedside units); and boxed in pipeworks in 3 rooms (including a bespoke utility work surface). I would highly recommend!

susan Simpson: Just had a kitchen fitted, by these guys. It's beautiful. They are very professional. It didn't take them long, I was kept informed about everything, what time they would arrive or any changers that were needed. I also had some oak doors fitted by them too. I can't praise them enough. Nia Ashford: Absolutely shocking service from RCC furniture. Matthew (who I'm assuming is the owner) was vile to speak to on the phone. They clearly lied about our order being ready to deliver when I questioned them about a date for delivery. They gave us 48hrs notice to reschedule work and subsequently failed to deliver on 2 consecutive days. When asked the issue, the van had broken down on both days (convenient?). When Matt reads this I suppose he will say it was unforseen circumstances but I would ask to be shown the proof of the delivery schedule for our order as apparently it takes 2 weeks to render a route. I also would ask to be shown proof of the van being fixed on both separate occasions. Like I said, absolutely shocking service. I honestly would give them less than 1 star but it's not possible. Thankfully we got our money back and can buy from a more reliable company who won't bare face lie when asked awkward questions.In short - horrendous communication, extremely rude and obnoxious owner/manager who clearly has far too much money to care and big fat liars.Read the 1 in 5 horrendous reviews before purchasing and know consumer rights for when they decide they don't want to serve you any more.Service:Custom furniture

simon kiddle: Approach with caution!Awful business to deal with. Table frames covered in black grease, timber covered in brown wax which marked anything that touched it. RCC were disinterested and thought it was ok. Took many months to get a replacement. After threatening legal action.UpdateAfter posting this honest review, we were called and emailed by RCC and asked to change it as they seemed to think it was very unfair.Apparently 4 and a half months, numerous emails and calls to finally get what you paid for is good service. We have never had anything close to an apology for delays. I would use the words patronising and confrontational if asked to describe their customer care.

Lyle Clarke: We bought a coffee table and dining table to match, they are both beautiful, the furniture care instructions are very helpful, finance options helped us big time and delivered in the timeframe promised. I may even add some photos once we've finished decorating!They did accidentally send the wrong plastic feet for the coffee table but once I emailed them they sent the correct ones with no hesitation!
Andrew Thornton: £600 table with a wonky frame on arrival and table has already started to warp and split!The table arrived after the driver assembled it was like a seesaw he said maybe the floor was unlevel, this was brand new tiled floor I even put the spirit level on to show it's perfectly level. After I stated the frame is obviously out of square he said they will just send me some packers to rectify the problem. After he left I had to Install some packers myself to level the table. I also notice the edges rough I would expect the price of the table to be a nice smooth finish. Poor workmanship for the price, will ahve to sort it out myself when I get chance to try get some longevity out of the table. maybe worth shopping around if your looking for something to last. This would be to use with our bar height bench-seat on the back of our kitchen island - and I wanted it in the right style/dimensions/colours for our room. I searched for so long and was finding nothing to fit the bill so I was so made up that RCC were happy to make it exactly as I wanted without any issue. Nothing seems too much trouble and the process to get a quote/buy was simple. The worst part was waiting for the stipulated lead time for it to arrive because I was so excited to start inviting dinner guests over!I have bought a clear pvc cover to protect the wood and it works a treat with my two little girls. Justin Spiers: I hope you are lucky!.....my experience with this company has been awful. Late delivery by 4 weeks (on top of the 10 weeks), when the table arrived it had clearly been left outside in the rain, with the top bowed, damp, no protective packaging!. The table would also not balance on a flat floor so was returned same day. The company acknowledge the faults and agreed to a refund, a month later and still no payment (which is in breach of consumer law). I've always been a supporter for local businesses but organisations like this should not to be in business...would recommend you do not purchase from this companyService:Table construction installation

Rob 2Fab: Crown tools manufacture a fantastic product and also have first class customer service even though they are rapidly becoming a victim of their own success. As i understand it they are finding it difficult to keep up with the massive demand for their high quality tools. It is, as stated on their website a family run concern with the CEO working on the shop floor and very much hands on, indeed when I called he answered the phone and was covered in oil having been working alongside other workers to get and order completed. This to me speaks volumes. Also willing and keen to adopt the very latest tech into the range of traditional and (pardon the pun) cutting edge tools that they produce. My go to tool for the multitude of turning that i undertake is the revolution hollower as it is fast, precise and also requires little time in the way of sharpening. 5 stars from me, keep up the amazing work and product range :-)

And he's also a genuinely lovely guy, honest and fair, a refreshing change from some tradesmen I've dealt with in the past! I'd thoroughly recommend him if you're thinking of having some work done!
Graham Hill: We needed a local joiner to sort out some squeaky floorboards on our landing & small bedroom & after going on line we were impressed with the pictures & reviews that Tim had.When he arrived we found him very easy to deal with & confident that he would sort out our problem at a very reasonable price.We were so pleased with his work that we asked him to come back a few days later to fit a curtain pole for us.Tim is a very quick & tidy worker who cleans up after himself & we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. steve wellum: I telephoned Tim after finding his Joinery Services on line. I tried other Joiners who I asked for quotes who just either did not turn up or provided ridiculous over priced quotations. I would like to first of all say that Tim was there to give friendly advice and sent me links of the kind of accessories I needed to go with my door. His standard of workmanship is of a very high standard indeed and he takes pride in his work without a doubt. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tim Keen Joinery. 1st Class Service and attention to detail. I will be contacting Tim in 2022 for a bathroom cabinet and any other work I may need I will be only choosing Tim to complete any joinery work, this also includes my next property I will be purchasing. 10 out of 10. I have also attached some photos within this review of the door I chose with the beautiful accessories that look so nice with my new door. I also asked Tim if he could fit me a Ring doorbell with security camera. Thankyou Tim.

The quality and efficiency of the work was excellent, and unlike other tradesmen I've encountered, Tim is very professional and polite. So overall, I'm very happy with the work and I'd definately recommend him.
