Tom Bamforth: My wife, daughter and I visisted today at around 5pm. The member of staff serving was amazing. It was quite busy, and never seemed to stop, however was very delightly and friendly. My wife had the app with some offers on and she helped us get the best value for our money. The service was great. She asked us politely to do track and track...very good!!! The doughnuts and drinks were top quality. Thanks!!

Jessica Middleton: I didn't take a picture because I annihilated them before I got a chance. Such a wonderful selection of doughnuts, you can tell each one is crafted with love. The passion fruit one was just insane! Normally I go for more dough than filling but the filling was wonderful and the dough is as light and fluffy. The coffee yum yum was lovely, totally worth a visit, and we drove from Leeds so that is high praise indeed.

Luke: If you do one thing with your life then make sure it is eating a doughnut from this place. I never knew the quality ceiling for a doughnut could be so high - the first bite moved me to quit my job for some sort of dough inspired greater good and by the end I was crying tears of love, but also tears of loss as I had no more doughnut left. The donut bags on the counter are NOT for customer use!They're laid out on the counter (as napkins, coffee stirrers etc. always are) and when I reached for one I was challenged almost like I was shoplifting!Got pretty strongly reprimanded for thinking they were for customer use.So yeah. Weird that after spending £15 the little paper donut bag isn't included! But far weirder that they lay them out for you and treat you like some kind of shoplifter if you make that mistake.Giving them the benefit of the doubt because **before** that she was very charming, bubbly & friendly.What a mixed experience.

Awkward Niqaabi: Afternoon on a holiday weekday and there was only one person serving, I felt so sorry for the girl as the line started to get bigger. We had to order hot chocolate as they ran out of coffee beans. When we got the hot chocolate, it was warm at best. The glazed munchkins that I got tasted nice though.

She was not annoyed by our indecisiveness whatsoever and helped us choose the best donut and coffee. We felt really comfortable. Would love to be back, because of her.
Mel: Donuts and coffee range are excellent!! However, our visit today was not good. It was around 13:30 and busy, a constant flow of customers. We waittied 10 minutes for our order, as there was only one member of staff on. I am in no way saying the staff member was not brilliant at her job and did try to work as quickly as possible, I would ask management to manage your rotas better, as leaving one member of staff to work during a busy Saturday lunchtime is not acceptable, letting the reputation of Dunkin Donuts down. Again, not having a go at the poor girl trying her best.
Adriana Bolt: Impossible to actually order! Went in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. 2 people in a queue already awaiting their orders. After 10 minutes of standing there a lady ahead of me said that she was waiting for a very long time. Another 5 minutes passed and the staff member finally acknowledged that people are waiting...he was busy making coffees very very very slowly (idk...maybe growing damn coffee beans there?). Observing someone making simple drinks for 15 minutes in a slow motion made me go elsewhere.
mujahid saleh: Came to this Dunkin’ and I’m a regular customer at another branch and they’re soo welcoming really nice and are actually regulars at the other branch. Well, at this branch the manager the lady with the glasses was absolutely disgustingly horrible and as soon as we entered the shop she spoke very negatively bad about us to their colleague and gave us the wrong drinks. The looks we received from her the ‘manager’ was horrendous and never have I experienced this in any Dunkin’. The looks, attitude, and the audacity we are not happy with this. In addition to the above even the young man with long hair had the same attitude went to go get a straw and felt that his attitude wasn’t to the standard it’s supposed to be. Never will I be going back to this branch again.

We still had quite a bit of time before the concert and popped in here for a coffee, I had a caramel latte, my nan had a latte, and my grandad had tea, we couldn't believe they were a medium size, very impressed, especially with the great price, we also had two doughnuts, the member of staff on that night was so friendly and welcoming too which made it even better. It was nice and peaceful and the toilet was lovely and clean. I wish there were more Dunkin doughnuts in Sheffield, I'd much rather go here than Starbucks or Costa, the quality here is 10 out of 10!

Sameer Quazi: Service was prompt however I wouldn’t run back again to get the donut and ice cream. They had a good selection of sauces for the topping. The cappuccino was really nice.
Walnut: Krispy Kreme is a well-known global franchise. Well known for its lovely doughnuts . However, what I love even more about this branch in Meadowhall Sheffield is the amazing coffee. They seem to have found a perfect Arabica medium roasted variety. It goes really well with the wide selection of doughnuts.

