It's a great load off my mind and allows me to get on with my life.The free option every time means i can rotate the cleaning of rooms that aren't used very often.When I'm away on holiday, the office is flexible about stopping and starting, as I provide plenty of notice of my requirements.The ladies who come are always very cheerful, check what's needed and keen to get to work.I prefer to have the same team every time but recognise that this is not always possible due to sickness and holidays.

Judith Cherry: After the clean hob in my kitchen is no longer working. It was working the days and also the night before the cleaners came … and Hugo tells me that I need to call out an engineer (at my expense, of course!) and it may be a long-standing issue with the hob. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!In response to Hugo … your first response to me did not make it clear that you would send an engineer. My initial review was positive … but that was before I discovered that the hob is now not working properly. A clean house is lovely but, given the costs of the clean, I do not need the stress of finding that a perfectly functioning piece of equipment no longer works after cleaning. I would have thought it would be an act of goodwill to cover the cost of the call out given the very high costs if your services … but our ideas on customer service clearly differ.

Probably a sign of the times but we then found someone we could have a direct relationship and she's been great for 6 months. Hard to find though.Original post - NowThen have been great. We were rather wary of agencies before this but using NowThen has been really good. Always professional, respond to emails and phone calls, and are flexible when necessary. We tend to have the same person now every time which is what we like but the others who have come when necessary have all been great. Good quality, and trustworthy. Better to pay a few pounds (not lots) more rather than have the hassle of finding, hiring (and firing) your own). Recommended.

Drum Drum: Very poor customer service. Didn't turn up despite sending 2 emails to remind me about the appointment. No answer when rung 9 times. Wasted my whole day waiting. I finally managed to get hold of the reception the day after. Apparently the company was understaffed. Instead of informing me ASAP they tried to cover up by saying the emails were not confirmation, if so what was the point of sending the 2 reminders at the first place?? The emails clearly explained about the appointment and required access for the cleaner. I don’t recommend this company. Not professional at all. There are better cleaning companies out there.

It was easy to see what was included with each level on the website, and simple to book and update. It had snowed really badly so we arranged key collection from a slightly different location on the day and communication was really good. The clean itself is fantastic - the oven and carpets were additional extras but really worth it. Everything looks great and it feels so much better, we can't wait to move in now!

Emily Mallender: Quite shocked and appalled at this experience. I've been mis-charged, over-charged & now have damage to my brand new kitchen. The customer service was disgusting when I've brought this up.I booked this company because I liked their clear website & read their Google reviews. It's my first experience using a cleaner and their website recommends a deep clean for the first time so I booked this. I also booked a regular weekly clean too after this. I was excited to free up some time and have someone professionally clean the house.I also wanted my landing carpet cleaning because of a stain, however you must spend a minimum charge of £60 on carpet cleaning alone for this to be possible. So I had to add another 2 rooms on.3 ladies arrived this morning for a deep clean. All lovely ladies however gave me their business card before they started, explaining that they are subcontractors & I'm being ripped off and the houses they usually attend are disgusting and dirty compared to mine that won't take long to whip round. They gave me their business card (i did not ask for this) and had no intention of doing anything with it.They were here for around 90mins during which time the office emailed me to say their carpet cleaner was now too busy and couldn't make it. Absolutely no problem, thought it would save the extra anyway on the carpets I'd had to pointlessly add on.Upon leaving one of the cleaners mentioned a scratch on my brand new kitchen cupboard that wasn't there before. I tried calling the office but you can't get to speak to anyone and it asks you to email. I politely emailed regarding the white scratch that's appeared on my brand new black kitchen cupboard doors.I got no reply just an invoice for £270. I then went to check my bank and they've charged £361.20. When I have further enquired they've said it was already there. If this was the case (which it isn't because we do check our brand new kitchen that we've worked so hard to build) then I'd have expected this to have been noted to me beforehand.I emailed again asking them to cancel the weekly clean & requesting a refund on the basis of my damaged door that needs replacing, the fact the cleaners were here for 90 mins and why they have charged me the second I've brought up an issue instead of responding first and also charged my bank for the carpets that were not done because they cancelled them last minute.I got a response basically insinuating that there's a "coincidence" numbers have been exchanged with the cleaners. To clarify they asked what we did for work and when I told them what my husband did she said she knew someone that does the same and was looking for a job so I gave her my husbands number and said if he needs any work then to let us know, trying to help them out.The email reply states as though I'm making all this up and I'm just wanting to use their subcontractors so I've cancelled a weekly clean & asked for their number. Which is not the case I cancelled the weekly clean because of the damage and I never took their number.The email they have sent in response to me asking why I've been over charged, and to acknowledge the damage literally states"There is nothing further to be discussed and a refund will not be granted" I think this is disgusting customer service. I'd go above and beyond to make sure my customers were happy and to ensure any issues were dealt with effectively. I wouldn't just collect a payment and accuse my customer of lying and no longer respond to them.I'm sad to say I never ever leave negative reviews I support so many small businesses but I'm gobsmacked I've just paid over £360 just to get my kitchen ruined, no carpets cleaned, no help or acknowledgment of fault whatsoever.
