Emily Thompson: From the free quote stage Mike has been nothing but professional - not pushy watsoever and genuinely wanted to do the best job for mine and my boyfriends first house. We got booked in quickly and he was always responsive with text messages and any questions. Kim Sas: Fantastic service from start to finish! Michael and the team were very professional throughout and provided exactly what was discussed. He took time to make sure they could fit in with work already completed and ensured we had access to all samples and prices before sending any final quotes, which were extremely competitive! They arrived on the scheduled days, working hard and cleaning up each time too and took our dog out for us when the groundworks were being done. They also took time out to spend time with our little boy, letting him ‘help’ with small tasks, which meant the world to him! We are thrilled with the finished product, now having a garden we can fully access, enjoyed by ourselves, our little boy and our dog. James Procter: We chose AVA Turf to redo our garden, they were the cheapest out of about 4 companies we spoke and were friendly and accommodating with what we had in mind. On the day the lads turned up and quickly set about the work, we kept them supplied with cuppas and they kept us informed of what was happening and just got on with it. Come the finish and couldn’t be more happier with the job they’ve done, absolutely first rate work and looks so much better. Highly recommend AVA great guys and a great company.

Jordan Dean: Came to quote me for my garden over 2months extremely happy with the price however there was a few adjustments that needed to be made to the quotation provided. I was told that the new quote would be with me within a week so I could book in for the last week in August. No quote received. IV rang up loads of times to chase this and only managed to speak to a girl once who told me I would get a call back. Still nothing. Shocking service

Megan Nutt: We recently moved to a house which had a very poor looking garden; more like a piece of grass and some flag stones. Ant and the team have truly transformed our garden from our initial design. Nothing was too much trouble. They created some amazing sleeper beds, installed a beautiful pagoda, surrounded by composite decking and then laid the most beautiful porcelain flag stones. It took the team only ten working days to complete the job and they did this to a very high standard. I couldn’t be happier with my new garden. Martin Mccauley: Rang Ant regarding unfinished patio as the work of our initial builder was substandard and slow so had to let go. Ant came within the hour and gave us a good quote to correct and finish the job. Great service and great lads (John and Ryan). Fast workers and to a high standard. So pleased with the finished job. Tray D: We’ve received an outstanding service from start to finish by Lux Lawns. Gone is our mud bath of a lawn and we now have a beautiful piece of quality artificial grass in its place and couldn’t be happier! We have two dogs so opted for the knitted Canine grass which looks very realistic and will be more suited to our dogs doing their toileting on. The work was carried out in one day with the team turning up promptly, working hard and leaving everything neat and tidy. Very professional and polite, and any queries we had beforehand were responded to quickly. Both my husband and I are thrilled to pieces with how our new lawn looks, it really has exceeded our expectations. We don’t hesitate in highly recommending Lux Lawns and the brilliant service they provide.

Andrew Collis: Hope Valley - Our lawn had been subject to some very heavy abuse with two young children and a new puppy. It was time to find a long term solution and I contacted two companies to quote for the replacement of a 20 square meter rear lawn. I first requested a indicative online quote from Paul which he returned within 24 hours and then invited him to carry out an on-site survey and binding quotation. He came out at a mutually agreeable time and date and did a thorough survey, having also brought along swatches of the various artificial surfaces. He provided me with a quote on the spot which fell within our budget and we agreed a date for the work to be completed - rough lead time was 2 weeks from order. On the day the two-man team turned up and started the work around 9.30 a.m. By 3.30 p.m. they were completed and we were thoroughly delighted with their work. I cannot fault Lux Lawns as they were polite, professional and diligent throughout the process. I would be happy to personally recommend them to anyone needing artificial grass.
