Daniela Folkes: Rebel/Becky assisted me with a total refurbishment of a large family bathroom that was looking tired and dated plus a revamp of a downstairs cloakroom. The transformation in both rooms has been huge and it was enormously helpful having Becky’s input and guidance from start to finish. She suggested some key style ideas that were both practical and aesthetic such as building a large storage cupboard and installing different types of lighting throughout the bathroom which really enhanced the look and feel of the space. Becky also came up with a great idea regarding how to dress a large window that again was key to the overall light in the room but also needed to provide privacy. These seemingly small things were in fact fundamental to the end result. Becky also was invaluable in putting me in touch with high quality tradespeople - sometimes at short notice which was very helpful in keeping the project on track. She was always responsive and happy to answer any questions I had and visited the house numerous times to check on progress. Becky’s help with accessories and finishing touches at the end were also invaluable. Her approach was patient, considerate and professional - always suggesting a range of options rather than pushing just one style. The end result is beautiful and much better than I envisaged at the outset or if I had been left to my own devices! I would not hesitate to recommend her services and feel confident that it also represented great value. Lesley Parkin: I needed inspiration and ideas for my Living Room, I literally had no idea what to do with this awkward shaped room. I made an appointment for Rebecca to come to see me, within half an hour with the help of her ideas my Living room was suddenly going to become a space I would love once again! Tania M de Saram: Having moved our animal grooming business to a larger location, within my former family home, I wanted a complete renovation of the house before we fully moved in, with our menagerie of pets. I wanted to put my individual mark on the place, with the idea of it being my forever home, but had no idea about how to go about this, so toyed with the idea of enlisting the help of an interior designer, by placing an advertisement on Bark.Rebecca from Rebel Interior Design was one of the first to contact me, and following my communication with her, there was no doubt in my mind that she was the person I wanted to retain the services of. Very impressed with the quality, both my curtains and the matching cushions are very well made, with quality stitching and workmanship. The service was professional from start to finish and they were delivered quickly and within the promised timescale. I would not hesitate to use Bryella again.

Ben Rossi: Thankfully Sheffield Cathedral was introduced to OVO Spaces by Sheffield Chamber of Commerce after we had already approached 4 other businesses who all expressed an interest in the work but failed to deliver. A Cathedral is probably not your usual client. It is a non-for-profit organisation with operates on limited resources, especially during COVID times. Access to the building was also restricted at times because of other services and activities the Cathedral was committed to. Nevertheless, from start to finish, OVO Spaces were great - whatever we threw at them. OVO Spaces worked with us to refurbish our public toilets on time, on budget. Advice and communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended. Service: Refurbishment

glyn Strafford: We cannot recommend Grand Interior Designs highly enough. The quality of the products and the workmanship is second to none. The whole team (design, project management, fitters, office support)looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed of progress every step of the way and we had complete confidence in everyone involved. We are so pleased with our new bathroom, it looks amazing.

Rebecca W: Terrible! Almost identical experience to the below review. We signed a contract and paid a deposit in February, start date was agreed, we packed the contents of our bathroom away in anticipation of the contractors arrival, they never showed up, not even a phone call to let us know, disgraceful customer service (At least we hadn't ripped our bathroom out!) They then fobbed us off for a further few months before we eventually realised that they were never going to start the work and asked for our deposit back. Luckily they paid it back without much fuss. Six months of our time wasted. Never dealt with a company so full of nonsense, some of their excuses were laughable! Slightly comforting to know that it's not just us they have treated so dreadfully, looks like the negative reviews are starting to flow in. They can't always have been this bad as they were recommended to us by a family member - their behaviour on the whole makes it seem as though they are struggling so think very carefully before paying them a deposit. All in all we had a ridiculously frustrating experience, wasted a lot of our time and are now back to square one. Definitely avoid.
Jean Poyser: Had a kitchen 3 years ago , just had my bathroom made into a wet room. Like my first experience , everything was taken care off. Great service, great lads. Highly recommend!!!!
Emma Taylor: Awful, awful experience. Great at selling the bathroom and taking your money but after that, nothing. We were told 2 months, then 3 months, now it's 4 months and still no indication when it would get fitted.. No communication from them, we have had to chase them constantly. We pulled our bathroom out based on the original date so have not had a bathroom now for months. Heaven knows when they would have got around to fitting it. No apologies, no explanation. Really disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Managed to eventually get hold of Kevin after he was avoiding our calls (my husband actually went in one day but Kevin refused to come out from the back to speak to him as he was "on holiday"!) and he agreed to give us our money back. Now looking for someone else but of course anyone decent can't do anything for weeks. Plus it's finding someone who can do everything; plastering, tiling, underfloor hearing, joinery etc. which is why we went there in first place.