Neha: Today I had a bad experience at Krispy Kreme in Sheffield Meadowhall in second floor. Firstly, the girl who got my order had an attitude and I asked her a few times to put 2 cholocate brownie donuts but she didn't even pay attention and I kept repeating a few times as there was very busy and she just chewing the gum giving looks at me then she gave me only one donut I went back to buy one more i stood in line for some time other two members where taking the order so i went near 3rd person and asked for donut she is like you should be in line i was like okay i was standing there you were free so i came here although I went back and stood in the same place where i was standing before she was like no no go back i informed this is where i was standing and explained how she didn't gave what i asked for she was like thats fine and. Later the other lady said next to take orders there is no one i was waiting there but no one care to take order from me so racist, I don't quite understand how it's possible for an individual so much lacking in personality and attentiveness could pass the interview test to work here. The aggressive tone and her rudeness would lead you to believe she positively hated life. How hard can it be to serve simple glazed doughnuts?? What a disapointing experience on Sat 29 april 2023 4:30pm at the Meadowhall Krispy Kreme

K. Peake: I loved this shop, being allowed to eat my lunch bought from Taco Bell next door right next to the amazing frames accompanied by text on the wall! The options are presented at the till clearly on electronic boards while displayed there too, from which I had a yummy caramel biscuit doughnut on a deal with a latte.

John: I had a disappointing experience. The barista made me a dairy milk flat white, when I’d asked twice for one with coconut milk. He then didn’t apologise for his error. This really upset me because it can make me really ill having dairy milk. It’s only because I spotted that he wasn’t listening properly to me and saw that he’d used dairy milk that stopped me from drinking dairy milk. The donuts were nice, and the coffee was good when it was made correctly. But the food safety issue makes this a one star experience because of how seriously I view this.

Maj: Ordered a box for delivery, and was thoroughly disappointed. Looked great from the outside, but were inedible. Weird smell when cut into. Seller not accepting that there is anything wrong with these. See for yourself...Would not recommend.
Ian Hallsworth: I called in to the shop and they were very helpful. I ordered a party box for my wife birthday. I was very happy with all of the cakes and all my family where very impressed with the taste of the food. I would recommend this to anyone who are gluten free and vegan and to everyone who loves cakes.

I have missed Biscoff since being diagnosed as Coeliac and this is the best Biscoff flavour I've tasted since. Already planning when I can go back! Thanks guys.
James Sparkes: This place promises a lot but ultimately fails to deliver. Its clear a lot of work has gone into making the shop and the goods appealing to look at, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful, but the taste and texture of the donuts and cookies we tried leave a lot to be desired. The sweetness is quite one dimensional. The donuts felt more like sponge cake, while the cookies were just too dense, and for some reason gritty/chalky in feel, a bit like a sugar coated rennie?Of the ones we tried, the biscoff based donut was nicest, and felt like it did have potential, but the jupiter one I couldn't even finish.

Matt J Cole: My wife had to go gluten free a couple of years back and the one thing she missed was donuts. You can buy most cakes etc in the supermarket that is gluten free but finding a decent donut (or any donut for that matter) seemed near impossible. We discovered YAY!Flapjacks yesterday and all our prayers were answered. Really welcoming in the shop and the donuts and flapjacks are to die for. It's hard to believe they are gluten free (as well as vegan - if you're that way inclined). Keylime flapjack is a particular highlight for us. Thank you guys so much - highly recommend.Side note: They are online and post out too!

Rachel C: Mixed feelings, as we purchased a box of 4 items for £14.99, a little overpriced in my opinion, but I wouldn’t have minded had we all enjoyed the items.The 2 muffins were nice enough (although nothing special) however the doughnuts were just terrible!The one I chose (milky-bar) more so, it had barely any cream/filling inside, which might have slightly rescued the situation somewhat - been as it was just so dry.I was gutted as I’d been looking forward to it all afternoon but I genuinely couldn’t eat it, It was basically verging on stale, so unfortunately a complete waste of money as it went in the bin.My partner managed to eat a little bit of his as it had a better amount of cream filling, but again it was still very dry so had to be picked at to find more edible bits.Maybe we were just unlucky? But as you clearly can’t guarantee what you’re going to be getting, I won’t be purchasing from here again, nor would I recommend it based on my experience.A real shame as they look absolutely amazing in the counter (which is what draws you in) but unfortunately they just don’t deliver on quality or taste.

Not worth the £20 we spent on food poisoning… now cannot even stand the thought of them, it makes me SICK to my stomach.

Mark L: Overpriced and done for looks over taste and substance.These seriously are way overpriced and not worth it at all, they are super sweet and other than that bland as anything. Because the cookies are so big most of the dough inside is raw and there is only about a teaspoon of filling. This means the rest is just plain tasteless cookie so definitely not worth the price.Maybe if the prices were more reasonable they would have more people queueing to buy them. I wouldn’t waste my money again and much rather buy a pack of cookies from the supermarket for much cheaper.
