Reynald Serneo: Wasn’t planning to buy a bike and I was only looking around. So I approached this gentleman working on the bike services “Olivier” - he was really helpful going through with me what I should have looked for in a bike to use to commute to work via train. Whilst he was servicing the bike his another colleague - “Joseph” was going through with me with the paperwork and registering my bike. I was really pleased and happy that I have purchased this bike with the guidance and assistance of these guys at the bike service station.
Madeleine Davis: Decathlon is a lovely place to buy any and all sporting products, they have an extensive range of gear at competitive prices. The staff are very helpful, and the customer services department is well-managed and very helpful with returns and exchanges. Highly recommend!

Adrian Evans: Mixed feelings about this shop. I have been to bigger and better stores in Europe. The shop only offers a fraction of the goods Decathlon sells. Their own branded goods are great value for money,and well up to the job. Sizing is a little bizarre,I tried on 4 different styles of trousers in the store.There was huge variations in the stated size. So be careful when ordering online.

We were able to pass on the information to our daughter overseas and subsequently purchase the most appropriate clothing for the trip she is planning which included jacket, trousers and gaiters

Steve Ward: Decathlon caters for all the popular sports & leisure activities. The majority of products are reasonably priced. The staff in the Sheffield store are always helpful & have a good knowledge of their products. 1 hour free parking while shopping in store is a bonus!

Scott Muldoon: Bought a bike from here a few months ago and had a problem with the chain dropping, the mechanics tried to fix it but it didn't work so in they end they did a full upgrade on the chainset free of charge (which would have cost nearly £200). Okay the bike shouldn't have had the problem in the first place but i really can't fault the customer service from the Sheffield store. It's actually the 4th bike we've bought from here and I would definitely go back again 👍

Katy Bromley: Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough!! Purchased a signed Conor McGregor mounted display glove for my partner for his birthday however I didn’t look at the delivery time properly. I emailed them and Andy upgraded the order to urgent and did everything he could so that I could get it in time for his birthday. The parcel arrived on time (technically early as requested) securely packaged and the display was fantastic!! One happy partner on his birthday. Thank you guys again!!

Liam: Good choice of products but company doesn’t uphold their own return policy. Item was purchased, a little damage on the back of the frame.. plus a blurry photo was used, damage is damage was refused a refund. I then made an exchange, got home to find the frame was damaged and the plastic was cracked. Called store and was told to email customer service with a photo of the damage. Yet purchased in store and the in store return policy states a exchange or refund would be given if damaged. Doesn’t say anything about emailing customer service. Also, instead of having a photo detailing their return policy to which they don’t uphold before customers make purchases customers need to be told that there is no change of mind policy even though first purchase was damaged. Andy also doesn’t seem to care when informed of this.
Michael Eden: The framing service is unbelievable. The price relatively is extremely reasonable. Everything from the service to the end product is astonishing. The do everything from simple framing, to adding a plaque to even adding relevant photos. Cannot recommend them enough.

The replacement was packaged really well and arrived in perfect condition. Honestly the best customer experience I’ve ever had, from emails and updates it was a great experience from start to finish. Cannot recommend enough and I will definitely deal with again. Thanks again 👍👍

me andm3: I had been a bit nervous about purchasing a signed football shirt online in case it didn't live up to expectations, but I cannot fault the service or more importantly the product, was packaged well, delivered 5 days earlier than i had initially expected by DHL (that has one of the best tracking services in my opinion) the shirt and display frame is really good quality......wonderful all round. I would highly recommend using this company.
Adrian: Shopping for signed memorabilia can be such a minefield, but Fan Cave made the whole experience pleasant. They have a wide selection, and as I wanted something rugby related, I was pleasantly surprised to see some great items for sale in that respect.I made my purchase online but had some queries which they so politely handled over the phone. The item itself is beautiful, fantastically framed (with an attached certificate of authenticity), it arrived swiftly, and the staff even called afterwards just to make sure everything was good with my purchase.I will be using Fan Cave for all such purchases in the future.

Young female shop assistant with brown hair and glasses who works organising clothes on the entrance, watches your every movements and makes you feel as though you are being watched for theft. Spent thousands in this store but will no longer return due to the off putting experience. Think management need you be aware of how this is coming across to paying customers.

Louise Walker (Sincerely Louise): Don't drop off your parcels off at Go Outdoors!This review isn't for the shop itself, as I like Go Outdoors and their products.I run a small business and have been sending parcels using UPS, however the staff at Sheffield Go Outdoors have been placing them in the wrong cages so none of them were picked up for a week, this is alongside the parcels of everyone else who dropped off using UPS!I went in to complain and this is the only reason why the parcels were finally collected as I raised the issue. I believe they'd still be sitting there for days, if not weeks, if I hadn't been in to chase this up.This has had a direct impact on my small business during the most important time of the year. I think the staff should be trained on how to place the parcels in the correct cages as this has now happened on multiple occasions.I will continue to shop at Go Outdoors but will no longer be using the drop off service, which is a shame.

CR: Decent value but very cluttered with that much stock it's hard to find anything

laura neild: Saw a beautiful light here while visiting Sheffield and had it delivered to Cambridge. Great service, brilliant range, and really easy process with fantastic packaging (lots of hand blown glass was making me nervous...). Even the price was good. Thank you! Sorry the pic has terrible bulbs.

Christopher Perry: For a Homebase this store is very small. It is also falling apart. The ceiling is missing multiple panels and some aisles were closed because of rain. Staff were milling around the front talking because there was no customers. They were very nice when we asked a question though.We couldn't even find what we needed and went somewhere else. Poor.

Oliver Wilkinson: DO NOT park your car in their car park past 5pm. The time is now 6:10pm and they've locked my car in here (despite them saying the car park is open until 7:10pm) after I shopped here before nipping next door to dunelm. The sign says the car park is open until 7:10pm but the Dunelm staff told me they lock it up at 6pm everyday and I'm apparently not the first person to have fallen victim to this. Awful service.