Matt Velamail: We have just had a brand new kitchen designed and installed by Concept Interiors and are extremely happy with the finished result.At the initial stage when we were choosing kitchens and looking at various bespoke suppliers, it was clear that Concept’s quality was higher than all the others, whether this was the sturdiness of the carcass units or the attention to detail on finishings.Through design, we showed Kieron some other kitchens that we liked and what we wanted and the design process was extremely straight forward. After the first appointment we had everything we wanted plus some ideas Kieron suggested. It was useful to be able to walk round the showroom as we designed the kitchen so we could see how certain features would be in real life.We scheduled a date, however due to delays in the project our side, we needed to push back the kitchen start date at quite short notice. Kieron was extremely accommodating and made this happen.When the fitting date did come round, all the materials were delivered in advance for Chris (joiner) to be able to start on day 1. We have had a lot of tradesmen on our project and Chris’ professionalism and approach has been unsurpassed. He is somebody that truly cares in what they are doing and the fitting took only a week and was flawless. As minor issues cropped up, to be expected in a brand new kitchen, Chris was able to rectify them without delay. Chris consulted us throughout the fitting to ensure we were happy with all the aspects of the kitchen.Overall, we are extremely happy with the kitchen, and the quality is unrivalled. Malcolm Fleet: We had our new kitchen fitted in November 2020 so thought it would be a good idea to give a review 15 months after to reflect any issues, wear and tear etc after a period of time.Fortunately there's nothing to report after 15 months as the kitchen is as new as the day it was fitted due to the quality and professionalism of the product and Kieron and his team.At our first meeting with Kieron we explained we needed a full refurb with adjoining wall knocked down between kitchen and dining room as well as extending through to a new conservatory that we were planning in at the same time.Kieron was very professional and was a great help in ensuring we chose the right kitchen, finish and fittings. The planning and design process was excellent and if we decided to make any changes along the way he always helpful and gave us the right advice.A nice touch during this process was having a walk around the workshop where they actually build the kitchen units. It was really interesting and we were very impressed.Considering the work was carried out during the height of Covid it near enough went to plan and on time even though he had workers off with Covid at times.We are so glad we went with Concept now. The quality of the kitchen is the best and love the little details like dovetail joints etc on the draws.Once all the building work was done the kitchen fitter came in and once fitted the painter came to hand paint the units. David Jones and Emma Jones: We've now used Concept interiors twice for projects for our house.We initially found them earlier this year, when looking to remodel our outdated Ikea kitchen.Kieron was fantastic from the day we first contacted Concept, arranging for us to visit the showroom within a fortnight. He really took the time to sit and talk through all our ideas and understand how the kitchen needed to work for us. After creating the initial design, he worked closely with us to refine it until we were completely happy, and wasn't afraid to make suggestions or let us know if he thought things wouldn't work in the way we hoped.The build itself was seamless, with all contractors arriving on time as planned and with appropriate notice. The standard of work was excellent, especially given some tricky electrical installation - Ian (carpenter) and Martin and Joe (electricians) were fantastic throughout the project.Kieron also visited regularly to oversee the work in progress.The end build quality is fantastic, and for a very reasonable price considering the quality of the work.We were so impressed that we have just hired Concept again to remodel our living room and office - again, the service was fantastic, and the installation was finished a week earlier than expected.Thanks Kieron and team - we would definitely use Concept again!Services:Remodeling,Furniture assembly

We were so impressed with the quality and workmanship that went into their kitchens and the fact that they have their own workshop on site with their own staff making their own cabinetry. It also meant that they could offer a service as bespoke as required ; it seemed that anything was possible!The showrooms have a stunning range of both handmade and some manufactured kitchen lines, showcasing various cabinetry styles, bespoke pieces and a range of finishes not to mention worktops, splashbacks, trims etc... and it's easy to see the type of finishes and styles that they are capable of.We immediately engaged really well with Kieron Eyre our designer who was thoroughly professional and attentive throughout and really worked with us to generate a design that ticked all of our boxes; nothing was ever too much trouble. We had fabulous professional service from start to finish, the renders that Kieron was able to produce and tweak were amazing and helped us really visualise and fine tune our final design. He was a dream to work with and we could all easily meet and bounce ideas to explore different colours, details and any thoughts about amendment to layouts and we are now the very fortunate owners of an amazing kitchen which not only looks fantastic as a whole, but the attention to detail in the design elements and bespoke oak work is amazing. Even the insides of our cabinets are amazing to look at! The fitting service was also exceptional; our fitter Ian was meticulous, professional, and brought so much experience and craftsmanship into the installation. For us, a project like this is not solely about the product , (though we were thrilled to be using a local Sheffield company with amazing workmanship) but it's also about people; your trust in them, working relationship and ultimately having people in your home too - but Concept Interiors Ltd really do excel at the whole package.
