Łukasz Kocon: I ve bougth new tis mft recently from this shop, and there was a small issue with leads. They didn’t want to null. Apparently it was a firmware issue tis said. So i rang shop back to say and they where very helpful and quick. Next day afternoon all was sorted and calibrated as well. Especially Mark from the office was very helpful and has very good customer service skills. Definitely i be shopping there regularly.

DAVID HOLMES: Had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Sisman and his son yesterday. Great customer service greeted with a friendly smile from Mr Sisman jnr when I went in to buy an oven heating element. I even received a lesson on how to use a multimeter. Replaced the element but nothing working phoned the shop this time I spoke with Mr Sisman snr. Straightaway he asked if the oven had a timer I was told to disable that. Hey presto everything lit up. To which Mr Sisman replied Pilot error. Brilliant!! Good old fashioned service would recommend to all

Micky Dee: Messaged them on Facebook 9pm at night about a oven element got a reply within 40mins with a Price and opening hours of store. Picked up the next morning and they had it waiting for me. Great Service, Great parts, Great prices and Great people. Would recommend and will use again. They also tested my element to make sure that was the issue. Couldn't thank them enough. Also the shop has amazing procedures in place to keep you safe during covid.

As i have integrated appliances the door hinges did to match up to my new appliance so the lads took the door away and religned the hinges and came back and fitted it. Our Company have used this branch since they opened and I Know I speak for all of our company when I Say there is no better electrical Wholesalers in the country when it comes to customer service and reliablity.I noticed some of the other reviews questioning price but i can honestly say you get what you pay for and the aftersales service is second to none.

Tom Fox: The perfect proof that local shops are better than online. Spent multiple days trying to find a certain kind of fuse and googling details from the panel I was looking at, to no avail. Two minutes in this shop and they'd worked out what the problem was and sorted me with a bunch of the correct fuses all for a quid. Plus they were completely understanding of my idiocy on the subject and were kind enough to explain it in terms I could understand.
